They will take your car for a joy ride, wreck it, admit to having video of it and then never take responsibility for it. Just got notification from my insurance company that the wreck over a year ago they cannot get this place to take care of so they are writing it off and I am out my deductible.

Beware, I have used Park to Go for the past 7 years and was a VIP client. On 21JUN2021 I dropped off my vehicle, I always take a photo of my mileage when dropping off because of past suspicions. The mileage on drop off was 76,992.7, when I picked up the vehicle on 24JUN2021 the mileage was 77,124.7. The vehicle had been driven 132 miles while I was away. I called the police, they were able to take my information but not much more. I spoke with Frank one of the owners, he said he would review the security tapes and get back to me once he found out what happened. Never heard from him after this, I have not used Park to Go since this incident. I would not use Park to Go to park at Newark. Also, I was on the van once and a customer complained about the wait time, the driver told them they should call a cab if they didn't like the wait time. I included photos of my vehicle odometer.

This is absolutely the worst place to park a vehicle. After a nice July 4th weekend away with family, you fly back home to pick up your car WRECKED by park2go staff. Very unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. I’ve asked staff to contact the owner for a discussion on a resolution and the owner did not have the common decency to respond and handle this situation as a professional business owner should. Park2go staff took my vehicle out joyriding and is unwilling to make things right. I’ll have my lawyer contact the owner Frank. As a business owner, I understand things happen but you do not avoid the situation, you acknowledge it and make it right. For anyone and everyone who reads this, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle with these folks.

First and last time I will use them. Our flight arrived at 12:30. I waited until we got our bags at 1:00 to call them. After 3 calls and one hour later waiting in the cold, we were finally told the driver got in an accident and they don’t know when the driver will arrive. We paid a separate taxi $40 to take us back to the parking lot where our car was. This was not reimbursed. This is when the real fun began. They couldn’t find the key to my car. It took them another 40 minutes just to realize it was in the back somewhere. After they find the key, he refuses to give it to us until I show him that I prepaid because he doesn’t have a computer that actually shows whether a customer paid or not. After going through card transactions from 3 weeks ago, They finally hand it to us and tell us to go find our car….except the car is not in the lot. We spend another hour searching up and down the lot for the car and they have no idea where they parked it. It turns out that after an hour of searching the entire lot in the cold, they tell us they parked it in an overflow lot. We finally left their lot at 3:30a.m. The manager was unavailable no matter how many times we asked to speak with him. Trust me, just pay to park at the airport and save yourself the aggravation. If this service was free of charge, I still wouldn’t use it.

Stay AWAY from this lot!!! It’s not well run and they’ll screw up your car somehow. I prepaid online for this lot. Unfortunately when I returned to get my car, someone left one of the lights on while parking it and my car battery was dead. It was fine when I left and this goes to show that NO ONE noticed the car light was on while it was directly parked in front of the office!!! This was a new battery from 6 months ago. The place is poorly run. They couldn’t even find my car (it was out front) because they wrote down the wrong color. They use a ticket system that’s outdated and if you lose the ticket you’re out of luck and they don’t know what to do or how to find your car. The staff was rude and trashy yelling at each other because no one knows what’s going on. And when I find my car battery dead, instead of offering to reimburse me or discount my payment, they told me it’s not their fault and I should get a new battery. A good company would apologize, reimburse me or something. Instead, this place is dirty, run-down and disorganized. They had one job to do: keep my car working & safe to drive home and they failed. Find any other lot to use other than this mess!

I am very pleased with my parking experience at Park2Go. The shuttle was waiting for me when I walked out the terminal, my car was nice and warm inside when I got to the lot. Staff was really friendly and helpful, would definitely park here again. Plus their rates are really affordable. 5 stars!

Buyer beware. I trusted these people with my keys. When I returned from my trip I found that the center compartments in my car were ransacked and much of the items inside were thrown around my car. I guess they were looking for money. I put a dollar in there before I left to my trip and that was stolen. Otherwise I didn’t leave bills in my car. The front desk employee told me that the car was locked and only employees have access to the keys. He said to contact management as did the shuttle driver. They both saw the aftermath of the thief’s action. I will not use them again.

