Wasn't happy with my appointment here. For $425 all I got was some basic questions being asked and they put me back on a medication I was already on before. They just want your money and to get you back out the door as soon as possible. *Edit* Had a second appointment here as a telemedicine appointment to renew my prescription and it went even more poorly. I didn't want to pay the higher first visit fee again to go to another office so I gave Harmony another shot and regret it. You are supposed to receive a link one hour before your appointment to join the call but I never received it. No big deal, I called customer support and they were able to quickly send a new link. I was on the phone with them until 2:14 PM and my appointment was at 2:15 PM so I instantly joined and waited. After 5 minutes of waiting in there I decided I had better start recording myself being present so they didn't try to pull something to charge me for not showing up , and luckily I did. The doctor never showed up and so I called support back up and sure enough they were charging me as a no show. I am definitely done with this place now. They truly only care about getting as much money out of you as possible without having to actually do anything. Just stay away from this place.

The therapist were great, my rating is based purely off of the billing department, and the reason I switched to another practice. If you decide to utilize their services, please keep all of your payment records. Trust me, you will be needing them. Alternatively, you can simply go somewhere else with a more updated and reliable system.

I never complain or write reviews but this office has horrible patient care. First appointment, I took off work early and I arrived 15 minutes early as directed and there was no one in the main office until after my appointment time so I had to stay 30 minutes later filling out paperwork. I wrote that off as I am patient and things like that happen. However, I do not recommend this doctors office to anyone after what I am going through tapering off my medication. My first appointment was to tapper off medication and receive help on medication instructions as it has serious side effects when lowering dosage. After my appointment Ieft four requests in two weeks to have the doctor call me, and never received a call. The instructions I received from the doctor did not align with the prescriptions that were at the Pharmacy. I have not yet heard from the doctor. I then spoke to the help line and the woman who I spoke with me was extremally disrespectful and very rude. This woman was extremely unprofessional and should not be working in health care. I do not recommend, especially to folks who are looking to receive help with their mental health. Wanted to share as I would of liked to know prior to this experience.

I highly recommend keeping record of all payments. I was sent a repeat invoice of a bill that was already paid several, several months prior. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they gaslit me and threatened with sending me to collections. Luckily, I had proof of payment that I was able to provide. Don’t be scammed.

***UPDATED AT BOTTOM*** DO NOT COME HERE Telemed allows for flexible scheduling, however their phone staff is horrible and has no information on how to deal with mental health patients. I was asked why I didn't call to schedule an appointment during a mental health episode due to changing in meds (but I had an upcoming appt and my provider knew about the episode). The phone staff also refused to take a message to pass on to my provider when I couldn't get access to the message system because I was at work. Amanda Degee is great. I love her. Unfortunately, if you need to have them fill out paperwork, they also charge $50 a page and I was told they would not make payment arrangements for this fee (I had to pay the whole fee before they would turn in my paperwork). Someone else told me something different, after the fact, but I specifically asked and was told no, I could not make a payment arrangement. ***UPDATE NOW ONE STAR*** Their office staff called me to ask why I hadn't made a payment on my outstanding balance. I said the balance is from a $200 paperwork fee that I can't afford right now. The girl argued with me about it being from normal office visits and then saw that I was right and said she needed to call me back. The worst bed side manners from office staff. The most outrageous paperwork fees. DO NOT COME HERE

Avoid at all costs. My psychiatrist was fantastic and listened to me, that part was great. However they will overbill you, send you duplicate invoices and double charges and the worst part is their entire billing department is outsourced to India. If you try and call their billing department you will be greeted by someone with an impossibly thick and hard to understand accent reading from a script. If you try and ask them anything they will just repeat themselves over and over. After getting off the phone with their billing department they will relentlessly call you 6-8 times a day only to have the same unintelligible billing tech repeat themselves at you ad nauseum. It's not worth the aggravation. If you are looking for a psychiatrist, dealing with Harmony will make your mental health worse.

