    I found Rocio when she was teaching group classes at my gym in Sierra Madre. Loved her energy and knowledge and started training privately with her. Every session is different and fun.     I’ve been working with Personal Trainer Rocio and have seen amazing results in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Rocio is passionate about fitness & Pilates and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I’ve got great new positive changes. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Rocio Ponce will lead you every step of the way. Thank you Rocio, you are the best!

    For years, off and on, I have looked into getting a personal trainer but I never pulled the trigger until now. I randomly did a Google search for personal trainers near me, and Rocio's site came up. I was super nervous, and honestly didn't know what to expect. But it's been 2 months now, and I'm still going! I feel much more energetic than when I started; in addition, I haven't had to use my inhaler at all since then. But what I like most is the personal care and attention Rocio gives. Going into this, I assumed I'd just do a pre-made set of exercises. But she actually tailors the sessions based on your needs. In fact, one week I casually made a remark that I had pain in my neck all week. And much to my surprise, she did stretches and exercises to relieve the pain! Sure enough within a day or two, the pain was gone! I can't say enough good things. She's personable, the workouts work (as evidenced by my sore muscles the next day), and most importantly she cares deeply about her clients' needs.

    I’ve been doing personal training with Rocio for just under two months now and I have loved every second! Rocio is an incredible and patient teacher, taking the time to talk to you about why the exercise you are doing is important and what muscle it is focusing on. I have never been one to enjoy working out, but Rocio has completely changed that with her fun energy and amazing sense of humor that help push me through the times where I want to quit. I can’t say enough good things about Rocio, I would recommend her to anyone who will listen. Thank you for all that you so Rocio!

    Rocio is the best. She always pushes me and makes sure that I’m doing my best. I’m suffering from a hip related issue and she always customize my trainings according to my personal fitness and lifestyle goals. She’s very motivational and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who want to reach the potential. She can lift you up to reach your goals. And she has this amazing cat (even if you are not a cat person, you are gonna love him) who can entertain you during your sessions.

    Rocio’s virtual classes are very engaging and it does feel like she is working out right in front of you. Rocio is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional, caring, enthusiastic and her workouts are very engaging and most importantly, very effective. She caters to your level and customizes workouts as needed. What I enjoy is how she changes up the techniques, style and types of workouts with cardio, strength, flexibility, barr and balance, Pilates, yoga and more with all the sessions. She is very experienced in all types of fitness. She is very good at assessing your needs and explains exercises thoroughly!! Highly recommended!!

    I’m here to let you know that I am happy with the physical results I’ve accomplished through Rocio’s guidance. I work long hours, sitting, & by the end of the day, my back would hurt, I felt lethargic, & everything else that came with it. Today, I feel strong, my core supports my spine (so I can continue working pain-free), I feel flexible, I sleep well at night and have lots of energy during the day. Rocio is the real deal. She’ll push you just enough to give you what you need and you’ll feel the difference. I feel strong and I feel great. Rocio is a true coach of a personal training program. If you’re contemplating about getting some personal training, don’t. Rocio will help you reach goals you thought you couldn’t reach.

    Rocio is a great trainer. She will push you hard but the results will show. After just a few classes with Rocio I’ve felt so much stronger. She does so many different things during her training. They are not the same old work out routines that can be found online and she will incorporate anything you ask her to focus on. I totally recommend her. She has a great energy!

    Loving my workouts with Rocio! She is energetic and inspiring which is what I need for early morning workouts. Rocio is knowledgeable about many fitness practices and her perfection with form will make the difference in your workout. She consistently challenges me with new workouts and in just a few weeks I am seeing results with strength and mobility. Just ask for what you need and she will give it to you!

    Rocio has been my Pilates instructor for about 6 months. Her classes are effective in meeting my goals for increasing strength, and flexibility. I have several old injuries and Rocio demonstrates excellence in modifying workouts to meet my personal limitations. In addition to providing challenging routines her classes are fun which keeps me motivated to come back for more. She also gives nutrition advice which supports overall performance.

    I approached Rocio with the main goal to learn because I wanted to build foundational skills and knowledge to be able to implement routines on my own. I also wanted to make sure I was practicing proper form. I had no prior fitness experience. Rocio went above and beyond my expectations! Sessions were super personalized and Rocio really encourages communication between sessions and during sessions to make sure you are reaching your goals and getting the support you need. I felt so comfortable working with her and she helped me feel empowered and confident. I also appreciated that would also challenge me with more advanced exercises that I would have never thought I could I do. She is knowledgeable, supportive, motivating, amazing, and the list goes on. I did a limited number of sessions with her before continuing on my own, and I could not be have done it without her.

    Rocio is an amazing instructor, mentor and personal trainer. She will push you a little harder each work out. She cares about form and your fitness goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, endurance, over all well being, she will help you achieve your goals. She makes exercise challenging and fun.  I truly enjoy her energy and knowledge.

    I've been taking pilates with Rocio for past couple months, and just recently barre class. I've never liked working out, but Rocio makes it worth it and now for the 1st time ever, I look forward to going! Her training is top notch. Targeting certain areas that you want to work on and her knowledge of nutrition is a tremendous help (her sense of humor isn't bad either)!!! I am I highly recommend Rocio for all your training needs.