No good all around. Waited far too long for shuttle on both ends. Upon return, my brand new car was returned to me with permanent stains and marks on the interior and trash was left in vehicle. The manager then yelled at me for addressing the issue, and said “too bad”. Tried calling again to express my concern with the stains on the leather and they hung up. They got their money, they don’t care. In response to owner… since I can’t reply… Be a man. Take responsibility. Refund the money. The ink is all over the door and your employee left the pen. It baked into the leather for 12 days in the sun and the dealership could not detail it out. You said to drive two hours back so you could try to wipe it off… thanks dude. Nothing made up here, we waited 30 minutes for our shuttle and your driver yelled at my wife. Did you not hang up?? Twice? The pen is labeled from Elizabeth NJ, you left the weapon lol. Your business is a comedy. Do not park here folks. I see similar damage reviews all around.

DO NOT PARK HERE. My car ended up with big scratch like many other reviews. Please do not trust the positive reviews. . To save a few bucks is not worth the damage and Hassel. Also, they will not give you itemized bill and will charge you many fees but no receipt. Please stay away.

Don’t bother using this company unless you feel like standing at the airport waiting for their shuttle for over an hour when you return. Every other parking company in the area shuttle passed by 3 times in the amount of time it took for them to pick us up. Also when we got to our car it was parked up against another car physically touching. Use someone else response to owner: we were at the right place for pick up there was never any discrepancy about where we should be they are shuttle came by and told us it was full so someone else would come back no one came back for 40 minutes. also I guess the owner failed to address parking my car up against someone else’s and damaging the bumper

The price was reasonable and location not too far from the airport. That’s where any positive stops. Most of the staff is rude and agitated. Run down shuttle vans, and they had us waiting over 30 mins at the designated pick up location. We watched their van drive past us and other passengers waiting for it TWICE with an empty van. The airport wasn’t even busy at this time. We even waved them down and were ignore. I recommend spending the extra money and parking at the airport. Save yourself from starting/ending the trip a such a low. Awful customer servicing.

This parking lot is a joke I've read many bad reviews about them and now I believe it. I pre-paid for self parking indoors but when I got there the counter guy told me they had no room and I had to leave my keys when I got back to pick up my vehicle it was outside and you can see it a layer of dirt on the vehicle it was parked outside now these thieves don't want to refund me the difference between indoor parking and outdoor valet parking I will be submitting complaints better Business Bureau & the parking lot licensing committee also I will spread the word on social media as I continue to get emails telling me that there was plenty of room if there was plenty of room then why did I have to leave my keys once again I paid for indoor self parking. To the reply that was just made by these liars it states on my receipt which is a contract that I had paid for indoor SELF parking the guy at the counter told me they had no more room indoors but they will not refund me the difference and lying about Parking the vehicle indoors also when I called I asked if they could bring the car out for me and I was told I have to wait till I get there so once again another lie don't trust them they like to take your money but not commit to the contract after paying for a reservation.

A reliable park with good service. Easy to get into. Lots of space. It's a parking lot, what else do you want? You can get to the airport area quickly from here and I've had no issues with any pickups or drop offs from here. I will highly recommend Park2Go

I parked here for the weekend and was very pleased with their service. The staff are friendly and the parking lot is big and prices are great. I am very satisfied with their service starting from drop off to pick up. Called them after landing and they picked us up within 10 mins, just make sure you’re at the right pick up spot which is the bus and shuttle lane, they will tell you which stand number they will pick u up from. Pick up can get confusing if you don’t understand the directions so ask them if you are confused. Upon arriving to the parking lot my car was ready to go, all I had to do was make the payment and collect the keys from the reception. I will definitely use their service again.

What a bad experience, came back to pick up the car to find it damaged from the passenger side, The response that i received on my review is that it was a prior damage NOT TRUE!!! When i complained about how it took more than an hour for the shuttle to pick us up the answer was i was standing in the wrong spot that is NOT TRUE again, do you have a standard answer for all the complaints that does not apply to us, plus i have proof for all the calls that i made, they hang up on us and kept on saying 5 minutes!!!