I did not have a good experience. I made an appointment to see a psychiatrist via Telehealth but was scheduled with an LMHC. Which would have been fine as a side, continuous & ongoing program. However an LMHC cannot make a diagnosis. Which is not what I was seeking. This experience was more akin to therapy (which is great and useful, but not what I was seeking). There was no discussion of my symptoms nor was I ever asked why I made the appointment. We never even got to discuss my reason for the appointment. Most of what was said was, in my opinion, nonsensical and came across more as rambling (respectively). I was given advice and told stories and how I should handle my life before we even got to my life story (which was insinuated sounded rehearsed). I do think some people would have found this useful, however, I don't need wistful suggestions on how I should act as a good person should (which I desire to be)... I need something more concrete, evidence based with some action (and possibly medication) behind it... and unfortunately, I was not given that during this visit.

Doctor Leitten. PH.D was very professional. He let me talk & explain things that are going on in my life. He asked me questions & made me feel very comfortable when speaking with him. Good doctors are so hard to come by these days. My doctor, I truly respected his professional opinion & his advice! Thank you so much Dr. Christopher Leitten PH.D.

Dr. Susan E. Davis and Dr. Robert N. Brady have been extremely helpful and encouraging in my care and needs. They explain the reasons why I need a medication as well as how they work and how best to take them for best results. Teaching me about my meds and therapy treatment plan. They both also provided online resources to look things up after sessions. They are easy to talk to and considerate of your needs. Highly recommended them both. I'm very blessed to have them on my team of doctors. The customer service dept has also been incredible. Thank you very much to all.

Got asked Basic questions for a huge bill . Only had 2 or 3 visits , one was over the phone. I wasn’t given any exercises to practice at home , I didn’t feel helped at all . The last visit was the video one and that was when I was told “ well it seems you’re doing a lot better “ .

Dr Stouffer has been amazing. Attentive and caring. Her office staff is another story. They shipped all patient office related tasks to an overseas call center. 1. They are completely incompetent in doing thier jobs, 2. Being over seas my privacy could be at risk and 3. They barely speak English. And if you need medication that requires a prior authorization they will never take care of it. Nor will the respond to the pharmacy request or your pleas to get it taken care of. But they will straight lie and tell you it's all taken care of. My insurance will no longer be contracted with this provider at the end of the year and I know why now. Just stay far away from this place. Far, far away.

Terrible experience with Dr Chertok and with scheduling. Was not scheduled appropriately and the doctor was dismissive, rude, and did not record what I had to say accurately. Sheduler was rude and hung up on me. Have emailed and left voicemail with practice manager, no response. Would never go back here.

This is a great group. I am very happy with their professionalism, my doctor is incredible and I never have any issues because they are on top of it!

Sherri Anglin is very informative and gives you details! Always offering and Emergency if needed! I give it 10 Stars compared to whom I used to see in the past 20 years!

The psychologist helps me a lot to overcome my disorder. psychologist's expertise in the field of mental health was evident throughout our sessions. They possessed an extensive knowledge base and demonstrated a deep understanding of various psychological theories and practices.

They are so nice. From the front desk to the office. Felt like they care/understood what I was there for. To help me be a better me. I saw two different people and we have a starting goal. Can't wait to start my new journey ot a BETTER ME. IF you want to talk to someone, talk to them first and I hope you will have your two visits projective like mine were 😸🐸

Finding a physician is super easy and the two I presently have are the best I’ve had yet, by far the easiest to talk to about personal topics. Only reason this is a 4/5 is office staff often leave out details when they answer questions.

Harmony United is a great place to be established at for psychiatric needs. I visit with Dr. Sherri Anglin and she has done a great job helping me.

The first time I went here. I was very nerves and felt I had failed the test. This week I did better and was encouraged. Felt much better after these test. Will know results in about 2 weeks. Would happily recommend getting a cognitive test if you are the least bit concerned and feeling like you're losing your mind. I walked away today feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel and not so overwhelmed.

