I had a telehealth visit with a nurse practitioner to get COVID clearance to be able to go back to class. Visit lasted less than 10 minutes, not too many questions were asked. I got my clearance and it was all good. A few weeks later I was sent an outrageous $322 dollar bill. I understand how these things are coded and billed but this is a bit excessive. I emailed their financial department and got no response. I called the department and they were not able to help me out. As a student who lives off loans and make no income, this is NOT the place you want to go too. They do not cooperate and refuse to provide alternatives. Considering my situation, my visit time, and the amount of service I needed, it just seems they care more about their pockets than their patients. Will be avoiding this urgent care in the future

Staff member was quick and efficient. was excellent. She took the time to listen to me and take care of my needs. I appreciate here careful examination and patience with my case. My prescription was submitted digitally and was ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. Great efficient and caring service overall.

I made an appointment for a rapid test, then told 4 hour before the appointment it’s gonna be $125 just to be seen and another $75 for the Covid test. If I can’t go to work over Covid HOW are you supposed to pay $200 outta pocket just to get tested. Plus isn't the Covid testing supposed to be free

I waited under 5 minutes to be seen, but I couldn’t be seen until 5:30 - and I scheduled the appointment either the night before or the morning of. Scheduling on their website is an absolute must!! The N.P., Teresa, who treated me, was quick, but not rushed & explained treatment/medications clearly, but not condescendingly. There is a nationwide shortage of medical professionals in all medical settings including Urgent Care Clinics, which makes it increasingly more difficult to staff these clinics. The staff at this particular clinic are very, very good at what they do in spite of working every day at an under-staffed clinic.

Of the 3 tests I have had to schedule in the last 2 months, 3 have been cancelled within 1 hour of the selected time via text, with no possible way to reach them (trust me, I tried). With how difficult tests are to get now, this is obviously incredibly stressful. Potentially just remove the scheduling from the site and let people know it isn't honored.

The staff here provided me with exceptional care from the moment I walked in. I provided my documents, things was blur a breeze after that. Keep up the great services!

Understaffed, sending patients to Florissant. I got their "last walk-in appointment" at 5:30 pm. They're open till 8. I'm trans and my preferred name is in CAPITAL LETTERS in my chart. This name was not used with me during my visit and I was called "ma'am" and "Miss Cusick" constantly. No one mentioned my preferred name until I was checking out. They also asked another patient the issue they were there to be seen for, right in front of everyone in the waiting area, and the answer was EXTREMELY private. I was embarrassed for them. All in all, they transferred my care to the ER and did not call in the antibiotics they'd said they would prescribe. I can't really rate their care. The staff I did see struck me as well-meaning but not particularly considerate.

I've gone to this urgent care with my son before, walked in and was able to be seen within minutes. Today I walked in and before I could even finish my sentence to tell the receptionist why I was there, she interrupted me and told me to put a mask on. She then told me I couldn't be seen for an hour and a half. I asked if they no longer take walk ins and she very rudely responded that "no matter if you walk in or not, you need an appointment". I understand if I need to wait for other people's appointments but the attitude she gave me was uncalled for. I walked out and won't be going to this urgent care again, just for the horrible client service alone.

I was able to make an appointment and get my son in within 30 min. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful when my insurance was giving her an issue. Then the nurse and Doctor were wonderful with my son!! I would recommend to ANYONE who needs to see a doctor without being an emergency!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times for various issues - from shingles to strep throat! It’s usually very easy to get a same day appointment (it’s usually better to “save your spot” online vs. walk-in, although they do both) and I’ve always been seen quickly. Staff has always been friendly too!

The pleasant demeanor that the entire staff shared from the moment I walked into the facility was welcoming. The speed in which I was able to get in and out was amazing too. My nurse (Lauren) was very comforting and her fun loving personality put any anxious feelings I may have had at ease. Her concern for my well being was genuine and truly appreciated. Great job all around, Mercy- GoHealth team!! Thank you 😊

While I ultimately was unable to check in (due to my insurance having issues on a holiday) I will absolutely go back there I'd imneeding urgent care again. Unfortunately I had to go to the bjc er (they lived up to their 1 1/2 star rating), however due to my injury, the staff gave me ice packs and a bottled water knowing i needed to go check in somewhere else. Awesome customer service and from what I could tell, good bedside manor of the clinic staff. Super clean too! I will absolutely be interested in seeing how the rest of the experience would be, as I was 5 star happy with what I did see, and literally crying driving away knowing that the bjc er was my only option at that point.