Shuttle is unbelievably un-reliable !!! I waited 15 minutes after I called… when I called back they asked me if I wanted them to send a shuttle !! Ofcourse !!! Another 15 mins. 30 mins I waited to get to the parking lot that is 10 minutes away !!!

I wanted to find cheap airport parking as I was leaving from Newark airport to go to Florida for a week. This parking lot worked out just fine. I was a little skeptical about the reviews I read but I was happy to go with this choice. Cheaper than the rest of Newark airport parking and got the job done. I prepaid and had no problems with my parking. Only negatives would be the parking lot was kind of on the smaller side so it was kind of packed when I went but I found a spot. Also the location was kind of rough navigating but again I made my way. Would definitely use again

Great location! Have used a few times and they are always quick and efficient. My car feels safe there and they let me use the coupon each time as long as I bring it Yay! I'll use them every time I go to Newark airport.

SELF PARKING, means you can park the vehicle yourself BUT you must leave them your keys! I was told that, "God forbid anything happen, they would need to move my vehicle". I felt this was misleading and should be advertised as valet parking since my keys MUST stay with them. Quick shuttle and close to the airport. Just be aware you are REQUIRED to leave your keys no matter what. The shuttle driver was AMAZING, Anthony!

The people who work there put the keys in a giant box, they park cars all over the place! TOTAL MESS. Do not trust these people with your car!! I am reporting to BBB and reversing the charges on my card. I’m not one to leave reviews but when you’re left standing on a sidewalk at an airport calling for a shuttle for and get told “sorry I just got here I don’t know what’s going on” for over an hour, you feel compelled. Oh and when the driver did show up he appeared to have just woken up. Was swerving all over the road. This is not a business that should be trusted under any circumstance. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Wonderful customer service. I had been staying with a friend for a few days before a girls trip and we needed a place to park before our flight. She suggested that we use park2go. I've never had a more professional experience and a driver that was super accommodating of my special needs (Autism, Adhd, Asthma just to name a few) I felt 100% in good hands with them. I wouldn't use anyone but them. Wish they were nation wide. 5 stars isn't enough

Park2Go was reasonably priced and they kept my car blemish free while I had it parked there for a few days. They have a van that drives you to the airport from the parking location which was quick and convenient. The drivers were friendly. I have no real complaints with Park2Go. Although the desk staff was not the warmest, they were professional and handled the whole transaction well. Compared to some other parking companies, this is one that seems reliable and well established. I will be using them again in the future.

Very happy with this long term parking service! The price is low, customer service is great. They text you when you arrive by plane and pick you up within 10 minutes. The car is parked up front and ready to go. 5 stars!

I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS (10+) and pre-booked a spot for a long weekend getaway. Arrived, nobody there…called the phone number listed, no response, banged on the door, no response, called the phone number on the door 5 times, no answer. Waited 15min in the cold, and left. Could not risk missing my flight so bye bye Park2Go, you lost a good customer! Shame shame.

Great overall parking experience but BEWARE they will charge you an additional $20 if you book through a 3rd party site. In response to business owner’s reply: That is false. I was asked to pay $20 at time of ARRIVAL (day of departure) for booking with a 3rd party site, not when I returned. There were 2 other customers in the lobby who had to pay as well. I have no reason to lie about it. Maybe check with your employees before replying but an additional cash fee was being charged.

Waited 40 minutes for a pick up after following directions and only calling after getting my bags. Then it took 2 follow up calls to the office to get picked up and the driver made it seem like it was my fault for not being at the spot when they picked up another group as the spot and I wasn't there yet. I called as I walked there from baggage claim. Apparently there is only one dinky smelly van that makes the rounds and it you miss the cycle it's another call and wait until for them to get you. It's cheap for a reason I guess Edit to respond: I was not at the wrong spot. I was exactly at the right spot but the driver picked up a couple that was already there as we walked to the spot from baggage. Because we called after e got our luggage, as per the directions. We had to wait for the driver to drop them off and they didn't come back until I called again. Apparently they forgot about us and thought we were picked up. The operator sent the driver out after we followed up again.

