Lyndon Animal Clinic does a great job of helping me care for my puppy. It has been 10 years since I owned a dog and they have been super helpful in making sure I know what to expect and keeping me up on the next steps. The front desk staff are super kind and efficient. The vet and vet techs are so good at working with my dog and recognizing anxiety and helping me be apart of the care. I would recommend this office to anyone.

What an amazing staff. I cannot always get in with my favorite doctor, but I choose, which ever one is available, and I have been very happy with all of them. All of the assistance and office staff are fabulous as well. I couldn’t be happier with a veterinary office.

So impressed with Lyndon Animal Clinic. Not only did they get me in the day I called they were very thorough and with an X-ray diagnosis my dog and treat her. Within one day my dog went from barely moving back to her puppy acting self. Thank you 😊

By far the best vet I have been to. Very friendly and genuine staff. Ive seen every doctor here and they are all great. They are always very respectful about being upfront with prices on everything, declining anything and everything has been reasonably priced. When my dog was just a few months old they got her seen literally 10 minutes after I called about her having been attacked by another dog. Had the owner checking her out right when I got there. On non-emergency visits I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken to a room. When debating timing in having my dog spayed they were happy to give information about health benefits of early age spay vs waiting until around 2 years without pressure to choose either option. When it was necessary for my very old and sick dog to be put to sleep they got us in a room immediately and had me walk out through a side door so I didn’t have to walk through the waiting room with her. Being a regular/established client they let me call to pay later which was very helpful for me given the emotional situation. Today they got my dog in just three hours later due to breathing concerns. I wasn’t able to get off work so my boyfriend took her and they were happy to talk with me over speakerphone as if I were in the room with them. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Townsend ALWAYS has the best interest in caring for my pets that I love dearly! Update for visit on 1/5/24, Today I had one of my Doberman/Blue Merle collie mixed dogs in to Dr. Townsend because he was losing weight and found he has inflammation in his colon and she gave him fluids along with a shot for the inflammation. I CAN’T say enough good things about her skill and compassion for animals. If you EVER need Veterinary Services, I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Best animal hospital in town! All four doctors on staff are knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. The front desk ladies greet you with a smile no matter how busy they are, and the technicians are so happy to see my babies every visit! (even when the babies aren't so happy to be there) The atmosphere is comfortable, not sterile. Whether a sick visit or a well one, I'm always pleased with the care and plans going forward when I leave this clinic. 100/10 would highly recommend!

This was our first visit and everyone there was absolutely amazing. They made us and our Lady feel so welcome. Dr. Oliver took his time with us and you can tell they genuinely care for each animal that comes in!.

All of the staff & Vets are always warm and kind. Very professional and up front. My dogs get the best care every time we have to go in. One of them seems to be super spoiled when he has to go to the back LOL

Lyndon Animal Clinic was incredibly kind and helpful! My cat had an emergency when his collar stuck in his mouth. We weren’t sure how badly he was hurt so I called multiple places frantic and no one would take an emergency. Although this location also doesn’t typically do emergencies they had me explain the situation and bring my cat in immediately. Thankfully he was not injured and they were so kind in helping us. They also were able to do a general look over our cat. We are very thankful for them!

I brought my dog in because I did not think he was feeling well. The vet suggested we do blood work and I said fine. However when I-went to pay the bill it was -almost 500 for blood work. It would be better if the dr had giving me a heads up did I can make a better decision.

My dog was pretty sick. My regular vet had me drop off a stool sample, but 24 hours later I hadn't gotten any results. When I called the office, they were randomly closed for the day! I was worried and didn't want to wait another 24 hours, so I started calling around. I found several other vets whose sites listed "urgent care," but when i called them they said they absolutely do not offer urgent care, or they only do urgent care if your dog got all of their vaccinations with them. Then I got Lyndon Animal Clinic. Whomever answered was super friendly, listened to the whole situation, told me not to wait - to bring my buddy on in that day, and assured me that if any tests needed to be run I would have the results that day before I left the office! Even though they squeezed me in between regular appointments, they got us back into an exam room pretty quick. Dr. Townsend was incredibly nice. She was great with my dog (he loved her, too), listened to everything about the situation, and perfectly explained everything to me. Within 10 minutes she had his antibiotic in-hand and he was thankfully feeling significantly better as early as that very night! I definitely recommend Lyndon Animal Clinic to anyone who asks, and might just have found a new vet for my best buddy - at the very least, somewhere that I know I can take him in a semi-emergency, who cares, takes time with both him and me, and treats him both correctly and quickly!

