I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Bergquist recently and I was super impressed with his kindness, character and professionalism. He has made his love of martial arts his life and clearly shares the last gift with his own children and all of his students. He maintains humility and Integrity in all he does. I would highly recommend Kevin Bergquist and Dojo Martial Arts. He is the real deal.

We enrolled our 6-year old in summer camp at Dojo Martial Arts/Awesome Youth Sports and couldn't be happier! There is a wide variety of activities and field trips each week, on top of the twice-weekly Karate lessons -- it's all a bit hit! The kids stay active, are encouraged to try new things, and are reminded every day about how AWESOME they are -- it's great for helping bring a shy kid out of his shell. After just a couple days, we knew we'd be enrolling for after-school care as well. A great place for sure!

I had the wonderful opportunity of training under Sensei Berquiest for a day. He is a great instructor for children as well as adults. He takes him time in explaining and breaking the technique down. Thank you for a great day or training!

Stopped in while on my way to visit IMG Academy. Saw a lot of kids having a great time learning Karate and got in a private lesson with the Head Instructor Sensei Kevin is an awesome martial artist without the pretentiousness often associated with martial arts schools. If I had kids I would sign them up immediately! Wonderful environment and positive atmosphere!

This place is incredible! My nephew signed up there and he used to be a very shy kid and Karate has really brought him out of his shell. The staff there are so kind and patient. He is just a beginner but when I watch the more advanced kids, I can only imagine how great he will be. Go Dojo!!!

I used to go here a long time ago, and my god has it grown. Mr Bergquist and his staff have an amazing program that I would recommend highly. If you're deciding on you or your child joining I would say you will never regret being a part of such a great community. If I could leave a 6 star review I would gladly choose this.

Dojo Martial Arts has been great for our kids and for our family. The coaches are very engaged and are great at encouraging the kids to work hard and have respect for themselves and each other. I highly recommend this dojo for any family looking for after school activity for their kids.

Dojo Martial Arts was the best decision we made for our 5 year old son . We home school our children, (even pre pandemic) so getting our son to socialize and learn to focus on instruction from Sense Kevin was a big win for our family. Sense Kevin is an amazing teacher to the kids. He gives the right amount of attention to each child and the children absolutely adore him. My 15 year old son is now wanting to join The Dojo ! They are THE BEST !
