I thought this was uhaul, but when i got there i saw they had even nicer trucks. I needed one to pick up a small love seat but the price on the 26ft was great they sold me on all the extras, it had, like when you're sitting all the way up there on the air ride seat, there's nothing like it. I might rent a truck next time It's nice out just to cruise around

The absolute worst!! Called and reserved a flatbed truck on 2/18/22 to be picked up on 2/23/22. I receive a call on 2/22/22 stating that the truck isn't available and they have to cancel the reservation!! I had a reservation #, pick up time and everything. Now Im left with nothing. And of course there is nothing available anywhere the day before. BEWARE!!!

Went with a friend to pick up a truck everything went very smooth. They explained all the guages and how to fill out all the paperwork that's needed when driving a tractor.

Matt and his gang were extremely knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 would use Penske again to move

I had made reservations with Uhall but they didn't have the the truck that they promised to me. Went to Penske truck rental and was able to get a 26' box truck with a phone call and picked it 20 minutes later.

Trucks are garbage!No lift gates!They tryed To Over bill our Bussiness Account To No Avail !We had already Switched To A New Business Account!Just Shows A minus in The Old Business Account!?We were And always Will Be Just One Step Ahead If The Competition

Had a great experience at this Penske location. The truck ran well, shop was well organized, and has good operating hours. The desk attendant Alex took our experience from great to exceptional. He was very accommodative, answered all our questions, and got us on our way in a timely manner. Will definitely be back and recommend visiting this location.

Was picking up a used truck that was advised was ready for pick up at this location. Got at the location at 10am to pick up the truck and Brian advised that the truck is not there and is it at a different location being brought down and should be there in 2 hours. Have been waiting here for over 4 hours here and the unit is still not here and they do not know exactly as to how long it would be before the unit gets here. Would not recommend picking a unit from this location.
