I have been working with Danny and Navid for a while now even before the store opened. The education they give and the quality of their corals are the best in San Diego. I started in the hobby over a year ago and the things i know now came from the quality of service they give. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience recently with Kungfu Corals. They were quick to respond to any inquiries I had and I was blown away by the shear health and vibrancy of the corals I received. I have ordered from a ton of online vendors but they are by far one of my favorites and I would recommend them to anyone looking to add some 🔥 to their interpretation of the reef. I was visiting San Diego from Florida and made a special trip to Kung Fu Corals. I was so impressed with the store, the coral and with the owner Dan. He gave me a tour of his facility and spent a lot of time with me. I purchased and used his KFC dip and it saved 2 of my favorite corals! Next time I am in town I will definitely go back.

Danny is an amazing help when it comes to reef tanks. Very knowledgeable and good prices. I've been a loyal customer of his for years, even before he opened up a shop. The staff is never rude. When it comes to asking what could be foreseen as a "dumb question" they answer in a respectful manner and don't make you feel stupid or like you're wasting their time.... unlike the staff in some other fish stores. Anyways, it's a great shop. Highly highly recommend.

Danny is the man. Not only does he have great corals, especially torches, but he has A+++ customer service. He’s always willing to help me shop virtually and does a legit job finding the best healthy coral. This is so key if you are spending for the top notch piece. I’ve spent a good chunk through KFC and don’t regret a penny. Unlike other shops that pump out hot photos of corals and you end up disappointed, I am always more than surprised with what I get. Plus, his KFC dip has helped save my torches in times of disaster. 👍

We 1st met Danny and Navid at the West Coast Coral Farmets market in Anaheim in June of 2020. Our 2 year old at that time (almost 3) impressed them so much with his knowledge of corals that they gave him a free mushroom! He picked an orange one because orange is his favorite color and they didn't expect us to buy anything in return! Fast forward to now, we've purchased from Kung Fu Corals 3 or four times and all the corals are always super healthy. Never had any issues with any of them even when our tanks are going through some type of issue and other corals are dying off. We love stopping by their store in SD any time we take a trip down there since we live in LA. I highly recommend these guys and will continue to support them as they grow their business!

I've used lots of coral vendors, and I wish that wasn't the case now that I've shopped with Kung Fu Corals - because they are simply the best. As reef tank owners - we prioritize different things in coral from appearance, to health, to price point, Kung Fu Corals is simply the BEST in all of these categories! I normally don't leave reviews but after working with Danny to put together a coral pack I felt like I had to let people know how awesome of an experience. When buying corals online you run the risk of getting unhealthy backroom chopshop pieces. Definitely not the case with KFC. Every piece blew expectations out of the water. Can't say enough about the corals and talking to Danny was just the same. Definitely have a repeat customer

Danny is the man! I live in the bay and purchased online. Danny was kind enough to hold my torches and drive them up for pick-up at a local show to help me save on shipping costs. When I picked up, they were perfectly packed with care and fluffed up wonderfully as soon as I added them to my tank. I have been in the hobby for a while and always went to the same place or two for years... Today I thought I would expand my horizons, and I couldn't be happier. The corals are unreal! The colors, rarity, healthy, and are displayed perfectly. The guy that helped me was so personable and took extra time showing me things and explaining where they came from how to care for them. The prices were fair as well!! All of this was new to me. I left with a variety of unusual colorful corals. I will be back, I will bring my wife. She needs to see what we have been missing
