Ordered on 5/11 did not arrive until 5/20. The shipping label was created with tracking sent to me on 5/12. Nothing telling me it was back ordered or out of stock. I tried emailing them on 5/11 as it didn’t ask me to create an account, so I ordered it first then realized I should have created an account first. The email was asking to merge the order into my account. I got a response finally 5/18. The response was a no because I’d security reason (not knocking them because of this). I replied the same day with “where is my order”? Order then arrived on 5/20. I think it’s crazy how long it took with no reason behind it. If it was out of order they need to communicate that. What is the most damning is the response time from support. I almost cancelled the order thinking it might be spam…. Don’t bother calling their numbers because you will end up at a voicemail.

I ordered online now it seems to be cheaper than going inside the Solutions Pest & Lawn store here in Houston, Humble, Texas. This Mom & Pop company are Great!!! Customer Service wonderful when I did stop by one of the stores. Online was free, fast shipping package fantastic no problem at all. I also referred family & friends to this company. You really save a lot of money DIY I've been dealing with them over 10yr's. The Pro Grow 19-4-10 Fertilizer 50 pound bag works very, very good I picked up at the store on 1960 / 249 area. OVERALL GREAT!!! COMPANY

After finding out that the brick and mortar store has closed. I was a bit concerned. But I still had a business card of one of the agents I worked with some time ago, and he explained that they had transitioned to only online. Since I already knew what I needed from previous purchases. My experience was quick and easy. I was even emailed quickly with updates and when it was delivered, received another email. Delivery was quick, and I will say, I am very satisfied with my experience. Here is to doing more business with you in the future.

I purchased a $80.00 chemical for pest control and when it arrived the box was soiled due to the product leaking. I called customer service to report this and was told to take pictures and respond to an email with proof, and I did. An employee by the name of Lance responded to me offering me a $15.00 refund for a product that I paid $80.00 for, which was unacceptable. I declined the refund and requested a replacement product and a return label to ship this mess that was sent to me back but have since received no response. I called customer service again and received no updates or solutions! BEWARE UPDATE... Good Morning, I am following up with you regarding the review that I left. I asked Lance exactly for what you offered, a return label to ship this back for a replacement and have since heard nothing back. I didn't purchase an open item and I wanted a new item as I paid for. As you will see with both orders, I purchased 2 of the transports and one came opened. I have called several times and messages have been left for Lance and or management to get back to me and I have still heard nothing from them. This is totally unacceptable in everyway and a major inconvenience for me but I will continue to make it known how I was treated by this company when all that I did was simply made a purchase to support your company! Avoid this company! I ordered a very expensive copper riser misting kit from them for a landscaping project. When the order arrived, it was missing the copper risers. I contacted the company the same day, sent them the requested photos of what came in the box, and it took them 10 days to finally issue replacement risers and then 10 more days to receive the risers, and they arrived just as in the photos attached, in a horribly ill-fitting box with the actual risers sticking out! I'm actually shocked they didn't fall out in transit. What kind of company operates this way? Avoid at all costs. Replying to company's response: Please. The box was not torn, the risers did not fit in the box, they were too long. Box measured 13x19x20" and the risers were 30" long. This was how it was shipped. Do better.

We purchased a well-known fungicide to help control ‘Take-All Patch’ in our lawn. The product is excellent and at a good price. It arrived quickly and we’ll likely order again. Two weeks later, we did order again ….. and again received fast response. An excellent business! We’ll be back because the fungus and insects will too!

Don't buy equipment from them. Be warned i bought a brand new pesticide sprayer a B&G 1 gallon It arrived broken and non functional. I emailed them and sent photos. I was told there are no returns. No sorry, no call the manufacturer. Just tough! This cost $350 and only one part needed to be replaced for it to work. Unbelievable!

This is the second time I ordered ant baits, they never said they don’t have it in stock, I had to call few days after no tracking was sent, oh the item it not available we will refund your money. Company sent my items on time but one of the items I really needed emergency for my dog it came defective. Martins solution was dry out and now I'm relying on the permecthrin solution that it will kill the flea infestation. I don't know if I can get a replacement for that one item. That's the only reason I didn't put 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very awesome product and service. I ordered Supreme IT Insecticide after doing some research and I’m a customer for life now. We had a real issue with centipedes in our basement year round and it was getting annoying I treated the basement and the perimeter of my home. I went just over 3 months before seeing one, which was awesome. I had already planned to reapply and every 90 days is what the company recommends. They send a reminder email after 90 days to reapply and I think thats awesome. I’m sure their other products are just a great. Their concentrates are great value with the number of batches you can get out of just 16oz. Well worth it!

Great company and a great product! I ordered an electric sprayer, a garden hose fed applicator, and a 96oz jug of supreme i/t. On my initial order, they did make a mistake and send me the 16oz size of supreme i/t, not the 96 Oz size I had ordered, but I emailed customer service on Sunday, and 1st thing Monday morning, I got a phone call from a company representative. They were very helpful, and after sending them pictures of the order I received, and a short conversation, I was shipped the correct 96oz size, and I had it at my door the following weekend. The sprayer works well, and the supreme i/t product works exceptionally well! 1 application took care of the troublesome ants and spiders in and around my house!

I have purchased products from this company several times & have never been disappointed. All products have arrived as seen & labeled on their website. It is easier & cheaper for me to order insecticides from this company then it is to find or purchase them here locally. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They even offer free advice if you need it. If you don't have experience with application work then you should take advantage of that service also.

I bought some Boracare from them. I bought it on a Saturday night, got a shipping confirmation EARLY Monday morning, and it was at my door Thursday midday. The price was cheaper than Amazon by a decent amount. And free shipping made it definitely a good purchase! I'd definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

I ordered a bottle of Taurus SC. it arrived in about 4 days. When I opened the box, the cap was off the bottle. This is some nasty termite poison, but the seal was intact. I hope they check the bottles better in the future. Everything else was very good.
