Josue was amazing! I had a very bad issue with my car that I had just purchased just a month earlier. He realized the severity of the situation, knew I had a small timeframe to get it fixed, and got the job done as promised. He was very friendly, compassionate and easy to talk to and work with! I certainly hope I don’t have any issues like this in the future with this car… But if anything should arise, Josue is my go to with any questions or concerns!

The appointment was scheduled for 9am I arrived at 9am they had a bay open and ready. They told me it would take about four hours; they called me almost four hours later on the dot that my vehicle is ready. All the work done was excellent. The price was great. A+ job all around!

I went to get an inspection done and from the minute I walked in the door I knew I found the right place. When I tell you clean and organized that is an understatement. I was met with a smile. I made my appointment to drop off my car. When I drop off my car, I received phone calls prior to my inspection and after. I have a 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 w/7000 original miles on it. The car is in showroom condition, and has been garaged, and babied since new. The front sub-frame/cross-member was damaged beyond repair by a local auto shop near me during a botched alignment, as they tried to install camber bolts to allow for additional adjustment, and they completely hacked up my sub-frame, leaving the car unsafe to drive. I was fortunate enough to find Frontline via an online search for help, and spoke to Josue. After reviewing the issue he told me to bring the car in for visual inspection to see what was done to the car. After talking for a bit I was convinced that they had the proper skills to do this work, they also showed me how bad it was when up on the lift. Replacing a sub-frame is major surgery, as it is also the engine cradle. Josue sourced a brand new OEM sub-frame, and everything was done on-time, and on budget. Kumar with help from some of the other team members replaced the sub-frame with no issues in a matter of hours. The front end is solid, the steering is tight, and my car is now safe to drive, with no issues. They returned the car to me in as pristine a condition as I gave it to them in. Thank You! I had a leaking valve cover gasket. I was told to come here because they dealt with car shield. I spoke to Josue who was so nice. He fix the problem and I will use them all the time they didn’t take a vantage of me because I’m a woman they did the inspection, they were honest I said everything was good and they have me as a permanent customer. Frontline Auto Repair was absolutely awesome! I called for an appointment and they scheduled me in right away. I complained about the brakes on my truck and my 4x4 transfer case. I needed a valve cover gasket replacement as per Generation Kia but was not ready for the price they gave me so I went to Google for an estimate. Repairpal gave me an estimate and suggested a couple of auto shops, one of which was Frontline which had great reviews. I showed up for my appointment and was immediately met by Josue. They looked at my car and confirmed the diagnosis and discussed options. The repair took time because they had to order the gasket, but was completed to my satisfaction, with the technician taking the time to clean off any leaking oil and making sure no leak remained. I paid the agreed upon price, and Josue told me to come back in 2 Weeks so they can take a look at my car and verify the repair worked. Who does that? Needless to say I am totally satisfied by my experience.

The told me that I would need brakes in a few months but it wasn't urgent. A lot of shops would take that opportunity to insist you brakes right away.
