No points assessed, but honestly, I don't deserve any... And for the speeding ticket that's highly contestable (in my opinion), I probably could've done a better job just going to court myself. I mean, a state trooper jumped in front turnpike traffic that WERE ALL STEADILY SPEEDING AT 90mph. I guess you could say I'm one of those "go with the flow and get pulled over speeding tickets". I mean, I was in the right (slow) lane the whole time. But dude. I slammed on my brakes for a state trooper... that whipped his car around, to JUMP IN FRONT OF A LOT OF MOVING TRAFFIC on the Florida turnpike in Martin County . How is damn near causing an accident not a ticket as the trooper, not at least reckless driving? Like, there's a line of cars behind me all slamming on their brakes too? I don't understand what I did wrong, and clearly this lawyer didn't bother to even inquire about the ticket at all. It kinda goes without saying how unacceptable the $285.00 bill was. If I could come to a stop, before passing the state trooper without causing a pileup from the cars behind me.... How bad could this "speeding" citation really have endeavored... It shouldn't. It shouldn't even exist. Of course I go no points, I shouldn't be charged $285.00 for entrapment by a State Trooper trying to generate revenue. DON'T USE THIS LAWYER. They really don't care about you. Unless you're rich, and you can afford the risk I guess... Rich or not, the results still suck, I. E. - their service is God awful... Don't say you weren't warned...

Zero stars if I could. This was a total waste of money. This actually cost me more money than paying the ticket. I paid $95 to the Ticket Clinic and still had to pay the cost of the ticket. I have an excellent driving record. I haven’t had a ticket in over 20 years, yet this service couldn’t get this dismissed. Terrible lawyers. NEVER AGAIN! I will blast negative reviews everywhere. Should have paid another company $20 more to guarantee a dismissal. HORRIBLE SERVICE PERIOD. ZERO STARS. I should be given a refund since they did nothing on my behalf. Update: Call me what you want. Yes, I didn’t respond back to be honest…why? I still feel your service was not good. 4 months later I couldn’t find the notice and who would? I hired you all hoping to help. I don’t need to prove to you anything. Look at the many other 1 star reviews you earned with the same story as me. Have a good day!

I lost my case and had points added to my license. I talked with the lawyer when first going their to see is their services could help or benefit me in anyway with my case. 195 dollars and now I owe Martin county 330 dollars on top of that. Also talked with them about if I was to lose the case for any reason to see about a hardship will with the judge and 2 weeks later I get a letter saying my license will be suspended. If I had talked with the lawyer before you guys ok my case and he said a hardship shouldn’t be a issue why do I have to go back to court to try and get a hardship when I paid you guys to try and settle this whole thing in one shot. I have family that is also in the midst of trying to have there case beat and very little communication. Biggest scheme I’ve seen down here since I moved here won’t be using them again

I hired The Ticket Clinic to represent me in May of this year. Upon recently checking my case's decision, I was alarmed to find out that the judge found me guilty. However, that wasn't the biggest issue. I later discovered that points would be added to my license after being told that no points or no traffic school would be given to me, which is why I decided to proceed with the ticket clinic. This is my second ticket EVER and my second one in 6 years; there is no reason why points should have been added to my license. I later found out that Michael Joseph O'rourke, my hired attorney, entered a plea of nolo contendere, which I did not agree to. I adamantly stated that I was not guilty when I initially spoke with The Ticket Clinic. I also was made aware that Michael did not ask the judge to consider traffic school so that no points would be added to my license. He basically just showed up to court on my behalf and took my money. I am now responsible for paying the citation and court fees on top of what I paid the ticket clinic. Hire Michael if you want points on your license and a guilty verdict. I will be taking matters into my own hands, as I should have initially.

I would like to inform you that The Ticket Clinic is a law firm located at 502 SE Port St Lucie Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 is a company that cheats its customers. I turned to them for help. BUT the services of this company only worsened my situation. THEIR REPRESENTATIVES did not help with the fine, I will have to pay it in full. Also, with their help, I will have to undergo additional training at school. And on top of everything else, I also paid for their services. This company can only do harm, avoid them. And never ask them for help!