Great experience! Quick to pick up and drop off at the airport. Car is totally fine and customer service was great. Anthony and Johnny made coming back home great after a stressful travel experience. First I would like to say I have used park 2 go in the past with no problems, so I was surprised this time when we came back from our trip at 1am to find my gas light on with 19 miles left in my tank. I cannot prove it and have no evidence , but beware . I know my gas tank had at least half a tank. Also when I called to report the matter , the manager never even called me back. Take a picture of your mileage and gas reading before you leave your car here.

Everything went smoothly. Their lot is very easy to get to and unbelievably close to the airport. Rates are very reasonable and staff is very friendly. They dropped us off and picked us up very quickly. I would recommend them and would use them again. Thanks

Pros: Speedy check in. Free shuttle transport to terminal. Not sure if it's because I was riding around on golf carts for a week but I swore they tuned up my vehicle when I picked it up. It felt brand new. Cons: Lobby seems Shady but it's cool. I'd recommend for more affordable parking compared to the airport.

The facility was easy to find and we were in and out on a shuttle in minutes. We arrived at 1 in the morning and the shuttle was there less than 5 minutes after I called. Everything about this long-term parking experience was quick, efficient, courteous, cost-effective, and safe. Would highly recommend it.

I have been parking at the Park2Go for a LONG TIME. I always end up coming back. People are EXTREMELY friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I have never had any issues with my vehicle, going in or going out. They are quick to take you to the airport and quick to pick you up when you get back. The shuttles are clean and comfortable and the drivers are very, very good

I was very careful about picking a parking garage with decent shuttle service, so I read all the reviews and this place did not disappoint. We waited less than 10 min for a shuttle to leave for the airport, and less than 5 min to see one make the rounds at the airport on the way back. Service was friendly, paying was easy, and the instructions were very clear in my confirmation email. 10/10 would definitely use this service again.

After using another parking service for years, I recently began using Park2Go. The other service was becoming less reliable for timely pickup. My last two experiences with Park2Go have been exceptional. I was met very quickly at my car for transport to the airport. After my trips, the transport was waiting for me when I needed transportation back to my car.

Staff were very friendly & courteous. Lots of communication as to where they will pick you up at the airport upon your return. Great rates, and our car was ready for us when we arrived back at their lot! Would definitely recommend, and we will be using them again.

The prices were quite affordable! I left my car here for 3 days and came back to it safe and undamaged. I love the fact that there are frequent shuttles driving you to and from the airport. I will definitely consider flying out from Newark more often.

Paid for parking using Airport parking reservations. When I realized I needed to pay more for an oversized vehicle I immediately called Park2Go and asked the employee what to do. I explained my issue and she told me not to worry. Upon returning to get my car they said I had to pay the full amount of $246.48. I showed them the voucher from airport parking reservations and said I would pay the difference in price. They said they would not accept the voucher and unless I paid the full amount I would not get my car. The employee then told me to contact Airport parking reservations and see about a refund. This was not a good ending to my vacation. I will never use this parking lot again. They really don't care!!! Just received my response from owner, a true professional, I called your business when I realized my mistake and talked to your employee and asked what I could do she said don't worry there won't be a charge.

Not a very great place, its cheap, yes, but when you call for a pickup, they will say if you don't listen to their confusing instructions, they just won't pick you up. Not customer centric by any means. Typical people who don't care about repeat customers and are a once and done service for me. I won't ever park here again. The guy working the counter said, "well that's fine" which is odd considering a business should be retaining customers not pushing them away. My guess in a couple years they won't be in business anymore. Park somewhere else and don't spend any money here.

Beware - if your flight is delayed for three hours, as ours was, you will be charged an extra $29.63 in order to get your car. Our 10:30pm arrival turned into 1:30am, which we thought was no big deal, but when we got to the parking agency, tired and unhappy, we were told we'd need to pay $29.63 for the extra time. It seemed like a good deal at $119.24 for six days but $29.63 for 3 extra hours felt like extortion. Note that the charge for the $119.24 was from Cheap Airport Parking, who we booked through, and the $29.63 was from Park 2 Go. We obviously won't be using either of them again.
