Memphis Boat Center of TN sold me my Paddle King Lo Pro Cruiser! I was searching for a boat online for my 8 year old son and I (mom). I came across the Memphis Boat Center Paddle King selection and found an Option 1 plan and emailed Alex Walker at the boat center. I live in North Carolina, so driving 10 hours to see a boat was not an option for me. Alex answered all of my 100 questions via email throughout the day for about a week and also emailed me pictures and videos. I decided to purchase it and had another seat/storage added without a problem. He also set up my delivery with Robert. Everything was smooth sailing including title work and any other questions I had on how to operate the boat. This boat is very manageable for a first time boat owner (and woman). I just recently purchased a pre-owned Four Winns boat from Memphis Boat Center and I was incredibly pleased with the customer service from salesman Alex Walker. I live in NH and found the boat online. I was never actually able to see the boat in person until it was shipped to me. That being said, Alex went out of his way to make the experience a good one. Taking pictures of the boat, answering countless calls and helping with every part of purchasing and shipping the boat; Alex was outstanding. When the boat arrived, only one minor discrepancy (a broken bilge pump) was noted and Alex helped address that with my local mechanic right away. In order to offer an unbiased review, the only negative I can say is that pricing was fair but definitely not a “bargain.” I paid full asking price and then was still asked to pay full price for wrapping the boat to ship. I suppose that is understandable given how crazy the boat market is right now. I still would recommend the company and definitely Alex Walker.

I have been very pleased with the timely service I have received from Memphis Boat Center. They are reasonably priced and helpful when I have a question. I enjoy my time on the water more knowing they are available if I have a problem.

They only do what you tell them apparently. I would except them to recommend things when you take your boat in for service. They charged me over 3k to fix my boat and when I picked it up they left it winterized when they charged me to summarize it. We took boat out on the first holiday weekend to find all hoses and plugs were not only out but also not left in my boat. I understand people make mistakes but when I called it, they acted like it was my fault. I’ve spent around 20k dollars with this company.

Memphis Boat Center is our family’s only stop for boating needs in the Memphis-area! They do a wonderful job of maintaining our boat through the summers and winters to ensure that we have many summers of memories out on the water. The purchase was great with Hart, and the support since the purchase of Emily has been top notch! Thanks to MBC for being the quality dealer and service provider in Memphis.

We were invited to Wakeboard Wednesday recently offered by Memphis Boat Center, and had a great time. Emily took the time to give feedback to the participants helping them to conquer issues faced while wakeboarding, and wake surfing. Emily operated the boat professionally and safely ensuring all had a great experience. I would highly recommend taking the time to attend one of these sessions. We will be attending again I’m sure. Memphis Boat Center has gone above and beyond since selling me my boat. They told me the boat was in water ready condition. The boat had a couple of issues and they fixed them immediately so I did not lose one day on the water. If they have a boat you see and want, I highly recommend doing business with Memphis Boat Center. The entire staff is amazing and go above and beyond.

Alex is wonderful. He called my son as soon as they got in a trailer that we needed for an older inboard boat, that we had been searching for awhile. He sent pictures and answered all our questions before we made the 7 hour trip. He has even called and answered our questions to help us alter the trailer even more to fit our boat even better. Cooper was very nice. The service staff were well informed and everyone treated us like we were the number 1 customer. So, we bought a boat.

My husband and I just bought our first boat with the help of Hart & Jonas. Since this was our first go around with buying a boat, we wanted to buy something used but safe/reliable for our family of 5. We found a boat on their website that fit our budget and sent an email inquiry. We got a response from hart within an hour or two (on a Sunday, when they were closed) and we went to take a look two days later. The boat was exactly like it was pictured and we left an hour and a half later with it. The staff made everything so easy for us (including Alex who volunteered to put YouTube slime videos on the overhead tv for our restless 3 kids). Great experience and would do business with them again. We’ve since taken the boat on the water and can’t wait to spend our first summer boating with our girls.

These guys are great … best service in town. Great staff and they all know their stuff too. Over the years I’ve purchased paddle boards, wake surf boards … you name it. Even a hydraulic boat lift that has made my “weekend warrior” boating experiences considerably easier! The annual service on my boat is always thorough and I’ve never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary work. The Memphis Boat Center is a great example of why we need more family-owned small businesses in our world!

Service so great, I came back for more. Purchased my first and my second boat from MBC. Jonas and Emily are fantastic sales persons. Being new to the boating world, Hart was gracious enough to throw in some jackets, fenders, and an anchor. The maintance crew always took their time when performing work on the boats. Due to a physical disability, I was struggling to enter and exit the boat. Hart had a staircase fabricated so that I wouldn’t have to rely on others to get in and out. You’ll realize that you’re family really quick after getting a boat here.

Had a fantastic experience! I bought my first boat from Memphis Boat Center in the 90's, and looking forward to warmer weather with this one!! Hart has been at this a long time, and he surpassed expectations making sure we were happy!