Nothing but positives: ease of check in, kind staff, cleanliness of office/rooms. The PA on staff was amazing & I didn't feel rushed out. She took the time to get to know my health profile & asked additional questions to make sure treatment was tailored to my needs. I could tell she genuinely cares for people.

Everyone was excellent. Was in and out in under an hour. My 2 y/o has medical anxiety and everyone treated her with patience. So gentle and understanding. Special thanks to NP Baker for making her feel as comfortable as possible.

The lady in lobby was very friendly , I come before my appointment but they took me right away. The nurse was very professional. And the dr. has very pleasant and good to find out what was wrong. I'm giving 10 stars to all of them.

Making an appointment is really easy and highly recommended! You are seen quickly and competently! Nurse Practitioner Lauren made our 1 year old son feel so much better with her patience, knowledge and expertise! She knew exactly how to heal and diagnose his illness and really reassured us with her confidence and care!

Someone at front desk to do a quick checkin without appt. (another urgent care said I needed to make an appt which defeats the purpose) Was seen quickly and nurse practitioner was very professional, attentive and helpful. Felt like she really cared. Overall great visit and service.

They was rushing me too quick and I was tryna see if I was pregnant because I had bad symptoms. Then the actual time for the pee to be tested was not completed fully because they was in a huge rush. Also they acted like I wasn't even registered in their system already for some odd reason when they found my name the first time found my old address and then tried to see they can't find my name

The receptionist and DNP were very personable and very helpful. I was seen right away. The DNP took a look at me, evaluated and seemingly knew exactly what to do about my situation! I soon was released and I've been making good progress. Awesome!

This was by far the best urgent care experience. Easy to make online appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. FNP Mia was exceptional, had great communication and easily able to share her medical knowledge. Xray on-site. Highly recommend and thank you!

Came here for a Covid test for travel. It was incredibly hard to find anywhere to get an appointment and results asap on Christmas Eve. I snagged the last appt online thankfully. This is my first visit to this facility and my experience was 5 stars. The front desk guy was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. The nurse was so sweet and check my vitals and performed testing in a timely manner. Dr B was so nice and thorough. Test results take about 10 min and I left with the appropriate paperwork needed for my vacation. The only bummer to no fault of this location is my insurance doesn’t cover the test so I paid $75 for the test and $125 for the visit.

Dan checked in about 1030am to have his foot looked at thinking it was a spider bite. The desk said needed appointment because very busy with flu patients. So had to wait till 230 but got to see Doctor & was taken care of. It's a very efficient & clean Urgent Care & like the fact it's associated with Mercy Hospital . The staff is knowledgeable & friendly.

Second time I have used location. Staff was professional but also friendly. I was waited on right away they ask me questions and took time to diagnose my different area of concerns. They really deserve 'ten stars'. This will be my go to place going forward. Highly recommend!! Kudos to entire staff 🥰

I’ve always had good experiences here, but I always schedule an appointment as well so my wait has never been more than 20 minutes. The nurse practitioner working today was so kind and comforting. It made me want to leave a review. She’ll probably never see this but she made a huge difference in my anxiety today while at the appointment.

They make excuses not to see targeted people (protesters/liberals). It was going to be my oxygen level (I called to explain I cannot wear a mask because of chronic respiratory problems, and they said if it was below 95 would send me to ER--told her that was not what I was coming in for and that the breathing is a chronic problem). When I got there, I was sitting in waiting area and went.back out to the car to get something. When I came back in,, I was short of breath. I wasn't checked in yet, but a woman came up and asked me if I had asthma. I told her I have a calcified lymph node from covid and was almost asphyxiated by freon in June,, so this is a chronic issue. She put the oximeter on my finger, and even though I was gasping for air, my O2 was 99. So she decided my heart rate was too high. I have medical PTSD and panic attacks in the medical setting and am in severe pain and have chronic respiratory problems from long covid (which is VERY COMMON, as are heart issues, but that does not mean that we need to be seen in ER), so a heartrate of 166 is not all that high (not to mention that my heartrate has always been high when checked in the medical setting, no matter how fit I was--even before the m-PTSD). She insisted I needed a workup they could not do. While I have been refused PROPER TREATMENT in most places, I have been sent for some pricey diagnostics. I have had a CT scan of my lungs and just recently had a chest x ray. I just had an echocardiogram done AT MERCY a couple of months ago. I have had bloodwork done several times in the last 8 months or so.This is not some type of mystery. Respiratory problems CAUSE elevated heart rate. THIS IS A FACT. AND I WAS NOT THERE ABOUT THE BREATHING. I am in severe pain due to inflammation and costochondritis (associated with long covid). Also have two rashes that need treatment. I needed my prescriptions (Prednisone and Furosemide especially) refilled. Prednisone helps with inflammation and pain and would have addressed the costochondritis (it is the main treatment I was getting for long covid). But they can't treat me at Urgent Care. Must go to ER. I am banned from all Barnes locations for complaining about abuse (which they refused to investigate; slandered me instead). Things are happening at Mercy and SLUCARE also. Denial of services. Irrational and abusive behavior. I have been told that there is no healthcare in St. Louis for liberals. After seven years of denial of services, abuse, malpractice, malfeasance, and cruelty, I guess I believe it.

