Saul came quick when my refrigerator was not working on a Sunday. Although he was not able to help me fix the Refrigerator because of a leak in the installed system he did mention that I should call the manufacturer and ask about a warranty which I did. Saul was very professional and his price was very very reasonable for his service call. I hope the warranty technician will be as good as Saul.

Saul was very professional and on time. He quickly let me know the problem with my washing machine and was very honest and reliable with the price. A lot of business charge a ton of $ to just take a look and he did not. The place I bought the washing machine from was going to charge me $149 just to look at it! I was so happy to find him and he is highly recommended.

Tenant’s refrigerator/freezer was not functioning properly. Saul went to service it, found the problems and gave a very good price for repair. However, the property owner decided to replace the refrigerator instead. Saul’s service fee is very reasonable—in fact, lower than most fees. Saul was on time and very professional. I will use Saul for future appliance issues in the future.

I called Saul 10 minutes before closing and he came to my house right away and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. He ordered the part and two days later I have a working machine. He also made adjustments to my dishwasher since I had a small leak and made that repair as well with no charge. I will call him again anytime I need Appliance Repair.

Was here to fix my refrigerator and while Saul was here noticed my microwave was broke. Fixed the fuse and now working. Unfortunately, the fridge is going to need an electrician, but Saul got it working. Professional and polite, shared an electrician's name. Would definitely recommend and/or use again.

Saul came out to look at my washer that was malfunctioning he was so polite and informative and treated a couple of young renters with such respect and kindness. We didn’t end up needing a repair but if we ever do need anything fixed, he’ll be the one I call as he displayed a genuine care for his customers :))

Saul was quick to say my broken icemaker was a broken part, take my money, and replace that part. When that didn't fix the problem, Saul would not return my texts, my calls, for over a month. THEN, when he finally came over, he unplugged and replugged the part and told me to call him if it it didnt fix the issue. It did not fix the issue and now he will not return any of my calls or texts. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