Very courteous staff that takes the time to listen to me. I like that they have virtual appointments. I’m happy for that because it is quite a distance for me to drive in all that heavy traffic to see my doctors. Excellent listening skills. I have enjoyed a most caring, competent and accommodating team of professionals in the Tampa office who include my wonderful therapist, Dr. V. Johnson and Nurse A. Stouffer. They both listen carefully to my concerns/joys. Their professionalism yet warmth too is unparalleled! To work with a therapist and nurse for over a year who truly care about you and allow you to feel free and safe yet also guide you properly says it all!!

Can’t recommend Anna Stouffer enough. Always feel better after talking and making a plan. Its so worth it to put in the work to make yourself better, and having such a knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare provider on your side is essential.

Can't call the office directly. You have to talk to a call center that doesn't know anything and fight to be connected to their actual office to talk to someone who actually works there. This place is clearly about making money. If you're over 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment and charge you $100.

Dr. Liten makes me feel cared for, and when I speak to him he understands what I’m going through. He gives me advice on how to cope with things in my daily life, would definitely recommend him.

Cancelled on my first appointment, while I was driving to said appointment. Thankfully I answered my phone while I was driving or I would've not only wasted my time but also my gas. Really poor first impression.

If you’re looking around for a psychiatrist who actually cares, GO HERE. Don’t give it a second thought. I was SO nervous at first, and I was worried that they weren’t going to listen to me… (other doctors in the past have made me feel that way) But having just one appointment with this team gave me so much more confidence and hope for the future. They were so professional, but also kind, soft and understanding. GENTLE would be the best word. They seem like they truly want to help their patients. Everything is done electronically too… Paperwork, check in etc. They also send text reminders and information which I love. So you can do it beforehand and save yourself time when you show up. I showed up early, and they still got me back fast! 10 minutes before my appointment time! My appointment did not feel rushed at all and I was given the opportunity to ask questions and just talk. They can do appointments via telehealth, and I believe counseling can be done through that too from what I heard. All together, I’m so happy I found and chose Harmony for my mental health needs- they’re really great people with a passion for healing!

This was my first visit. I highly recommend Gregg Halverson. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain Harmony's policies. I found him to be very knowledgeable on the meds I'm currently taking. I learned some new things about one of them and he's made some suggestions going forward. I'm happy he's willing to work with me to make sure I'm taking the right meds.

This was my first time visit a psychiatrist, but was impressed from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. LanChi made an amazing first impression and helped me instantly feel at ease. Sherri was also friendly from the minute she introduced herself. She answered all questions I had and I could tell she truly cared about me. I'm so glad I chose Harmony for my Psychiatric Care!

10/10 experience. I was very nervous about my first time seeing a psychiatrist and Dr. Sherri Anglin right away made me feel at ease. This was a great experience and one that made me open to future visits.

My experience with Sherri Anglin NP left a lot to be desired. TLDR: I felt that my health care need was held for ransom and a bribe. If you don't want to perform a service WITHIN your scope, just say no. Don't waste patient's time. I had one initial appt w/ this "provider", due to needing medical certification paperwork for work. I understand this can't be done on an initial visit, duh! but I explained, due to no fault of my own, the initial diagnosing provider wouldn't do it. I was willing to have a f/u appt to do this.(multiple if needed) But, I was told the med. cert would not get done until list of 'orders' had been completed. including a neuro...diagnostic etc? test. My insurance didn't cover it and it was 1300.00 out of pocket. I was informed by the office, the BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCH NP still "would NOT DO a med cert if the testing not completed." This comes across as bribery to me. I'm angry because I'm not sure how a BOARD CERTIFIED NP is unable to make a medically sound diagnosis without this costly test. I downloaded the Vanderbilt assessment for free. The inital MD that diagnosed the condition did so based on "text book symptoms I have" and another provider was able to use a FREE assessment tool to do the same. Maybe this provider will work out for you and your needs. It didn't for me. Lanci (?) P. at the front desk was great if I can give a separate review for her I would rate higher.

It was my first time ever going to seek mental help & it was a terrible experience! They had me waiting 30 minutes just for the Dr to be rude & tell me she couldn't see me & wave me away! Her attitude was disturbing & the fact she was so over weight shows she doesn't have mental control anyways! Thanks, but no thanks! I don't recommend the Tampa location at all!
