There are plenty of restrooms and the venue has supply of drinking water through taps. 5. There is a lobby for waiting if your tests are scheduled with time gap. There are no chairs to sit in the lobby. However, there are chairs for waiting inside the venue if you too arrive early.

Navigating through the entire system was a breeze. Instructions were well delivered and time went by really quickly. Great location too. Lots of eateries and cafes within a 2-3 block radius. Getting here from Manhattan is also incredibly easy. Newark-Penn station is a few minutes away by foot.

Nice facility. Nice and very courteous people. Don’t go ahead of time. Meaning if it says arrival at 11:20 then don’t go before 11:18 because they won’t let you in and might ask you to stay outside. They do this so their facility doesn’t get crowded and they can adhere to COVID restrictions and keep everyone safe. I just finished my speaking test and it’s very formal. You should answer all the questions appropriately. They asked me mostly about my hobbies/after hours activities.

This place is one of the best for taking ielts exam. I am saying this as I have already given the test few times at this location. The staff members are very friendly and able to clear all your questions before exam. Their Covid-19 safety procedures makes us feel safe and secure while giving test. During the speaking part of the test, the interviewer will make us feel comfortable, and to overcome any fear of speaking our thoughts.

The staff at the Newark Ielts center are very professional. Patient and organized. Very audible with the instructions and they are always willing to help where they can. A lot of people are nervous when they come write their test but the staff makes it less stressful. The bathrooms are clean too. They make you feel comfortable and there are no judgments.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The listening, writing and reading segment went very smoothly and we finished it before time. There were some technical glitches during the speaking segment which caused some delay in the tests. However, the staff kept us constantly informed and diffused any tension in the exam goers. They informed that it was very unusual and technical issues usually do not occur. They are also following the Covid protocols diligently, so it feels safe. I do recommend this test center if you are giving a computer based IELTS around the area.

My experience was great, staff was friendly (which is not usual at standardized testing places), there were places to eat/have coffee near by and lockers were available to leave our stuff while in the test.
