Some people working here are wonderful but there are some who are combative and do not want donors to return. How does CSL afford to turn so many donors away as a few bad apples are responsible for this loss. It's like they're happy to have less work and fewer donors and 'annoyance' from dealing with donors. Those bad CSL reps strive for fewer donors and less work, and CSL condones this because it's getting worse, not better. There must be a greater shortage of workers than donors because employees rule here. Hopefully this disdain for the donor does not affect donor safety. Edit: CSL called after seeing my review & stated random medical flags necessitate a verification and sudden hold on donating until it was determined I am not taking medication that is supposed to be established for safety BEFORE I donated the first time. That's what I attested to in TWO rounds of separate intake questions AND reiterated during the exam. But CSL said that's just 'a normal part of their process' to miss such information and nothing that CSL is responsible for or concerned about. This donor will never return. With irresponsible and deflecting staff, beware.

Been a donor for more then 7 years. Been treated great at first. Recently I was accused of something I didn’t commit. And can even show me the proof that it was me. Was deferred for someone else’s wrong doing. Shame

DON'T BE SCARED AWAY BY REVIEWS!! I seriously almost was. When you see negative reviews about a medical place of any kind it can be sketchy. I recommend you come in and make your own opinion. At the end of the day you might be saving a strangers life and making $55 or more. That was my TLDR... My personal opinion, the staff was about as friendly and personable as you would expect any blood donation place to be, mind you I had only donated blood on the big red bus prior to this. Since I was new, they kindly asked me to be seated and review lots of information and watch a video. It was my first time there and the woman walking me through the process had a friendly demeanor and I feel glad for having her. I can't remember her name but she has a really cool NY latin accent and was actually training another woman from NY at the time. Shout out to them both. My only complaint is that everything took so long but I don't feel as though that is the fault of anyone, and I definitely wouldn't say anyone there was rude, unkind, or came across like they don't wanna work. Heads up, they seem to be training new stuff in every aspect of the donation process, this is hopefully not a sign of poor management but rather better management and a superior, and growing staff. Make sure you create a PIN right away, it can be tremendously annoying standing in the store with a card that's not activated. Good health and good luck. You're helping a stranger out there in a major way, and getting paid? It's a no brainer if you're in a jam financially like I was. ✌️

Very good experience! This was my first time donating since 2015 when the age restriction was 65. On April 21, 2022 the entire staff was happy, helpful, eager to get everyone hooked up and donating…….VERY VERY PLEASED! The re-registration process did take the estimated 2 hours however I personally appreciate the thoroughness! Again, super satisfied!

I’ve been coming to Csl Plasma for a little over a year. Good staff horrible management. Seems like they can’t keep their staff and it’s only getting worse. Staff is always complaining about how they dislike working at Csl plasma because they aren’t getting treated right. I have a few favorites. For reception, Jenasy is my favorite. She’s always positive and is very funny!! Always has a good attitude. They over work her. Whenever I come in she’s always by herself helping 12 people at a time. The only person taking donors with no help. CSL needs to give her a raise. I’m surprised she’s still there. Giovanni is my favorite manager. Always positive. Christine is my favorite phlebotomist. She knows what she’s doing. Hate seeing this place going down but they don’t take care of their staff. Long wait times and no staff. Do better. I will be switching over to LFB. They pay more and have more staff.

They used to have the friendliest staff here, but not anymore. The people here now are some of the rudest people on earth. They treat you like an annoyance and don't make you feel welcome. The one that don't wear name tags are the worst.

This place is on a roller coaster when it comes to retaining staff. I was informed that 1 of the nicest phlebotomist is leaving and a couple already left. This is due to how some of the staff is treated by management. Unfortunately, it is very transparent. Some workers lack an ounce of energy or positivity and you see that from their management as well. This CSL location Is more like attending a funeral instead of donating. If effective changes are not made immediately, I will go elsewhere or just quit all together. I go with coworkers and this has already impacted their attendance.

So they fired a bunch of employees and the wait times were almost 2 hours plus donation time. Employees were rude. They dont allow employees to work more than 35 hours and no overtime. Thats why always you see new faces. The management is a joke.

I'm sitting in here when I first got here there was no line and since it has been a little while since I donated I had to have a check up ok that's fine and all but then some one calls the guy Im suppose to be doing the physical with to do something instead of saying I'm with a patient.. he got up and said he would be right back " it has been 10 min as of right now... getting very irritated o he just came back 12 min later

My first impression of CSL Plasma was the cleanliness, throughout the whole location. All the staff were very attentive myself and other donor's. I was very surprised to see they have an exit lounge area. Very nice! "My hat goes off to Gina"

Staff is GREAT !! Management should stop adjusting the payments, treat your workers better. Why do you think they are leaving? Donors are going to be going somewhere else also.

New donor and am quite pleased with CSL Plasma. First time donor process was a little long, about 3 hours, but they offered water and snacks. It was my fault I did not have enough hydration and fuel but even with their water and snacks the 3 hours took too much out of me. More on that below but they were nice and thorough, very kind. Ms. Kay was my medical screener and she was very sweet! All went well and she led me to the donation room where the pheb techs took over. Very informative and helpful, caring and kind! I did fine for the most part, donated over half a bottle and then started to feel woozy. They were quick to fan me, give me ice packs, and check my needle site again because my flow was slow. When I felt worse pumping my hand again, they stopped my donation and started my saline. Kept fanning me and monitored until I was good to go. Gave me a Powerade on my way out. I came back 3 days later for my second donation, only to find I had a small bruise that was slightly too large on my needle site so I was sent home. Understandable, but still sucked because I live 30 minutes away. Came back today, a week later, and was able to donate. More hydrated, more fueled and ready to go. At the end I got a little woozy when they adjusted for the saline but they said it wasn't my fault and helped monitor me again until I was good to go home. Overall, I am pleased with them and will continue to donate. It's a no brainer--help save lives and be compensated in return!

