The quality of service is phenomenal! Initially I brought them a request to help restore and preserve 3 large Batik burlap panels that have been in the family for years. Ian went above and beyond in finding an effective solution while working within a reasonable budget --though I thought I might have to store the panels, because they look so great I am now thinking of putting them up in our new home! The other piece was a lovely print by a new artist with a large amount of inky black. Though they don't have a huge selection of frames, Quality Framing has a great range for all budgets. I wanted something a little more elegant that would make the piece worthwhile of a main staging area. We ending up using a beautiful gold insert inside a black frame to enhance the inky composition. Just beautiful! Lastly, after being so pleased with how the prior work. I brought Ian a vintage Danish wood mirror of unusual shape. The mirror had broken in our move and I worried that finding a replacement would be impossible. Yes, it was impossible, but Ian came up with a solution. He was able to order a mirror and precisely cut it into a shape to fit the frame. I highly recommend Quality Framing in Queen Anne if you want personalized, creative, detail-oriented solutions for your framing needs.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called to see if my art piece was finished 4 weeks later from when I dropped it off and the man on the phone said it wasn't but could get it finished in 30 minutes. It makes me wonder if I called two weeks ago if I could have had my painting then. I went to the store to pick up my artwork and spoke about the lack of information that was provided to me and the boy at the front Perry, treated me with absolute disrespect and I said I was entitled for the complaint. When I asked to speak to the manager and asked for his name he said "I forgot my name" and "Don't you hear the music, that means the manager isn't here he'll be back in 30 minutes." And then just stared at me. Completely disrespectful. He apologized and said he was stressed out. That is no excuse to treat any one or any customer with such hostility. I later came back and spoke to the manager on the phone. I hope no one gets treated this way and if you do decide to come to this store I hope you have a different experience. I will NOT be returning and they lost my business.

High recommend to bring your cherished works to frame them the way they deserve. The attention to detail and time spent to get it right was beyond what we expected. We’ll be back for sure!

Went to MQF with a rush project that needed design help as well. They helped me find a solution, meet my deadline and find the cheapest method! The end result was great. The original idea was for people to sign on the matte around the image as a going away gift but it looked so good the recipient didn't want to do that!

High quality work! I had been wanting to frame a sentimental painting for a while, but wasn't sure where to go. I'm glad I chose this place because my painting does look like it belongs in a museum now! I randomly picked Queen Anne Museum Quality Framing because they are located close to home to help me frame a very large painting. With the frame the picture ended up being too large too fit up the stairs. I reached out to Queen Anne Museum Quality Framing looking for suggestions but not expecting much given it was my issue. Not only did they have suggestions, but they only charged me for the new work to reduce the size of the painting and stretcher. I had no expectation of this and was completely blown away by their guarantee and service. Prior, they were the only company that helped with pickup and delivery of the art. All I can say is 'Wow!' They also had the best price. Needless to say, I am a customer for life.

The small staff is very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. I ended up opting for pre-made mattes and frames for a larger 4-piece project. The staff was understanding of my cost-restraints and additionally assisted me when one of the pre-packaged glass frames broke. I'll be returning when I am in need of a custom piece; I have no doubts they'll do a nice job. Tip: They offer a nice new customer loyalty program discount.
