If
you're
thinking
about
joining
this
gym
BEWARE!
Cancelling
your
membership
is
an
absolute
NIGHTMARE!!!
I
went
into
the
gym
in
February
and
told
them
I
wanted
to
cancel
my
membership.
They
proceeded
to
try
to
talk
me
out
of
it
and
tried
to
sell
me
personal
training
sessions
instead.
At
that
time
they
told
me
I
had
to
wait
3
months,
therefore
I
could
cancel
in
May.
I
never
once
used
the
gym
nor
had
any
intention
to,
I
told
them
that
but
they
still
refused
to
cancel
my
membership.
When
I
returned
in
May
to
cancel
my
membership
I
was
told
I
had
to
give
a
30
days
notice
to
cancel,
therefore
charging
me
for
yet
another
month.
Because
apparently
the
90
notice
I
provided
in
February
all
of
a
sudden
wasn't
sufficient.
The
employees
are
poorly
trained
about
the
company
policies.
Therefore
I
was
provided
with
incorrect
information
4
different
times
through
the
process
of
trying
to
cancel
my
membership.
Just
be
very
careful
before
joining
this
gym
because
they
make
it
extremely
difficult
to
get
out
of
the
membership.
Stick
to
using
their
competitors.
In
response
to
the
owners
ridiculous
response.
As
I
stated
in
my
initial
review
I
WENT
INTO
THE
GYM
IN
FEBRUARY
TO
CANCEL
MY
MEMBERSHIP.
I'm
not
sure
how
much
more
"in
person"
I
could
get
than
walking
into
the
gym,
standing
at
the
counter
and
telling
the
manager
Caleb
that
I
wanted
to
cancel
my
membership
š¤
I
was
told
that
I
had
to
wait
3
months
to
cancel.
Then
in
May
when
I
went
into
the
club
to
cancel
AGAIN
"in
person",
totaling
2
"in
person"
visits!
I
was
required
to
provide
AN
ADDITIONAL
30
days
notice
in
addition
to
the
"in
person"
90
notice
I
provided
in
February
resulting
in
yet
another
month
of
charges.
How
convenient
for
Crunch!
That's
the
part
that
feels
like
a
complete
scam!
Like
I
said,
watch
out
for
this
gym,
their
fine
print,
misleading
information
provided
by
poorly
trained
employees
and
their
shady
business
practices.