There should be a ZERO Stars choice! Worse one I’ve ever been to! I’ve donated for many years in honor of a friend once in need who shared this process. So I started to help! This Place Is So Unorganized.. uninformed and not enough staff. I never get help until I walk up and ask. They tell me everything I have there’s an issue.. yet overlook it. Then I wait 10 minutes without a soul around to be helped because they have a glitch now! No one acknowledged I was there. I asked again for help. Blown off and told they are with someone. No one around. I took pictures! No customers.. no staff! I walked out! I’ll donate elsewhere!

How come you can't answer the phone and tell customers this information? Won't be going back. go to olgam.

Horrible experience unprofessional unclean typical corporate environment makes you feel like a farm animal. They give Hundred dollars the first two times and then eventually they just give you $45 and they sell your plasma for $5000 would be nice if they actually donate but they don't. You donate and they sell it.

This place takes a whole extra hour long when completing the new donor process and even when you are a returning donor. I’ve been a donor here before then left to go to another place and regret the fact I came back. Most places gives student an extra $5 or $10, but CSL doesn’t provide that extra incentive. Might have to travel back to Ft Pierce even though I live less than 5 min away. I finished the video 10 min ago, but can’t find the person who helped me. Yea please don’t waste your time, that extra drive to ft Pierce may just be quicker than coming here! Send help please. I came here a week ago an hour before closing and was turned away, which I see know but it shouldn’t take this long.

Very short staffed but if that's not enough the medical staff are VERY rude they have no sense of urgency. You will wait sometimes more than 30 min before even being acknowledged. I also had issue on return visit they put my name in wrong wasted another hour to get that all fixed then nurse declined me because of a small bruise came back 3 days later same nurse refused me again after a 30 minute wait-check-in staff & manager both said they would have approved me as they could see no bruise but medical has all the say. The donation team complains non-stop about why everyone waits till last minute to come in or everyone comes in at once when I said it's probably because they are just getting off of work or they want to do this prior to going into work they snap and say NO that's not it! This place is very TOXIC!

Raquel is the Port St Lucie location manager. Raquel is beyond disrespectful, unprofessional and aloof about business protocols it seems. I will be escalating my experience with Raquel further with corporate.

Customer service could use some work. I approached the desk as a first-time donor and was met with snooty and condescending attitudes. Consider greeting your guests and asking what you can do for them. Unprofessional.

Staff seems really unhappy to be here and you spend more time waiting to get hooked up to a machine than you actually do in the chair. Just waiting and waiting and waiting without anybody even acknowledging you. Last time I was here, two employees stopped helping someone get unhooked so that they could have a loud argument right in front of me for about 5 full minutes.

There's not even anyone at the front desk. Might as well donate blood at one blood for a 10$ walmart gift card. Screw that

Gina Medina and the staff at CSL in PSL are all so friendly and helpful. Gina took the time to help me because my donation times were so long. She was able to find the problem and make the proper adjustments to make the process smoother for me. Thank you!

You could tell she hasn't been doing it for a while. She stuck couple people and need help. Three issue when it was my turn I also had an issue other girl did my other arm after I asked them to stop digging on my other arm. Four issue everyone that it happened to had a allegiant reaction is that strange when I have been in so many time and never had this happen. Very unsatisfied almost passed out it very strange when you had 3 ppl in the same 30mins that had something wrong.

I used to highly recommend this place but now it's A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Not NEARLY enough staff, and no system AT ALL. I'm a returning donor with a walk in appt, check in paperwork done, health screening done, still sitting for over an hour while other walk ins were taken in front of me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! GET IT TOGETHER!

Yesterday was my first time donating plasma and I had a very positive experience. The person who did my intake, I believe her name was Darlene, was extremely patient with me and very friendly. The process took a while but she made it very simple. During my donation, Gina was a huge help and made sure I knew all the ins and outs and made sure I was alright when I started to get a little lightheaded. She made me very comfortable being it was my first time donating.

Too inconsistent I was here the other day to get registered and they did a pretty good job that was pleasant enough and it went okay today I am here and it is like a circus sideshow. Real lack of professionalism very disappointing today I would rate A1 but I don't want to make it sound like everybody was horrible because some of the people here are very nice and professional they just need to tighten up.

Joe is by far the best At making sure you have no marks on your arms after. I have had my arm marked up and can't complete the entire special they have , if they mark your arm up those days should be given back hit ND miss place

Doesnt even deserve the star, sat and waited over 45 mins to keep being told to wait for the screening lady, meanwhile her and the other lady are just talking up a storm and not paying any attention to anyone or anything. Then gonna be told to relax because im upset over the time im sitting when everyone else is being dealt with

Been going here for over a year and made the decision to change to LFB, past few times I’ve been to CSL wait times were very long and only had one person working the floor. Staff were always complaining about management and pay . ( not very professional) glad I changed and started at LFB better environment
