The staff members were super polite and professional. The shop itself is very clean and organized. I dealt with the owner, who looked like he belongs in a Hollywood movie as a General or Admiral, or maybe a Senator, was very nice and professional, and gave me a fair deal for a loan for my laptop. I felt comfortable, respected, I walked out of there with a smile on my face, and a much needed boost to my wallet! I'd recommend them to friends and family!

My experience there what was the customer service was very polite I think her name was Nancy that was helping me .They did their best to satisfy me one of the gentleman‘s their name Tony was very kind and did what he could to try to help me. I was in a bind and they were able to help me with that I’ve been there years before I came back because I needed some help during the holidays and they were able to do that so thank you western loan and jewelry.

I had great service and a smooth transaction from Tony. Was having trouble getting a response from other places in a timely manner to sell my designer handbag and he’s one of the few local places that will buy it outright (not consignment where you have to wait until the bag actually sells to new customer to get paid). However, Tony answered me right away and gave me a fair price for my items!
