3.5 stars - Easy booking, fast check-in and out, efficient shuttle Wow, I was impressed by the ease of booking and how easy it was to check in and out. We came on a Sunday morning (6am) and getting access with the QR code on the app took a minute. The shuttle to the airport was already waiting and took off just a few minutes later. Coming back was just as easy. We walked to the waiting area at Terminal B, checked into the app which registered our location and sent for a shuttle back to the parking spot. We only had to wait for approx. 5mins (on a Thursday morning, 10am). The shuttle was full, but with 1 or 2 seats left over each time - that could be different during more busy hours or days though. Also, you can't miss the shuttles, they are big and yellow with black dots 😁 We arrived a day late (cancelled flight), and it was super simple to pay the extra day. We were simply prompted for our credit card after presenting the QR code on the app while driving out. So why only 3.5 stars? The price is ridiculous! Yes, it is super convenient and everything just works. However, charging nearly $40/day is excessive, especially seeing how they explicitly state that they do not take any responsibility for any damages to your cat or stolen cars, and it is an uncovered parking spot. We will probably use The Parking Spot if we ever need a last minute parking spot in the future, but will choose one of the many other alternatives otherwise

This place is always fantastic. They have first class service. The qr codes are easy, you gain free parking days quickly. The workers are all very professional and quick. When you return, if you do valet, your car is already up front waiting for you. They help with your bags. Quick bus service to airport. Honestly can't say enough good about them just great!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! A+

As a customer of The Parking Spot for approximately 10 years I've been quite pleased by the service and courtesy. That being said Ibrahiem of Haynes truly excelled on my recent trip on August 9. What a guy! With his desire to assist, his courtesy and wonderful mannerism, he truly went way beyond the call of duty.

Entry using the app was simple. A shuttle bus helpfully led me to an open spot and promptly delivered us to the terminal. On my return, a shuttle arrived at the airport almost immediately and took me directly back to my car. Paying via the app and using the QR code to get out was quick and easy as well.

This is the best off site parking service. The drivers are kind and courteous they pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car. I waited less than one minute for the shuttle. Easy and Awesome. Highly Recommend. I will never use anyone else other than the Spotted Vans!!!

Their prices have become insane. $150 for 5 days, meanwhile you can book another local parking vendor for half that price or less. I get it, they have the pretty buses you can spot a mile away, but guys, its just an open lot in Newark at the end of the day. I've moved on.

The transportation service to and from the airport is impeccable. Prompt reliable service. I highly recommend downloading their app, which is very easy to use. However, the prices have become WAAAAAAY too exorbitant. I recall, not too long ago, paying $15.00/daily for a parking spot, which is now north of $34.00 per day. And, I can never seem to come across any coupons for even a minimal discount. Unfortunately, in the future, I may be forced to use the airport's off-site parking instead. On the positive side, I always do feel confident that my vehicle is always safe and secure.

Waited for 30 min at airport to get a shuttle to my car. Was passed by 3 empty shuttles and each driver told me they couldn’t bring me to my car and to wait in a different area each time and that a shuttle would come for me. Had to call the company directly to get a shuttle sent. Would have been faster and more convenient to just take an Uber

I had made a reservation ahead of time that included an end-of-summer discount. When I arrived back from my trip I went in the office at 5:40am to find the attendant fast asleep in the office in front of a computer. The driver of the shuttle who was very courteous and efficient woke the gentlemen up after several pokes. I asked the attendant how to make sure that my discount would apply. He told me that the person at the booth will take care of me. When I drove up to leave the property and pay my bill there was no one at the gate. I tried a couple of different ways to make sure that the discount would apply but I it wasn't working. People behind me were impatiently waiting for me move on. So I left my car with my wife and ran back to the booth to ask the attendant but again he was fast asleep at the desk. Fortunately my wife figured it out and texted me so I was able to move on. Zero stars for the attendant. Five stars for the driver of the shuttle bus.

Parking here was quick and easy, not having to wait long at all for a shuttle. Very efficient getting in and out of the parking lot. I unfortunately left my suit on the shuttle but only noticed when I got home over 3 hours away. I spoke with their manager and Sue went ABOVE and beyond and exceeded all expectations! She went out of her way and sent the suit to me. 10/10 experience and literally a Christmas miracle!!

They are great. I once left my keys on a shuttle bus and they went above and beyond to help me get them back after I realized I misplaced them. I cannot recommend them enough. Shuttle drivers help with luggage, lead you to an open space, and take you right back to your car upon return. Just make sure you get the business card from them that tells where your car is. I made the mistake once of not taking the card(same time I lost my keys so I was a bit frazzled), but learned not to do that from now on. All in all excellent service can’t ask for more

Excellent customer service. Everyone was helpful and friendly, even on Christmas Eve. Team members went out of their way to help us locate a lost beloved stuffed animal for my child. We will be using this service every time we travel and recommend it to others.