The doctor didn’t tell me what was wrong with my cat, just gave me some ointment and charged me $160. Only good thing about it was how they were able to see my cat on very short notice. Don’t take your pets here unless they can’t be seen anywhere else. However, the lady who saw my cat before the doctor came in was extremely kind and even respectful enough to ask what pronouns I prefer to go by. She even knew what my cat’s name meant (it’s Spanish for little doll). That lady deserves a raise.

We moved to this practice from one much closer to home a few years ago and have not regretted it once. The staff have always been amazing but the last few months have made us even more appreciative of how much they care. Our dog has had several health issues in the last year and they've always managed to fit us in the same day after late night ER visits. Dr. Oliver has been our main vet but we've seen several Doctors in the practice and they have all been great. Today really sealed the deal though. Our dog came in for a follow up for an eye issue and came home and hit his eye on a cabinet. We immediately called and even though it was the end of the day they said to bring him back and they'd take care of him. The front desk people immediately recognized us when we walked in the door and more than one person made sure to tell us that Dr. Oliver knew we were there and wanted to make sure he was ok. After they took him back not one, but two, front desk people made sure to update me, unprompted. They sat down next to me and gave me updates on what they could. They offered me something to drink, to go to a private room, tissues; they were amazing! When Dr. Oliver came to speak to me he told me what he thought he would need to do, but also that he wasn't sure and had several contingency plans. I SO appreciate the honesty from a vet that they can have a plan but it might not go the way they think it would. Dr. Oliver was so comforting today, and is always so comforting and clearly cares so much about the animals in his care. My only regret is not getting to know the names of the front desk staff and the techs. Every single person at this practice is so compassionate and I am so glad we made the change. ❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!! Dr. Townsend is by far the sweetest, most genuine and caring person when it comes to your fur babies! My poor boy went through a very rough patch a few weeks ago and she and her staff went above and beyond to care for him from start to finish! The girls at the front desk all know my baby boy and love all over him while he's there and always do a wonderful job taking care of whatever needs or questions i may have! By FAR the best vet's office i have ever found and HIGHLY recommend them!

To say Dr. Townsend is an asset to Lyndon Animal Clinic is an understatement. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, ethical, very kind, a scrupulous surgeon, and works so thoroughly with each patients’ specific needs. While all the doctors at this facility are great, I find Dr. Townsend to be exceptional within any capacity . I have to also acknowledge the most assiduous techs who perform duties with integrity and grace. Lastly. the office staff are just an outstanding, well organized group. Very lovely, thoughtful, and diligent facilitators of this company.

I've been coming to LAC since my corgi (now going on 9 very soon) was a baby. We've seen every doctor and each and every one is always wonderful, kind, and careful with my babies. From yearly check ups, to my frequent visits with FHV kitties, to a sudden trip because SOMEONE got into chocolate, they always take all of my concerns seriously and treat my little ones like their own. I couldn't recommend this office and any and all of the staff enough! Thank you all for being wonderful for all of our years!

This animal hospital is amazing and they are busy for a reason. I have been going there for the last five years and I'm always greeted with a smile. I have seen most of the doctors, and every one is knowledgeable and caring. The technicians are helpful and answered all my questions. Their new manager is amazing as well. I highly recommend this animal hospital, it's the best in town! 10/10

We have been with Lyndon Animal Clinic for many years and absolutely LOVE the staff and vets. They are extremely compassionate and their love for animals really show. We have had the excitement of introducing staff to our new furry family members and they have been with us when we have had to make the hard decision to let one go. Through the highs and lows the staff and vets have helped us through it all. They are truly part of our family.

This place is amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Our dog hates going to the vet and being touched by strangers but they worked with me to find a plan that works best for him and us when we visit. They continue to work with me on new ideas each time. We’ve been turned away by other vets because he’s such a handful but they have been incredibly understanding and willing to work with us to give him the care he needs. 11/10 couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thank you all so much.