The 3.9 star rating is wrong it should be a 1 star for how bad these people represent you in court. This place should be shut down they never win any time of cases and look out only for themselves.

Do not Recommend at all. The $95 you paid them is for the school and points which you can do it yourself for way less at a traffic school because they do not guarantee dismissal of your ticket. Furthermore, you will have to pay a court fee which exceed the price of the ticket in the first place.

After my case was over I went and sat down with an actual lawyer and after the conversation I knew I made a huge mistake picking these people to represent me in court. Go watch 3 YouTube videos and you will have the same experience as this lawyer

I got a speeding ticket for going 15 over and I requested the help of the Ticket clinic we talked on the phone and they told me worst case scenario is that I would have to pay court fees. Well time flew past and i just went to go pay court fee’s it was around $300 which isn’t bad considering I didn’t have to do traffic school, insurance won’t sky rocket, and no points will be on my driving record at all. To say the least i think they did a fantastic job and i would be more than happy to use them again.

Within one year I had received 3 tickets 2 for going through a stop sign and one for doing 35 over speed limit. They saved me a lot of money the fist ticket cost me 99 dollars know points or court fees the 2nd was 150 no points or court fees the 3rd one was 200 no points no court fees. I tell everyone to use them. They always did right by me🙂

Here's what I went through! I got rear-ended by a Toyota Tacoma, and PSL cop cited me for careless driving - it was wrongly evaluated. The truck driver has prior speeding tickets, has bald tires - no tread left, and distracted while driving. He himself told his GF about it! I contacted Traffic Ticket Clinic at 1502 ..Since, I'm not getting any response from the office staff, I actually got hold of Attorney Jonathan Alford via google search engine. He was very helpful and reviewed my case and was able to get the case dismissed. I was also glad that the judge reviewed and looked at my driving record, and decided to dismiss it. She was very fair and balanced! One advice though! Be diligent coz some of the staff in the office could care less what you submit, and when you submit all your paper work, it doesn't mean the attorneys will get it. So the negative feedback should go mostly to the staff processing the paper work. I actually went to the office to give the entire copy of documents, pictures, etc. and still Atty Alford didn't get any of the pictures! So if you want one of the very good attorney at The Ticket Clinic contact Attorney Jonathan Alford instead! He was definitely a big help to me!

They lost two cases on improperly written citations. Should have been an easy win. They're a joke.

My experience at the clinic was nice. My lawyer was firm on standing by me on court and helping me win the case. He did his very best to lesson the charges but was very respectful with the decisions I made also. I am glad that I found a lawyer who overall listened and of course was looking out for his firm but did well respecting me as well. This place is an absolute waste of money. You pay for them to go to court for you. If you don’t get you ticket dropped you still have to pay your ticket on top of the money you give them. I paid $89 for them to go to court 2 months later I get a letter in the mail stating I have to pay $143. My ticket was originally $160.. They just take your money and finesse you.I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.

Two times now the ticket clinic has come through to me over the years they are worth every penny saves you money and insurance and everything else my recommendation is if you get a ticket use the ticket clinic they are number one in my book thank you again

Hired them last year to take care of a traffic violation. They assured me I had nothing to worry about they would show up for court on my behalf and make sure this simple violation is tossed. After taking my money, I waited weeks without a reach of contact or response. Two months later I received a callback stating that they sent a letter in the mail informing me of the outcome. Out of desperation I went to the dmv, and was arrested for failing to pay a traffic violation I knew nothing about. Traffic Clinic cost me thousands of dollars in court fees and bail. Do not waste your time or money .

I called and couldn't get a human. Left a message. Nobody called back. Texted my ticket. No response. I just paid it myself and I guess I'll do traffic school. My advice to this business is to get better phone support.

Complete waste of money and time. I got a ticket that was worth $257 "removed from my driving record" and I still paid the full price of the ticket, plus their fees, and I had to show up to their office to sign paperwork. I waited close to three months for this to be resolved, only to find out that I'm paying the full cost of the ticket, but they're claiming it's "court fees." I would give them zero stars if I could. I would have saved time and money by simply paying for the bogus ticket and doing traffic school. Don't waste your money.
