First time visit with psl health center and had my first appointment with Dr. George Blackwell. Amazing work he does and is very intelligent with the knowledge he speaks. Always explains why he’s doing the things he’s doing and will really help whatever issues you are having. First session and I feel like a completely new person, posture is night and day and my shoulder discomfort is almost slim to none now. Highly recommend this place! Beautiful place as a whole.

My husband and I have been patients of PSL Health for about 1 1/2 years now and I’ve used pretty much all the services they provide and I couldn’t be happier! We both compete in bodybuilding and we both normally have multiple injuries at one time and if it weren’t for the amazing professionals at PSL Health I truly believe we wouldn’t be able to compete at this level at 53 & 43 years old! We are beyond happy starting with the welcoming front desk staff to the physical therapists, massage therapists, IV Nurses, Skin care specialists and Chiropractor’s that do treatment on both of us!! I saw Dr. Rodriguez for the first time today and loved every minute of my experience. She is very professional, pleasant, sociable and makes you feel very comfortable. She is very good with explaining every aspect of what she is doing and showing pictures as well. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and she validated all of my feelings and made me feel safe with her. She specializes in perinatal chiropractic care and I highly recommend her. She even showed me multiple stretches and demonstrated them all. What a wonderful experience this was. Both Dr. Blackwell and Dr. Rodriguez are amazing and attentive to what the client is saying. On top of that, the knowledge that was given to me and an explanation on how to do certain things at home have helped me immensely. All staff is amazing from the front desk to the massage therapist. My 7-year-old daughter comes here also with me and she loves it here. Dr. Rodriguez is nice and gentle with her and has built enough trust with my daughter for her to let Miss Rodriguez even align her back and neck. This is an overall great experience and I would highly suggest to anybody that this place will definitely meet the expectations and requirements for a positive and healing experience.

Dr. Blackwell is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help me feel better. He always succeeds in making me feel better. I recommend him and his team. Love the massage there as well. He has massage therapists that are also amazing in helping me relax my muscles . Highly recommend.

One stop shop for all things health and wellness! The owners are awesome and the staff is amazing! I know plenty of people who swear by Dr Blackwell and this is my go to spot to send my wife for massages and facials. She loves Lindsey! I’ve sent her plenty of different places in the past and this is by far her favorite. Now I just have to find time to get myself in there for a massage or IV treatment! Definitely go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

So grateful to have been taken care of. The staff is so sweet and makes you feel like apart of their little family. I started to get adjusted during the end of my 7th month of pregnancy! Eased so much discomfort and my delivery was a breeze. I’ve had Dr. Rodriguez adjust both of my children and the results are tremendous. My son was getting ear infections about every 4-6 weeks and he’s had 1 in 5 months since his adjustment. My 4 month old girl was having bowel movement issues, she was going about every 3-4 days. After her adjustment she had a bowel movement by the time we got home 🫶🏼

I can’t say enough good things about PSL Health Center. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The therapy and medical staff are professional and caring. Dr. Blackwell is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. He’s not your regular Chiro that just adjusts your spine and hope it fixed the problem. He does a thorough evaluation and addresses every concern with a holistic approach and it works fast. He’s interested in giving you the fastest and permanent solution to your problem. I see Dr Rodriguez for my prenatal visits and I highly recommend! My last two pregnancies I saw two other chiropractors somewhere else and this place is definitely my favorite. I’m now 30+ weeks and I’m really not in much pain at all. The muscle therapy they do before the adjustment is a god send. I always feel like my pelvis is so much more balanced after seeing her.

