Dr Isler is a very good listener and does his best to help me with all my gastric issues. I am so lucky and happy to have Dr Isler as my gastroenterologist!

Dr Isler is the best. If you are looking for a Gadtro specialist who is detail oriented, patient and diligent about resolving your issues, this is your Doctor. He has an excellent staff at his office. I promise you will not be disappointed... you can stop looking.

Dr. Isler and his staff are very caring and they truly listen to the patient's concerns and symptoms. Dr. Isler takes the time to fully understand what the patient is saying and works collaboratively with the patient (and other medical professionals) to come up with the best treatment plan- and the staff follows up to ensure that the plan is working.

I have gone to Dr. Isler for years on and off as needed and he has the most compassionate mannerism and does not rush you like so many doctors do these days. He and his staff show true concern and amazing patient care.

Before meeting Dr Isler, I had suffered for years with GI issues that no other physician was able to diagnose and treat. I will never forget my first appointment with Dr Isler. He was going over my symptoms with me, looks at me and says, I think I know what’s wrong with you, and most importantly I can help. I was so happy I was seriously fighting back tears! He put me on some meds and I noticed a huge improvement the next day! He had diagnosed me with bile acid malabsorption. (BAM) I’ve been on the meds for a couple of years now and the improvement in my condition is really life-changing to me. I’ve been able to go out-and-about and go on vacations, that would have been impossible prior to treatment. So much thanks to Dr Isler for actually listening to my complaints and being educated to know what was wrong and how to treat it! I can’t recommend him, and his practice enough!

Dr. Isler is kind and empathetic. He is one of those rare doctors who take sincere interest in a patient's concerns. Great personality without intimidation or arrogance. Wish all doctors were like him.

Every visit has left me feeling better than before I saw Dr. Isler and his team. Just went through a scary episode starting in the ER and ending in my most recent appt last week with Dr. Isler who cleared me of all the diagnoses I was concerned about. The staff were very nice and friendly throughout the whole process. The nurses that I had before and after the procedure explained everything completely and helped me feel at ease for my first colonoscopy. The physician explained the procedure completely and encouraged questions. As a RN myself, I felt that everyone was very professional and friendly.

Dr. Isler took all of the time I needed for the appointment. He listened and completely addressed my concerns and allowed me to make decisions regarding how to resolve the issue. I would recommend him without hesitation.

As a chronic over thinker I entered the office with fear and trepidation! The receptionist was super nice which came in handy because there were issues with my DOB for insurance. A cool head and kind heart go a long way in those instances. Thank you to the young lady at the front desk. The next person I would encounter was a sweet woman with brown hair and I was so busy asking questions I've forgotten her name but speaking with her really helped me. I let her know my fears, she listened and offered her thoughts while still getting all the info Dr Isler would need for the appointment. DR ISLER!!!! Thank God I have nothing serious going on with my health. Trust me this lil tugboat has a sea of changes to face but whatever happens I consider myself blessed to have him at the helm. From the start he was kind. He listened to me but more importantly he heard what I said and gave me sound advice! At the end of the appointment yet another kind lady came in to give me my lab slip and double check things before I left. I know Dr Isler said I need to lose weight but after my visit I already felt 50lbs lighter! Lbvs!

Dr. Isler made a very stressful situation, tolerable. I have been going to Dr. Isler for many years now and always know I will be in good and capable hands. He always takes time before my procedures to visit and put me at ease and likewise afterwards as well. He has never let me down and I call him a friend

Dr. Isler did my colonoscopy, along with the help of a competent, capable staff. While the outcome was less than I'd hoped for, the procedure itself was relatively problem-free. There is no real dignity to be found when you get a colon check. But the folks at Ohio Gastroenterology Group go out of their way to make the best of it. I wish I could say that the preparation for such a procedure is a bucket full of joy. It isn't. Yet the folks at OGG make everything else a walk in the park. Well, maybe not the really fun parks like DisneyWorld, but a pretty nice park.

Dr Isler made me so comfortable talking about uncomfortable issues. He was so kind and took his time really getting to know my past medical history, current issues, and addressing my concerns. His bedside manners were refreshing. I’m confident we’ll get to the bottom of my health issues.

I was greeted with a very pleasant and friendly staff. The process of reviewing my medical information was done efficiently. Dr. Isler took time to speak with me prior to the procedure covering some questions I had for him. The procedure resulted in polyps needing biopsy, in which I got a quick response from the doctor's office. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

I have been a patient of Dr Isler for almost two years now. His team always greats you with a smile and you are made to feel very comfortable. I never feel rushed with him during my appointments and he listens carefully when I discuss my issues. He really cares about my concerns and works to resolve any problems I may have. I have to also mention his assistant Sonia who is wonderful. She promptly responds to questions or concerns sent via my patient portal. Dr Isler is quick to give her an answer and she immediately forwards that response. I highly recommend him and his team!
