I called AquaLeak when I suspected a leak in our pool. I called on a Monday requesting an appointment for the coming Thursday. It was very easy to secure an appointment and what was very helpful is I was told clearly exactly what would be done and what was covered in that appointment to detect the leak and remedy it. I was also given a flat charge for the visit. I felt there was complete transparency. Jake arrived on time on Thursday after calling me to say he was on his way. He brought with him all the appropriate gear and equipment working diligently for the entire time. Although he found the leak quickly he continued to test all of the jets and other areas of the pool that may have had a leak. It was refreshing to see the pride in his work and his persistence in solving the problem. I have waited before writing this review to be sure that our leaks have been corrected. They have! I feel AquaLeak Detection provided all the tools necessary to do a great job and that Jake did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to use AquaLeak Detection again snd would highly recommend the company and Jake.

There was a small leak, and 22,000 gallons later, Aqua Leak Detection came to test the pool. Chris, the technician, was an awesome guy! He did a very thorough job and repaired the leak. So glad we called Aqua Leak!

Aqua Leak detection was quick to respond to my request for a project requiring cutting out the leaking plastic light niche in my pool, replacing it with a stainless steel new housing and replacing the led lighting lamp. The pool was drained, old niche removed and new one replaced in 4 hours. You cannot tell they did any work around the niche, looks like the original. They were very good about having to reschedule once. Everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. I recommend them highly.

The tec was on time and very informative. He explained what he was going to do and why. He got to work right away. Doned his mask and snorkel and hit the water. I watched him visually inspect the entire pool surface. When he came out he said I had 12 pin hole leaks. He was able to patch all the leaks.. He also did a pressure test and said the plimbing was fine. I wanted to wait a few weeks to make sure that my pool was leak free. As of today 1 24.22 I haven't had to add water for over a week. Before he came I was adding almost 3 inches a week. That's a lot of water. Thanks Paul.

Very professionally run company. Polite, professional, punctual. Everyone took their time to answer all of my questions and explain exactly what the issues may be. Jake was great. He found the leak in our pool showed me exactly where it was by video and fixed it. For the amount of work that was preformed I found them to be of good value. I would recommend them to anyone. If I need pool repair service again I will definitely use them.

I was referred to this company by a builder and boy, am I happy I used them for my pool leak. It was so frustrating and time consuming having to fill the pool on a daily basis. I even had timers set on water hose to shut off so I didn’t have to babysit the pool filling, still aggravating non the less. I called Aqua Leak, they put me on the schedule for 2 days later(unheard of these days), came out and assessed the leak and had it repaired with an hour. They will be added to my contact list of trades I work with and I have already referred them to a friend.

I had a leak that was causing me to lose significant amounts of water. Aqua Leak was backed up in the schedule but when I explained the situation, they were able to move me up to the first available cancellation. Technician was professional and ontime.