The massage therapy available has a spot for everyone and I highly recommend March, Carmen, and Arnette for deep tissue. Absolutely loving my sessions with Dr. Tasha for Pelvic Floor Therapy. I have six children and had twins in my most recent pregnancy. She is great at what she does and very thorough. I was referred to PSL Health center by friends at CrossFit Tradition. My husband and I have been patients for close to a year and we cannot recommend PSL Health enough. From the massages ( shout-out March, Michelle and Arnette!) and Laser treatments ( thanks Laney). And the adjustments from Dr. Blackwell we have never felt better! First thing off the bat that I absolutely loved and made me feel comfortable was Alan! He is furry and has 4 legs and makes everyone feel at home. This was so important to me as I get anxiety easily in medical situations. I have white coat syndrome. The staff were all smiling , happy, efficient and had wonderful comrodery amongst themselves! Very upbeat positive vibes in the office! They were also very compassionate and caring. Dr. Blackwell's office was able to work me in to their schedule quickly. I was able to fill out forms in the comfort of my home as well. I felt very secure that Dr.Blackwell did not just jump in and adjust me. He listened intently and asked questions. My first "treatment was about finding out what and where the trauma is located. From there just pressure pints and stretching. I will remain a client for years to come In sure. I love this place! I have been to many Chiropractor’s and these two, Dr Blackwell and Dr Rodriguez, are both excellent at diagnosing and treating muscular conditions as well as spinal adjustment. They also have excellent Massage Therapists that are part of your treatment plan. Then there is Lindsay who provides Aesthetic and Laser services; she is adorable and skilled at her trade while providing safety for her clients. The office is beautiful and the staff are always cheerful. So happy that I found this place!

CORA Physical Therapy St. Lucie West Has fantastic providers that help build a custom set of PT to your specific injury(ies) and maximizes your recovery time. I worked mainly with Amanda, Christine, and Stacy. The entire office is personable, professional, and creates a lax atmosphere for overall recovery. This place has been amazing since my first visit. The staff is so warm and friendly and Dr Blackwell is also super nice and knowledgeable. I had constant back pain after having my daughter and used to sit on a heating pad daily. My pain has significantly decreased if not disappeared most of the time. I started with visits every 2 or 3 weeks and now do maintenance every month or two with a massage and adjustment afterward. Love this place and would recommend

Where do I even start? Dr. Blackwell was recommended by a few friends. Having neck and back issues for almost a year, I went to see him. I was pleasantly surprised that the office offers massages in addition to chiropractic care. I tried a massage with Carmen and she is hands down one of the best when it comes to deep tissue massage. She is not for the faint of heart, but if you have knots and continuous pain, Carmen is your gal! Try her out if you want a deep massage. The other massage therapist that I cannot rave more about is March and her deep tissue work. Both women do other types of massages, but highly recommend both for really stubborn muscles. Between Carmen, March and Dr. Blackwell, my pain is almost gone. No surgery needed. Dr. Blackwell knows what he is talking about when it comes to chiropractic medicine. He doesn't just crack a neck and you're gone, just to show up a week later to get adjusted again. He is one of the good ones and cares about the patient. Tatiana at the front desk is always wonderful to speak with and helpful with finding appointments in a time of need and George has helped me with some exercises to work on at home to help strengthen my weak areas. If that wasn't enough, they now offer aesthetics! Lindsay uses the best products and I recommend the jelly mask. She was able to put me on a line of products that, within weeks, has cleared up my skin. Dr. Allen cannot be left off this review. He’s a delight to see when you walk through the door. Dr Blackwell and his entire staff are amazing. The office is always spotless and thoroughly cleaned in between each client. He has been doing lots of upgrades and it looks fantastic! I have had massages with Carmen, March, and Patrick and they are all wonderful. I have had bad experiences with chiropractors before, and Dr Blackwell knows this. He is always super gentle when adjusting me, while still getting results. I came in to see him with an injury. It was fixed within a few sessions, but I still come in and enjoy preventative care. And Alan makes my visits fun. :) They are also offering a wide variety of esthetic services, which I can’t wait to try. It really is a welcoming, friendly, one stop shop for well-being.

Dr. Blackwell asks questions and listens to your answers. He gives advice on how to halo yourself in the healing process. I’ve been dealing with back issues for years and swing chiropractors for all of that time. Dr. Blackwell has used new techniques that had not been used on me before and they have worked really well. As a professional athlete in recovery from several severe injuries in my hips and low back, I can say confidently that rehabilitation from a specialist is a must.
