We had been using a big box place and it was always a hassle, issues with them billing our insurance, being out of the prescription for days and so on. We changed to Spanaway Pharmacy and have not had any issues at all. Prescription are always ready at the time they say, no insurance issues and the staff is the best friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help .

I have never had a better experience with a phamarcy. This feels like a much more old fashioned, community-oriented, type of pharmacy. The staff know myself and my family by name, and go so above and beyond to treat their clients with friendliness, kindness, ane compassion. They've helped me when I've been in difficult situations and are always so quick to resolve any issues. One of my medications is compounded and they are so dilligent. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Since moving to my new neighborhood from Steilacoom. It made since to establish new relationships close to my home. After locating a new primary care doctor, I nailed it! Upon needing refills for several essential medications he sent the prescriptions to Spanaway pharmacy. It was another divine intervention. I no longer am confused as to if and when my refills will go thru with my insurance😁 As I am automatically notified, and until I pick them up. I Always see organized,hard at work,proud and happy,extremly professional people eager to assist and they are so organized until the wait is pretty quick! I have met the pharmacist who remembered me calling about concerns I had regarding a procedure. I am iffy about shots, so relaxed in this establishment I didn't notice my injection was over. Along with my new providers, I actually know I can trust these EARTH ANGELS.. With the change of communities, I AM NOW HOME MS.T .

I have been going to this pharmacy since it opened. Got fed up with the attitudes of staff at the big chains. This is the BEST pharmacy EVER. Staff is competent, always kind and respectful. Would recommend to anyone, especially those with certain RX's that are basically considered criminal at every other pharmacy almost everywhere.

Had a rx given to me for my pet. I didn't know where to take it that had it in the pharmacy (went to two other places first) one local pharmacy suggested Spanaway Pharmacy. I had great help with knowledge and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place and will be back again. Keep up the great work 👍

I came to this pharmacy because I saw the good reviews and I'm so glad I did. Everyone who works here is so nice. If there is a problem with insurance they will call you immediately and help you figure it out. They are always quick. 10 out of 10 if you live in this area come here.

Genuinely care about patients. Accepts responsibility even if it was the prescribing doctor at fault. I've been a customer soon after they first opened. Moved a bit north, but keeping this pharmacy, because they show kindness, actively listen, and are sincere towards patients.

Y’all… I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. I switched from a large chain because I was having so much trouble getting prescriptions and actually getting a person on the phone. They have been nothing but helpful, personal, attentive, kind, and professional. I stopped by before making the switch to be sure that they could get the medication needed. The only problem that I have had is with my prior pharmacy transferring the actual prescription. Wish I would’ve done this sooner. Spanaway Pharmacy for the win!

These people are the nicest, fastest, and most convenient pharmacy staff I have ever seen. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for a refill and they are highly communicative and helpful as you are managing your medications. I wouldn’t normally take the time to review a pharmacy but the team at this one is exceptional!

Best pharmacy around hands down . Any time your meds are needing a refill they are on top of it. The only time ive had to call is when im out of refills.

Update: The owner call me and said that is was unacceptable how I was treated and the he would be refunding my money. It has been 3 weeks and nothing. I really would not recommend this place. Talked to them on the phone on Thursday to talk about the prescription for my cat and all was good. I went in today and they were like this for Abby I said yes and that was it. I did not get asked if this was a new prescription or told how to do it and I did not get a syringe to help administer the meds now I don't know what to do especially when they say it is only good for a short amount of time.
