I needed a personal loan and I went into the Pasadena Branch yesterday. I met with Mr. Jason Teng who was warm, welcoming, professional and made me feel very comfortable. By 5:00 p.m. today, the money had been deposited into my account. I haven't applied for a loan for many many years, but I do not remember it being this quick and easy. Thank you Mr. Teng for helping to make this transaction go so smooth and quick. I appreciate you.

I walked into the Pasadena branch on a Monday afternoon to deposit my paycheck. Normally, I deposit at the ATM. My husband had my ATM card so I walked in. I was told by Rosie that I have a 2 day hold on my check. I asked why? She could not give a clear answer. She was training someone and was not polite at all. I explained I have never had this happen before. She could not give me a clear explanation and said if I wanted to call the 800 number to step aside. I called... I was told to go to the firefighter credit union and cash the check there. Why? I have a logix account why should I navigate as if I don't have an account? I called again... This time a lady answered who had worked in the branch for 14 years before her phone customer service position. She said she did 13 security clearances and could not find one thing to permit the hold. She released the hold immediately. She apologized profusely. The words of the last woman who helped me..."life is already hard, you did not deserve this." Rosie is misinformed and when given authority has mis used it completely. I visited again today 12/19/2022 It is the worst bank to visit. They could care less about your time. I truly dread going there.

1000 times better than a bank. Free parking, coffee, NEVER a long line, friendly. Plus credit unions put money back into our community.

Chris introduced himself, asked us what we were there for, and then listened to my story. As soon as I finished, I knew that he was a very genuine guy, and friendly. He made the process very easy and did most of the work for us. Because we had been proactive and paid more and did so for an entire year, and we also had credit card accounts with them, we were able to finally get approved. Thank God. And you know what? Chris says, "You guys get a little lower rate because one of your birthdays just passed." That's when I knew who I was going to be getting auto loans from for the rest of my life. Super low interest rate, like nothing pretty much. He got the paperwork ready and we just signed the dotted lines. He also helped us get a refund on the GAP coverage we had purchased from the dealership and offered BETTER GAP coverage for a lower price. Yup. This place is off the charts, guys. We also had the opportunity of meeting Wonde, who gave us some great advice after I asked him how long I should wait before considering trading in my car for a new one. They have free ATM access at every 7/11. With the correct qualifications, you get no fees on pretty much everything in terms of having a checking and savings account. I've recommended two people, one of which ended up getting an auto loan and the other got re-financed, like myself. I got $50 per person almost like the day after they signed the deal. Come to Logix and see how they can help you. I now drive my car and I love it, and feel calm because I know I'm not getting charged down on interests rates.

Literally every time I get off the phone with Logix I want to find a way to broadcast to the world how amazing it is to have them as my bank. I call them whenever I want with small or big questions, and it feels like I'm just calling up a friend of mine who always answers the phone. No wait times, no redirected calls, and the demeanor of the people on the other side is genuine-- not dripping with corporate platitudes and inauthentic personas. It's been like this for 10 years. Love Logix.

Horrible customer service. Red tape galor. If you need to finance anything with them beware. In hindsight I should have known when we financed our RV with them that the dealer when he said he didn't have a good experience getting a mortgage through them we should have went elsewhere. All we needed was a check signed for an insurance claim and it took over 60 days to get this accomplished. Now on top of that my wife spent 3 hours in the branch and after it's all said and done she is being forced to cash the check and deposit it at the bank and we can't get the funds out until the hold clears. Let them blame their policy all they want I really don't care. We did everything they asked and we still got hassled.

Logix offer great services that other banks don't have and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Jason Teng is the best banker ever, I haven't seen a banker so professional in the last 10 or 15 years with Chase or BOA. Thank you Jason.

Love the customer service! Wande was also great at advising a 1st time home loan applicant. Too bad a bunch of jerks decided to invest, but not live, in Pasadena. I hope, hope, hope they all lose their shirts!!!!

They have still not released the lien on a vehicle that was paid off two weeks ago. At the branch we were told it would happen digitally, and we could go to the DMV after 5 days. We have been to the DMV three times over the past two weeks, and every time Logix state that the lien has already been released. Now Logix supposedly has MAILED the title with USPS (+5 days) instead of the simple online operation they said they would do. On Tuesday they told us they would expedite it (2 day mail), but upon calling again today (Thursday) apparently it was only just mailed today and by 5 day mail. Assuming it arrives in 5 days, I will have waited 3 weeks unable to drive the car because the title can't be transferred without the lien release. You would think they had never done this before. Completely unacceptable. Are they going to cover rideshare/taxi expenses?

I have gone to the Pasadena branch to withdrawal from my savings account in the past and had no problem with the withdrawal on my own until yesterday. They claimed I could not touch my own money that I make and put in my own savings. They said I needed my parent but it was not the first time I had made a withdrawal since I turned 18. First time no problem. The second time I get a rude teller named Mari or something who denies me my money. Not for one second, is she polite so I asked for a manager. The manager comes and he was even worst than the teller. He came and told me I cannot make withdrawal from my savings account that has MY MONEY. He denied my withdrawal and said whoever let you withdraw the first time was wrong to do so. I said okay I plan on not banking with you guys after this. He said “that I should close my account” at logix and put a note on the account telling tellers and other operators that I am not allowed to withdraw my own money at 18 .

I love this branch. After a fraudulent experience, they assisted me with ease and understanding. Staff were welcoming and supportive. Been banking with Logix for 5 years and I’ll never go to commercial banks again.

I just made an account with Logix, and I have to say that their customer service is very good! Also, their loan rates are pretty competitive.

I’ve been member for 6+yrs I’ve been tolerating consistent glitches in their app & atm system this whole time. In 6yrs they have not improved or fixed these glitches. I often use the lock & unlock feature on both Cc card & debit card. too many times to count I had to walk away from check out, unable to purchase at stores and cafes because either the unlock takes too long or doesn’t work at all. At least 5x just in past year, not being able to unlock debit card thru the app caused me to be unable to deposit cash or checks at Logix ATM. Each time was after banking hours so I’d have to leave and come back next day- I don’t live in a Pasadena so very inconvenient. Once I was traveling- I had called Logix a week earlier to inform them I was traveling to Penn for work. For flight back it was faster, cheaper and easy to hop on a $5 shuttle to airport which had to be paid in cash. I went to a 7-11 to take out cash but my card was disabled, suspected of theft, even though I had used same atm earlier that week. I could not reach anyone at Logix because outside of customer service hours. I had to call an Uber and spend almost $60 on ride to airport. Logix did not reimburse me for that expense. Today I tried calling Pasadena branch- but call goes to headquarters- apparently specific branches do not take calls?!?! I do banking for my parents because they are too old and don’t speak English, they have Chase. Even corporate bank like chase I can speak to specific locations. As of 7yrs ago before I switch to Logix , I had Bank of America , also there I can call specific location. Why has Logix set up phone system to NOT be able to reach branch location direct? Feels very wrong/shady/unnecessary red tape. I switched to Logix a credit union bank because I was told it’s better than a big corporate bank. Better service. I’m not feeling that at all.
