You wrote a review for Accurate Insulation One minute ago 2.0 star rating 6/23/2017 At first, we had a good experience and the sales person, David, was very attentive and involved. Then, the sales person "left the company unexpectedly". We were in the middle of trying to get the work done, and no one bothered to let us know. We literally heard nothing from the company for three weeks, and only found out after calling the company. Since we had already signed the contract, we proceeded. From then, we had to be proactive and make all the contact calls, emails, etc. They didn't bother doing anything and couldn't have cared less. The workers did a good job, especially the basement guy. After the work was completed, we were told by BGE that accurate insulation had not filed the correct paperwork to qualify for the BGE rebate. I contacted the company and they gave me the run around, promising to look into it, but never actually doing so. After several phone calls, they promised to call me back with the answers, but of course, never did. This company does not care about its customers. They make assurances and are polite when you call, but they don't follow through. I would give them one star, but the basement person in their employ was very knowledgeable and did a good job.

For an “accurate” insulation company they sure don’t have drivers that can “accurately” drive. Cruising on the parkway, this company’s truck just so happened to be driving behind me initially, and then alongside he sped up to cut me off and almost slammed the truck right into my car purposely. Could have died. From the company’s website “these aren’t just words, they represent how Accurate Insulation does business. Whatever your needs, you can trust us to offer high quality products and service” Can you trust a company with drivers that are free-styling on the road no rules no signaling whatsoever. Me neither. Please improve quality of driving of your employees on the road before offering other services... lives are at stake.

I was very frustrated when I first wrote this review but upon reflection, I realize that the work was done fairly quickly and the sales rep as well as the installers were all very professional. But I had to knock off stars because I could not get them to email an invoice showing the job was done and I paid for it. How difficult can that be? We've had a lot of work done on our house lately and EVERY OTHER company sent an invoice right away, but not Accurate insulation. So overall good results but very weak in communication. If you use them, I recommend you pay be credit card so at least you have a record of paying for the job. Per their request, I paid by check, which was a mistake considering how long it took them to cash the check and to send an invoice, which I needed in order to meet requirements for the sale of my home.

Contacted this company to get a quote to have spray foam put into my garage. Obtained the quote and set a date to have them come out and perform the work. The employee stated that she will give us a time frame the day before the scheduled work. That day came and never heard from them until 4:46 pm. They emailed and stated that they couldn't make it the next day and had to reschedule. This was after I took off from work to be there on that day. No phone call or anything. I emailed them my disappointment with the company and it's unprofessionalism. No response at all or apologies from them. They could careless what they did or that I had a scheduled leave day for them to perform the services. Still have not heard back from this to this day. Stay away from this poor customer service company, they don't deserve your business or anybody's the way they treat their customers.

I moved in CARUSO home November. I found out that one room is extremely cold. Today 12/28/2022, Accurate supervisor QC stopped by and carefully examined the surrounding. He detected that one place on the garage ceiling might be an entry to attic but builder never did. So he cut the drywall and went into the attic and found --> NO insulation in the attic. He then installed the insulation and the room is now very comfortable. I was very impressed by his professional skill to detect this defect and responded immediately. Really appreciate...

The job was to add 6” of blown insulation to the attic. They show up and didn’t mark where 6” would bring the new level to on the joists. So there’s no telling how much insulation they are truly adding. The guy just started blowing insulation and I couldn’t tell if they added 3” or 6” of insulation, especially in the far reaches of the attic. 🤷🏻‍♂️. He asked how does it look? I don’t know, you tell me? So, I’m rating this as poor value. The installer didn’t even wear a mask while working? They will give you a low estimate to entice you to sign contract, but there’s no guarantee that you are getting what you pay for in insulation. They don’t tell you how many bags of insulation you are buying, and they don’t show you how many they install. Save your money and do it yourself! You’ll save at least half the estimate they give you.

I have used Accurate Insulation on two separate occasions now for different projects. I am grateful for their prompt response in communication and installation. They have continue to provide a high quality service at a reasonable price.

John & Joe were very accommodating on coming out and getting our insulation project done. They went above and beyond in making sure we passed our inspection with the county, they came out twice to ensure the job was done properly. Will definitely be using accurate insulation in the future. Thank you guys!

We had an energy audit performed. We didn't even know we had problems. After the audit, we had the repairs done, and what a big difference. Our propane usage is about half of what it was, and the house stays cooler, longer. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone! Ken Roberts

The team at accurate insulation was great. Scheduling went well and was a good price. The team that did the spray foam in the shop did a really great job with spray foam install and draped everything in plastic. There was an issue due to temperature on one location on one wall. They had some one out quick to look and made the repair doing a great job. I really appreciate a company that looks at the issue and resolves it quickly. I am very pleased with the service and will use them for any other insulation or other service they support.

This is the second time we’ve worked with Accurate Insulation for garage door installation and repair. Our most recent need was an emergency, and I can’t say enough about how Brent stepped in to save the day. He was kind, compassionate, and highly responsive, coming to our aid and solving a complex problem in less than two hours with the help of an amazing installation team. I usually do not write review but I decided to write one because I sincerely appreciate their quality work, excellent communication, and reasonable price. I was in need of adding insulation in my attic in such tight timeline. I called several companies and Accutae Insulation was the best in all aspects! Excellent price, quality work, communication, and scheduling. I am not sure whatelse I could ask more? I, particularly, thank you, Brent, for his excellent communication, enthusiasm, and top notch customer service. He is extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Brent came very quickly to do estimate (I sincerely appreciate it) then crew also came quickly to add insulation in my attic. It is difficult to do insulation in attic in this hot summer and I do appreciate the crew's hardwork. If you need insulation work, do not look further! I highly recommend Accura insulation for their quailty work, communication, reasonable price, and timely scheduling!

The comfort of our home has improved dramatically since being properly insualted. Humidity is so much lower and the temperature difference between our first and second floor is practically gone. Our HVAC system runs several hours less everyday. Additionally, the crawlspace no longer smells musty and is so much cleaner and fresher. We are so pleased with the quality of the installation team and how well Accurate Insulation worked with us. If you have doubts on what a difference they can make, you can request a home energy audit with BGE to perform a test showing how much air loss and gaps exist in your home and the possible improvement that proper insulation can make.
