I have been coming to modern vape since it opened. Staff is always helpful. If you need help with a vape choice they help you find the right flavor for you. Staff always asks for feed back, which is awesome. The owner goes above and beyond for his customers. I will never support another vape store the way I do modern vape.

Couldn't tighten my vape harder than them if I tried, 45 minutes, a set of pliers, tape for traction and I still can't get it open to change my coil. Asked about a wobble between the mod and tank and the worker that afternoon was helpful, didn't realize until this morning that he must've unleashed his Herculean strength when putting it back together Still been going here since it's close and everything else has been solid all the other times I've visited, so I moved them up to 4 stars

We've be coming here for 7yrs. Great products, affordable prices! All of the employees know my husband Leo by sight. The Owner is very friendly and personable. The owner is always there to help. I highly recommend.

I realized I haven't reviewed their Goose Creek location to I had to make sure I said my piece here. Modern Vapor hit it out of the park again with their second location. With their trademark style this shop has a fantastic laid back feel. Adding to the atmosphere in addition to their large bar top which has seemingly set the standard, the shop has a lounge complete with a couch, coffee table, comfortable lounge chairs, and end tables. This is the only shop I go to. It has a fantastic selection of juices, a comfortable laid back atmosphere, and friendly very knowledgeable staff who are eager to help you find a mod that will best fit your needs. The equipment they sell is top of the line and at great prices. Both of their shops are very clean, and even have a workbench to build and install coils, and the staff will help with that too. All of their juices have testers so you can find a juice you love without a case of buyers remorse. It's the best shop I've been to, and I've traveled extensively as far as California. Frankly, if you've never been to Modern Vapor, you're missing out. It's clear that they're passionate about what they do.

Wonderful experience!! My second time purchasing a unit a much better one and bigger!! I gifted myself for my birthday!!! The gentleman are super sweet!! The guy from the Greenville store is awesome!! You guys rock!!! Look forward to getting more juices to try for my vape!!

Edited Review: The shop owner replied to my review and I took him up on his offer to stop by the store and they went above and beyond to take care of me. The shop owner wasn't present when I went in but I was able to pull up my review and they gave the owner a call. He personally apologized and swapped out my duds. It's not very often that you get that kind of customer service! I'll definitely be a return customer now! Stopped by this shop last Thursday on a whim because my last disposable had died and the reviews were decent. The shop was sparse and nothing like I was expecting. Not a lot of inventory or options. I purchased 2 JukBoxx vapes because they were on a buy 2 special for a great price. The gentleman working the shop wasn’t familiar with them but I decided to try them anyway. Neither of the 2 I purchased have any flavor at all. Usually there’s a no return or exchange policy in place at these shops so I didn’t even bother going back inside to ask but nearly $40 is a lot to waste on vapes that have no flavor. Probably won’t be going back.

My vape caught fire today, I had it for years and it was really outdated. When I came into the store the guy was incredibly helpful & I didn’t believe him at first when he sold me my new one. I gave him a really hard time but he really knows his stuff. Not only did I not spend nearly the amount I expected to but I LOVE the mod he sold me and I will recommend anyone to come here for anything they need. He is amazing and I am incredibly sorry I gave him such a hard time

Great shop. Always excellent customer service, has what I want or gets it in fast, and knows exactly what to recommend. John is the man here! He helped me get started with the right gear for my RDA, and told me some tricks to make sure that I was happy with what i got. I always recommend Modern Vapor Company to my friends and people I meet.

The staff at modern vapor is amazing. I’m there way too often buying juice or new coils and Robert and Michael are always helpful. I bought a new mod and it turned out to be defective. They inspected it to make sure they couldn’t fix it and when they couldn’t they gave me store credit to get a new one of my choosing. I will continue to shop there. Good job guys!

Apparently after a certain time they can't sell certain juice. Very strange. Guess y'all don't like money.. Took my business elsewhere and bought the juice I needed.

I bought their JukeBoxx brand. Good flavor. I'm upset that when I opened to test it was dead. Employee charged it a little bit to and it still hit. Don't like the fact that I couldn't get an exchange for another one just incase it becomes a dud in a day or so. Won't be coming back due to management punishing employee for something out of their control.
