Custom Concepts Painting did an excellent job on my 2800 square-foot home interior. They were on time every day and worked extremely hard on a limited timeframe to get the job completed for me. They also did an extra bookcase that I had asked for midway through the job. There were a few discrepancies that the owner, Ryan handled well and resolved quickly. I appreciate the excellent effort and would highly recommend them.

The crew did a great job. Full interior painted, including trim and doors, patching holes, and the car port pad. They were extremely helpful cleaning up and helping me get things back into place. And they were prompt to come back to do some touch ups that I saw a few days later. Definitely recommend.

I got several quotes from different painting companies, but decided to give CCP a chance. They sure didn't disappoint, with good quality, and reasonable pricing. They are willing to go extra miles to make us happy. They sure deserve my our 5-star ratings and I do recommend them to friends for future paint jobs. The only concern I have still is it was raining here and there, when they were painting, so I am not sure how that impacts the paint quality long term. Hopefully, not. But overall, we are happy. The house sure looks like new now.

We called Custom Concepts to give us a quote for painting couple areas at our business and he came in with great pricing and begun work right away. They completed some patch work on out walls and painted the walls and doors. All the employees were on time, professional, and did a great job. Not only did the crews, directed by Mr. Ryan Maples, patch and clean exterior walls and planters, but cleaned and painted the sidewalks, entryway, and driveway as well. And they did it all in two days! I highly recommend Mr. Maples' company for all your painting needs!

Ryan's team did a fantastic job painting our historic bungalow in Point Pleasant. This was a particularly big job with a lot of arts and crafts trim details. Ryan was consultative, discussing a range of color options with us and helped us find the courage to go with a rich bold color that is a real standout while still looking appropriate among the other historic homes on the street. Ryan went above and beyond, deciding do a considerable amount of additional surface prep work that hadn't been discussed as part of the project. It made a big difference and the quality of the work really comes through. I am not sure the photos fully do justice. The members of the team were friendly and caring. The price was very fair and I don't think many other companies would have done this job right for a similar price. There was a little confusion at one point and we had to revisit the plan, but not surprising considering all the details. I would advise if you have a big job, probably spend a little extra time up front to be sure that everyone is on the same page. Custom Concepts was very professional in working though those things with us and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
