I love Next Level. Every location is top notch. Shively is usually my home store but I recently moved to Jeff and decided I’d check this location out and it didn’t disappoint. The Next Level vibe is consistent across all locations I’ve been to, despite being owned by different people. Goes to show you the people who invest in this franchise are just solid people, very knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress and goals.

I came in with a specific product in mind, just being new to pre workouts and sticking to what I had already tried. It was important to me to talk to someone about my needs in the product and Robbi was there to help guide me to a product that would be similar and give me what I expected of the type of product and it was for a lower price than GNC and I'm so glad I went in! The product she recommended was just as good if not better

Next Level is just that! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the store is organized very well. Easy to find whatever you need to take your fitness to the next level. Plus, their store has super unique decor from the floor to the ceiling, just a cool place to be.

This my go to nutrition store. They have a wide variety of high quality proteins & supplements. Staff is very friendly & knowledgable & best of all: they won't try & talk you into buying stuff you don't want. Also it is a pickup location for Macroman Meals - which you should def try if you are looking for a healthy meal prep service. Best quality & taste I have found so far.

Phenomenal service & EXACTLY what I needed to get on track. I was about to blindly order some things online, ended up having better prices for what I wanted without having to wait on my products to arrive due to shipping. Robbi at Next Level Sports Nutrition helped me out by answering all my questions and pointing me toward a new protein powder. (Astroflav ISO Mix peanut butter and jelly). Also, he sold me a great new pre workout (Alpha Lion Super Human). The store is clean and organized. They also have meal prep you can buy in store. I’m switching from my old nutrition store to Next Level. I highly recommend it!

The business overall is great but the individual who operates this specific location (Chad I believe is his name) is not a great reflection of the company. very pushy, abrasive & dare I say arrogant the second you aren't pulling out your wallet. As someone in the fitness & bodybuilding community the goal I feel would be to lift others & help others (not belittle whether aware or not) I don't feel it can be argued that the face(s) of a company are immensely important and due to more than just one instance: I will never shop there again & encourage my friends and family to do the same. my sales info is the not same information given at the store.I do not wish to at this point even disclose. It is not an attack by any means - again overall great business but the faces of a business are important. Whether in the business or outside of the business.

Robbi was very helpful when I came in looking for protein powder for my mom and I to try. We both have digestion issues, so she suggested a product that would not make us sick. I'm happy to say that we both enjoy the powder, and will be back for more. Thanks for having such a friendly and knowledgeable crew!

I trust this place more than any other when it comes to health supplements. I feel they have a good hiring process that gets educated individuals working there and giving helpful information. I also greatly appreciate they don’t push the “lower tier” items like Ghost pre-workout. They’re honest with you about the purpose of each item and will help you find the best option available.

My first time visiting Next Level Sports was a great experience. Picked up some grass fed whey and creatine. The gentleman working was very knowledgeable and helpful . I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. I was nervous first going in because I’m not well versed in fitness /what products I should be using/ etc. They immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Broke everything thing down for me in regards to what products would help me reach specific goals and even let me know about a veterans discount that I was unaware of. 10/10 absolutely recommended

#1 is variety. I found so many supplements that are hard to come by available here. The employees will also point you to supplements that are more focused towards your desires and fitness situation. They are knowledgeable to the extent to tell you why the recommended supplement is fit for you. Overall it was a good experience and I'll be returning again for sure!

It’s very straight to the point and clean. Not super overwhelming to those new to gym life and comfortable for those who are more seasoned. Robbi has been an excellent individual to work with and interact with. Would definitely recommend to those new to the gym and those who are experienced as well.

When I began working out I would walk into a place without any knowledge only to be sold on something that wasn't truly gonna work for me. I learned over the years to just walk in based on my own research and really try to avoid the staff so they wouldn't try and sell me some garbage. Well this place is not your average supplement store. The staff is knowledgeable and won't just try and sell you something that just simply won't work for you. They take some actual time to talk about the products and you walk out feeling better about the supplement that you purchased because your confident it will actually work. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Real people selling real quality supplements.

I stopped in the Jeffersonville/Utica location, was with my 6 YO son and in a bit of a hurry. The lady working was very helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable of the products, their ingredients, tastes, purposes/effects, even origins like which ones were made locally. It was a great experience shopping here.

I have been purchasing supplements from Next Level for the past four years now, with just this past week having officially visited every location. Never once have I had a bad experience, nor been steered in the wrong direction. Each employee that I’ve met knows their stuff, and often times speaks from personal experience on the product I have inquired about. Knowing that they do not work for commission on sales, and many are competing alongside this job, is another reason why I trust the people at Next Level. I only hope they continue to thrive in their business, and plan on purchasing all of my needed supplements from them indefinitely.