I take my two cats here, and every time, I feel like they're the only patients they have. They are very attentive and caring and seem to genuinely care about their patients. It's a comfort to have so many people who care about how my pets are. I only want the best for them, and this is the place to find it.

I have been going to this vet for over a year now with my pet beagle, Leo. Luckily, he hasn't had any big issues but the vets, vet techs, and receptionists are all so so nice. Sometimes it can be chaotic with all the different animals in there that are probably not used to being in a "scary" vet clinic, but I think everybody handles the animals very very well. My dog has never had a bad experience. If anything unpleasant happens they always make sure to give him so much love and treats. Of course, he loves those treats! They work hard to make sure that he associates the vet as a good place to be and so far, he absolutely loves the vet. Everybody working in the vet industry has to deal with so many hardships. Let it be the sick animals they can't seem to help, seeing pets not be able to get help due to lack of funds, or hateful owners. It is so hard on them, and I just want to say that I respect everything you do for me and all other animals out there. You work so hard every day. Thank you so much for everything you have done.

Lyndon is the best clinic around. Dr. Thompson was my vet for 2 years and was always so good with chocolate lab. My dog was sensitive to new medicine so he would let us try medicine in 5 day increments to test them. Most vets supply and charge a full month. He was patient with my questions, very knowledgeable, and always mindful to not run up my bill with useless test. I have recommended him to several friends who now love Lyndon as well! I will always recommend!

We love Lyndon Animal Clinic and have been customers for 10+ years. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. We love Dr. Oliver (very patient and kind) and Dr. Thompson (very thorough and kind)!! They have taken such good care of both of our dogs, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can't thank the team there enough. My yorkie started passing only blood in her stool and was feeling horrible. I was so nervous and grief stricken since my male yorkie passed away at 12 years old a year ago. My daughter called and we were told to bring her right in. What other clinics would have drug out to a very costly bill, this amazing staff and wonderful doctor quickly discovered the root of Livi's condition and treated it with the best medication. So thank you to Lyndon Animal Clinic, their staff, their amazing doctor and the other patients who were present to cheer me up and lend me a paw to hold.

I feel that they handled my concerns with care. They took great care of my dog and made sure he was comfortable before and after his surgery. Each person I’ve met with has been thorough and took time to explain his care plans. The facility is always clean and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend!

Our family loves Lyndon Animal Clinic! Not only do they take excellent care of our pets, but they also manage to stay on schedule and keep appointment times, which is SO helpful to our busy family. We’ve rotated through multiple doctors and all of them are so kind and take time to listen to all of your concerns. Having the online portal to book appointments also makes it easy to book an appointment when it’s on your mind rather than waiting until they’re open to call. I also find that their pricing is very reasonable compared to others in the area.

They are incredible! Even when they are triple booked, they took in a dog that needed immediate care when the dog’s own vet turned them down. Not often that you can find such an amazing vet that’s in it solely to help animals and not for profit! 15/10 would recommend!

Took my 1 year old pit for his first chiropractic visit with Dr. Gawley. He has been having leg issues that I couldn’t figure out for almost a month now. Now after this visit, I am SO grateful I was referred here. My gunna received a good diagnosis, the treatment he needed and was smiling (pitty smile) for the first time in weeks! I’m so thankful for how nice and attentive both the Dr. and staff were. Will be using this office as his primary vet. Thank you so much, Lyndon Animal Clinic!

We love Lyndon Animal Clinic. All the doctors we have worked with are very knowledgeable and the staff is so friendly. We’ve lost our dog and brought a new puppy home under their care. We are extremely happy using Lyndon and would highly recommend.

The vets & techs here are amazing! Very thoughtful and caring, my dogs don't even mind to go. Super thorough and really helped to put my mind at ease.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They work you in quickly. The chiropractic care is awesome and worth driving across the city for. The vets always talk to you and answer questions. They have been very thorough and helpful with all my dogs’ issues. I found them after many failed vet experiences and I would recommend them.

👍👍 The veterinarian was super kind, extremely knowledgeable, informative, and has affordable prices. I will continue all of our services for my tiny poodle/ terrier who is 15 years old. We recently moved from IL to KY and I was really worried with how she would handle a new vet. He was amazing!