The staff was wonderful. The receptionist was especially helpful entering me as a new patient. Dr Pi was so efficient and reassuring. I am happy to have a connection in my "2nd home" St Louis. Also - I made the appointment online - picked a time - and was seen exactly on time.

I have a sinus infection, coughing up blood, almost fully cannot hear in the morning because of all the pressure, constant snot, Etc. Scheduled an appointment and was told at the counter by a woman named Jocelyn that I would not be prescribed an antibiotic, and that I should just go to Walmart. "I mean, I'll take your money but you could spend less getting DayQuil and Mucinex." Kept repeating that she'd "just take my money," until I made my decision. I'm horribly upset, I know she may have been doing me a favor, but I would rather have not even made the appointment if I was gonna drive 45 minutes nothing.

The Doctor had a great bed side manner and was very reassuring of her diagnosis. I came in very comprehensive and she was able to put me at ease.

I made an online appointment for 8:00 am this morning. I got there 10 minutes early to get a flu shot. Walked in at 8:00 and 1 man was there and on what sounded like a personal call. After he hung up he said that other staff was going to be late for work due to traffic. A short while later he said it might be a while that I should go somewhere else to get the flu shot. He said that they don’t charge for it at Walgreens. NEVER using this place again!

My employer sent me to Mercygo Health UC for a Covid test on December 1 2021. This test my company insurance covered at 100% for all employees. Mercy billed me $30 which I paid. Later they tried to bill me over $400 for the same test. I got my insurance company and Healthcare Advocate involved and after investigation it was determined here that I owed $0 dollars and was due a refund of $30. I called 3 times over the last 5 months and asked for my refund. I still have no refund and I will continue to call until I receive it. Strongly recommend staying away from the entire Mercy Health Care network!!!! After posting this review I asked Health Advocate again to act on my behalf in recovering my money. I received an email from them and they informed me they spoke with MercyGo and that I would receive a check. I received that check in the mail approximately one week after my original post.

I walked in 30 minutes before closing and your staff immediately got to work on me! They were all so personable and kind and helpful to someone who cut their finger and never had done that before. I really appreciated their time with me! I was in and out within 20 minutes.

I cut my hand opening a can and immediately knew it was very deep. This happened at the end of the evening right before our kids bed time and right before this urgent care closed. They were extremely kind to me and worked their hardest to fit me in their schedule. Karen did an amazing job sewing my hand and was so kind to me. We live in the area and this urgent care will be my go to from now on. Thank you everyone for working hard to help me!!

I work for Mercy. I came to this urgent care for an immediate issue. When i arrived there was no one at the front desk. There was a lady sitting 3 desks behind who mumbled something as I walked in but nothing else. I was not advised to check in on the kiosk and still wasn't greeted by anyone else for another 5 minutes or more. And i saved my spot online. This is definitely not providing the Mercy Experience at all...

I was a walk-in but still got seen the same day even though it was busy. The people work hard and it’s clean and efficient. Hollis who was at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. Appreciate the wonderful care 🙏🙏

I highly praise Dr. Karen Albers Lickenbrock and her staff at Mercy Urgent Care at Dierbergs on Telegraph Road. All appointments there were taken for that day and the next when I walked in with a nosebleed that wouldn’t stop. She graciously worked me in to their already very busy schedule. I don’t have the words to praise her enough for the care she gave me this past Tuesday. I highly recommend your Urgent Care and Dr. Lickenbrock and her staff.

I have heard horror stories of people waiting forever for Covid testing. It was great to come, sit safely (for everyone) in the car & then be called in for our appointments on time. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Thank you being kind & professional, and for listening and helping us in a timely manner.
