I took my truck up there so they could Quote me a problem with my vehicle, after explaining that I knew what was wrong cause I am a mechanic, I was still spoken too like I didn't know anything. So i stayed polite and still left my vehicle, the next day I received a quote for a motor replacement of more than 12 grand, when i called to get details on just the high labor price I received an answer about everything but why there was a labor charge to remove the motor and a different one to put it in. So I decided to send my vehicle back to the dealership of all places where their quote for the same job was four thousand dollars cheaper. My advice get a seconded quote from anywhere else before allowing them to do anything.

I absolutely love the service, care, and concern taken for me while taking care of my cars. I trust what they indicate as many times I’ve gone in for maintenance/repair and don’t have to worry about being told I needed more repairs. So now when they recommend/put me on a maintenance plan, I follow it👍🏽

Three star at best. They have repaired the same issue THREE times on my vehicle. I have a warranty but the initial repair was SUPER expensive 😫. And, it is just upsetting to have to bring it back for the same issue. Then not having a vehicle while they repair what they ALREADY repaired is frustrating. And, did I mention... THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE? If I forgot to say that... they are very EXPENSIVE!

Christian Brothers is my go-to for any repair work. They are friendly. The shop is very clean. They do quality work. They have an outstanding warranty. 36,000 miles or 36 months whichever comes last. They have always worked to resolve any issues to my satisfaction. I highly recommend giving them a try.

We were in a jam: our daughter-in-law's car broke down 20 miles from her home, leaving her and 3 kids stranded. We got the car towed to Christian Brothers in Humble, TX that evening. We talked to them the next morning and asked them to look at the car as quickly as possible because she had 2 important doctor visits scheduled for the day after. The technician assessed the problem and notified us, and the repairs were made promptly and efficiently, in time for the car to be picked up that afternoon, allowing her to make her doctor appointments as scheduled. We appreciate their speediness and cooperation.

I have been bringing my car to Christian Brothers Automotive since 2017 and am completely satisfied with their approach to work excellence and being informative every step in the process. I bring my car in knowing that they will do their best and I leave knowing that the best has been done. I do recommend CBA to anyone who really cares about the best running state of their auto. I have had work done there before and thought they were really good, but I called about having my 1979 Pontiac serviced, starter, fuel filter and a vacuum leak and they said they weren't equipped to handle the service of my car and couldn't refer me to anyone either. So, I felt like I was left high and dry. Unfortunately, I really liked them, but if they can't work on something as simple as this, I won't take another car there.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. They are extremely organized. Very communicative. Great customer service. And amazing prices! They are fast at what they do! Mark worked with me, he answered all my questions & was very sweet & honest! I will definitely bring my car here for any future maintenance/repairs!

Probably one of the fastest and best experiences I've ever had getting an inspection. Johny was very helpful and had me in out in no time. There waiting area had some of the most comfortable couches you could ask for in a waiting room. I definitely will be back in the future moving forward. I definitely recommend them.

Friendly, fast service, honest quotes. Ive luckily never had to do major work on my vehicles, other than air conditioner work. But they do search to make sure you are getting all the information needed to make a good decision. They are all very nice and make you feel very welcome.

Been taking my vehicles here for years. Never had any complaints or issues. The work is done on time at the price given. Never any surprises. Once your vehicle is evaluated, they send a quote that explains work that they recommend be done with a cost for each item. You accept the ones you want and decline what you don't. It's that simple. No pressure sales ever.

Did excellent job doing complete 75K inspection, gave good recomendations on needed repairs with very fair quotes. Very nice, and knowledgeable staff. Very nice waiting room if waiting and courtesy ride home service if bigger job. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Came here to get an oil change. They did a great job! Car was ready in the time frame they specified which I haven’t experienced at any other place that tells me how long it will be for my car to be done.

Jake was the absolute best and made my experience. I was on a work trip when my car decided to start having issues on Sunday. I brought it to another place Sunday night and had major issues getting help or even truthful answers. I decided to take it to CBA. I was running late and would arrive after they closed and Jake waited for me. They got my car fixed the next day before lunch! The next morning I had a flat! Thankfully I was staying at the hotel behind the shop and was able to drive it over and he helped me get the tire changed. It was a horrible week but Jake being so nice and helpful brought tears to my eyes! Definitely going to go to CBA near me if I ever have any issues again.

I dropped off my car yesterday morning and what happened was they broke my tire part so I couldn’t get my car yesterday. Which is accident so I understood but I was so upset with their customer service. No one called me about they broke my part by accident until I went there for pickup my car. As business you supposed to notify me as soon as it happened. Not until I showed up. Their excuse was they were trying to find replacement part but that’s not right. I wish you guys told me when it happened. I can’t trust this place for any auto service ever again. How come you didn’t say anything until I showed up yesterday at your shop.They said Yes we will fix it with no charge… who broke it in the first place?

They were able to do an inspection for my car on very short notice. It only took 15 mins and during that time I was treated with the utmost hospitality. They offered me a water and asked if I would like a ride anywhere while I wait. Talk about customer service! Will definitely use this business in the future. Thanks again!
