Easy to work with and great service. You can tell Isaiah and his team take pride in their work. We had 5 split units and 2 compressors installed. At one point Isaiah had to shimmy through a TINY opening in our attic just to run the lines so they stayed hidden. I thought he would have said "tough luck", but he was dedicated to making it work. I called Isiah based on his 5 star reviews, and I am happy to add another one. My AC quit on a 90+ degree day. Isiah came the next day, assessed and explained the situation, and gave me a fair price on a new unit. He exudes such confidence and competence, that I never even called for a competing quote. (Very unlike me) There were a couple of bumps in the road, not his fault, such as the supply house ordering the wrong unit, and the wiring my late husband did 25 years ago not being as it should have been, but Isiah handled it all as efficiently as could possibly be done. We found the company Tropicool Air Conditioning from my online search for a local small business inquiry on a secured social media platform. perform regular annual maintenance on my home central air unit. Isiah communicated with me immediately upon community recommendation. Our initial conversation was a phone analysis of our needs. He was clear on service levels and costs for each. A service date was set to be completed within five days and confirmed via text message. A second confirmation was done the day before service which we greatly appreciated. On the day of service, Isiah communicated an early arrival. Isiah exited a company branded service vehicle dressed in a company logo shirt with uniform pants and wearing a protective face mask. Upon entry of our home, he used protective shoe booties each time he came indoors. Service time was about two hours maximum. We asked for a deep clean of both our attic unit annual maintenance and outdoor unit maintenance. Isiah was very knowledgeable about our concerns and was able to make some recommendations to contact other services. He is recommending an air duct cleaning provider for us as he does not specialize in that area. His honesty was debonair and refreshing. Our service cost was exactly what we were quoted which we paid cash and requested a electronic receipt for service via email.