This place is great! We parked in the self parking area and the shuttle van picked us up right at the car within minutes! Our driver, IBRAHIEM G. was the BEST very helpful and courteous. He had us to our terminal in minutes. Will definitely use this lot again!

Great service, friendly drivers, convenient! Family of 5, lots of luggage, and The Parking Spot made it simple. Lot was quite full, so when we pulled in, a van/driver showed us where to park, loaded us up and we were off to Europe. On return, we walked to the pickup at Terminal B, found a van, were back at our car and driving home in less than 15 minutes. Great experience at The Parking Spot for our week away.

This parking facility is excellent. It is close to the airport and a good value. Staff were friendly, assisted with luggage and were fast and efficient. Shuttle drivers were safe drivers and we had minimal wait in either during drop off or pick up. I will now use this facility anytime I plan to fly out of EWR. Great Job!

The app is great, easy booking, QR code for entry and exit. Both times I've used self park a shuttle was waiting to collect me and my luggage as soon as I was parked, and they provided a card with my space noted. Upon return I was pleased to see that the app sent a notice for pickup when I got to the pickup zone, and had a live tracker on the shuttles so you could see them on the way. Altogether a great parking experience.

Excellent service, easy process, and affordable. We prebooked for the valet option, and I am so glad that we did. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, to the shuttle rides, to our departure. For me, the best part was that when we returned from Hawaii, it was cold and icy. They had our car ready and all warmed up for us when we arrived at the lot.

I love this company. The speed, safety and convenience is great. The ease of reserving and the staff always being courteous is the best parts. While things have changed, the prices have dramatically increased in 2 years of traveling. The discounts do not really lower the price so it’s useless. Nevertheless thank you for providing great service.

Great option over parking at the airport economy lot. We used the valet service and it was quick and simple. The shuttle bus arrived in minutes after I used the app to let them know we were at terminal A. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility and will use them for my next trip.

I have been using your service since 2018. Less during COVID due to less traveling. The service is easy to use via the app and online on my PC. You get me to the airport easily and pick me up easily. Your staff are always friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable as well. I love that my trips earn me points toward more trips. I hadn't flown in a number of years due to COVID. this time I had accumulated points from prior trips and most of my cost for parking on this trip was covered . Keep doing what your doing!

Have been customer for years. Very convenient and attentive service. Makes it simple to drop off car with no worries and get shuttled to airport. Only downside is the prices have doubled since before the pandemic.

Excellent service from point of entry into the Parking Spot lot to drop off at the terminal. Shuttle driver followed me to my car while I parked and drove me right to the United terminal C all within 10 minutes. On my return a van was waiting I hopped on and was at the parking spot lot with 10 minutes or less. Easy to pay and was on my way home. Highly recommend THE PARKING SPOT....

Parking was easy to find, and the driver that took me to the airport was friendly and helpful. I gave him a tip, even though I carried my own bags (by choice). He did drop me off in front of my car which was great.

This was the first time I used The Parking Spot. The service from the staff was beyond my expectations. They loaded my family’s bags, gave me a card with my parking spot so I wouldn’t forget and got me my terminal fast. I had the same exact experience on the return. The drivers were friendly and professional. An unexpectedly really good experience.

I reserved and prepaid for parking. Plenty of spots available, shuttle picked me up quickly and I was at the airport in no time. On the way home there was a five minute wait for a shuttle, which then brought me firstly to my car and the driver even helped me put my suitcase in my trunk. Excellent!

It was easy to find the parking spot on Haynes Avenue. We parked the car, got a shuttle right away and we were at the airport in no time. On return, we got the shuttle again right away, got into our car and drive home. All very easy and flowed well. It was also the best rate we found and we had an oversized truck.

I use parking spot every time I fly from Newark. Bus driver picked us up at our car, loaded the bags dropped us off at the terminal. On the return just picked our bags at baggage claim walked out the door. Saw the van actually 2 lanes over waved at the driver he waited for us like 2 minutes. Drove us in the rain right to the trunk of our car. Awesome!!! In a few minutes right on the highway home! Can’t beat that for service!!!

Parking was a breeze, corporate discount gave me a great price. Shuttle was clean, driver was great, free water on the way out was great for the ride home after a flight. The app for tracking the shuttle was great at it notifies them when you are at the pick up spot. Will park here again!
