I own a number of Eastwood tools and, overall, am satisfied with them. The issue is their near-complete lack of Customer Support. I recently ordered a welder from their website and was promised a delivery date and free shipping. The shipping wasn't free and, when I tried to contact them, I got no response. When the welder didn't even ship by the promised delivery date, I tried to cancel. I was not allowed to cancel, so I refused delivery and FedEx returned the shipment to them. It has been almost almost four weeks since I placed my order. They have held my money almost this entire time. Finally, I received a refund: $25 short!! They are not BBB accredited and hold a D- rating. If your order does not go perfectly, or the product is defective, expect a nightmare.

i bought a 36" power bead roller jan 2 2022 used it twice and foot pedal went bad machine wouldnt turn off so i talked to debra in customer svc and she was very helpful but sent the wrong switch so i get melanie when i call back and she was not helpful at all i knew what was wrong with the machine and willing to fix it myself , you would think after spending $1500 on this machine you would get to use it more than twice' . so spend the other $600 and get a bailiegh dont waste your time and money here

Cool little store with lots if stuff that most places don't have at all. I am not sure about the quality of the tools yet but I will add when I do know. I couldn't believe the in-stock items. I took some pictures of the showroom. They have all types of automotive tools ,paint tools,paint , painting supplies,bodywork tools and supplies.

Very good autobody repair & mechanics tools shop. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the products that they carry and sale.

After 6 months of researching a new compressor I decided to drive to this location and pick up a new Eastwood oil cooled 29 gallon compressor. While I was there, I met Gary who had tremendous knowledge of paints and other items in the store. I purchased the compressor and everything I need to paint a horse trailer. The compressor was in the box, on a pallet and strapped closed. We loaded it into my pickup, tied it to the truck back rack so I could haul it upright for the 3 1/2 hr. drive home. When I got home and unpacked the compressor, one of the pressure gauges was damaged. The inside of the box showed some type of impact to the pressure gauge which couldn't be seen until the compressor was unboxed. Now we all know this stuff happens.................. So I called Gary that same day and explained the situation not knowing what to expect. What this store did for me next separates Eastwood's customer service from the competition! The company sent me new pressure controls and everything I needed to make the repairs. Everything was sent to my home and now my new compressor works perfectly thanks to Gary and the management at this store. I highly recommend you consider this store for your equipment and paint needs. I look forward to doing business here for many years.

Great people, very knowledgeable, good prices. Free classes on most Sundays. You can learn a lot from these people, they are very smart and spent time in the industry.

Best automotive paint store around

Maybe let me receive my order before you start spamming my email asking for reviews? The first email came right after my order. Now I've got another follow up email asking again for my review. Here it is! The website was fine and ordering went ok. Shipping seemed a bit steep but whatever. The emails asking for reviews when the product that hadn't even shipped yet, I hadn't received, and hadn't used...yeah, that wasn't a great experience. Maybe give customers a reasonable amount of time to get their stuff and use it before spamming their inbox.

I love Eastwood, I've spent lots of money on their website. However, I tried to make a purchase today and it would not proceed beyond the shipping information. I tried everything. Long story short, I ended up getting all the same stuff I was going to buy from Eastwood for half the price on Amazon, and I'll have it 3 days sooner. Gotta stay on top of your website functionality Eastwood!

My shop's air compressor died, I'd had my eye on the QST 80/120 for a while. I called and Trevor helped track one down for me, even though the Alsip location didn't have one in stock. He was able to get it delivered to his store same day so I was able to pick it up and get my shop up and running again as quickly as possible. In addition to the products being excellent I had a great experience working with Trevor and he went above and beyond to help me and keep my shop running. I also have a variety of other Eastwood tools that I love, MIG welder, TIG welder, Plamsa cutter, brake flaring tool and I'm sure others I'm forgetting, products are all excellent and staff at this location are top notch!

Very knowledgeable people. Answered all my questions, had a lot of great tips. Very good selection of paint and supplies. Great selection of tools and shop equipment. Have been buying on line, but the store is great!

Price things else where, and by name brands. There off brand products are over priced and poor quality for a premium price. Stopped going here after the second time. Way too pricey for the junk they carry
