We had a great experience with Fly Albuquerque and highly recommend it. As an airline pilot, I was a little nervous about going up in a craft that has no engines or directional control, but my first conversation with owner Patrick made me realize that my family and I would be in good hands. Also, the decision to launch from their field south of town made our sunset flight possible, as Patrick rightly predicted the winds for that evening would be too much to launch from the city. Our pilot, Patrick’s wife Brittany, was thoroughly professional, as careful and serious as the best airline captain, while also being funny and personable. The flight was smooth and the views gorgeous.

My boyfriend, Jax, and I just wrapped up a private sunrise hot air balloon ride! This was our first hot air balloon ride and it was amazing! Our pilot, Dave, was incredible. Shared his knowledge about ballooning and the surrounding area our ride took place in. We enjoyed the entire experience from watching the crew inflate the balloon, to taking off and to landing. The views were gorgeous. I would highly recommend Fly Albuquerque. We would love to do this again whenever we have a chance to get back to the area. This was an INCREDIBLE experience! I would recommend Fly Albuquerque to anyone interested in a hot air balloon experience! The team (thank you, Britt for being a PHENOMENAL pilot!) is beyond friendly and super educated and we’re able to answer our 500 million questions and provide some additional knowledge to the group, on top of that. Once we landed, the crew brought us for champagne and a beautiful charcuterie board and gave us some free range chicken eggs from the chickens on their property. It was such an intimate experience and I’m forever thankful this was our first one for hot air ballooning! 🥰🙏🏻💞😍

The flight was amazing, the pilot is so skilled we got our feet wet in the Rio Grande and touched the peak of the trees without an incident. The whole crew was very friendly and helpful. I took the flight with my 7yo and 10yo who didn't speak English (but nevertheless enjoyed the experience) and they did the crew did their best to communicate with them. It was worth every penny and we definitely would flight with them again.

Fly Albuquerque is a female and family owned company. Brittany and her crew love what they do and it shows. They made the experience AMAZING from beginning to end. They are kind, courteous, professional and hilarious. Also, their work ethic is commendable. I had NO idea how much work goes into the set up and take down goes into one ride. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Make sure you bring cash to tip them. You’ll see that they TOTALLY deserve it!!!

I absolutely LOVED my ride. We had to wake up pretty early, but it was definitely worth it! The balloon was beautiful, Brittany was fabulous, and the ride was extremely smooth. Even the landing was perfect! Please don’t hesitate even if you are a bit weary with heights (I was and ended up fine!). Today I was given not just a birthday gift. I was given the gift of an unforgettable experience. Fly Albuquerque surpassed my expectations.. Brittany the pilot navigated the wind and showed she is a master at what she loves. I did not realize how much work it takes, but her crew made it looked so easy and fun. With over 20 hot air balloon rides, I have to state that Fly Albuquerque was the best. Britni runs and world-class operation. Albuquerque may have bigger hot air balloon ride companies but FlyAlbuquerque by far is the best. Glenn was a knowledgeable and experienced pilot that made the flight extremely enjoyable. The ground-crew was exceptional and extremely polite and helpful. What started out as reserving a hot air balloon ride became developing a friendship with Brittni, Glenn, the crew and other passengers. To be honest we booked the flight based on their prices, but we will be back based on the camaraderie and professionalism that Fly Albuquerque demonstrates day in and day out.

We had such an amazing time with Fly Albuquerque today. I was a bit anxious as it was my 1st time flying on a hot air balloon. Brittany was our pilot. She and her crew made our flight an enjoyable and safe experience. The landscapes are breathtaking. The ride is very tranquil and peaceful. We helped with the packing up of the balloon at the end - just because we wanted to, not because we had to. So much fun; I’m looking forward to my next time flying. Definitely recommend; you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend this group! Very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone in the crew was extremely nice and helpful. The owners were concerned about safety and briefed passengers before the ride on safety measures during inflation, flight and landing. Their equipment appeared well maintained and fairly new. I felt very safe during the flight with Pilot, and owner, Brittany. After landing, they took us to a beautiful park for snacks and Champagne. It was A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!

This was the most amazing experience! Brittney and the entire crew made this an adventure that we will never forget. I brought my daughter in law to New Mexico for her birthday ~ she will remember this forever! The communication from Brittney and her team was excellent from the time I booked. She kept us posted as to changes to our reservation due to fire smoke in the area. She made sure that we launched from a location with the best visibility considering the conditions. The amount of attention they paid to our well being and the safety of all was exceptional. Brittney is an amazing Pilot! She is very in tune with what she does and pays the utmost attention to the needs of her passengers. She immediately knew when I began to feel a bit uncomfortable with the height of the balloon and adjusted for my comfort. The route we went on was spectacular! The wildlife and the scenery were amazing! It was just overwhelmingly beautiful!!! And then! The landing!! Brittney is the ultimate pro! She landed the balloon directly on the trailer! After packing up the balloon and heading back to the launch site ~ we were treated to wonderful snacks, a beautiful story of the history of balloons and yummy Mimosas! The perfect ending to an awesome flight! Something I will never forget!!! Hopefully we will remain in touch and she will bring that balloon to Vegas for a flight! I highly recommend this company and this activity! They are the best in the business!!

My wife and I chose fly Albuquerque to celebrate our 11th anniversary, and it was 100% worth it! We had a blast. Our pilot was fantastic, and the ride was smooth and care free. It was a phenomenal experience, if your considering flying, you can't go wrong with this group.

What a great experience from this top notch company. From the pick up to our drop off, they did not disappoint. Our initial flight plans over Albuquerque were scrapped due to the winds heading straight towards the airport, so we headed south to the secondary launch site by the Rio Grande. Quite honestly it was a fortunate turn of events as the views from that location were absolutely breath taking. There was some concern due to rains the night before that it might be too muddy but our crew found a great take off spot. We found out later some other balloon companies from the area didn't do this and just cancelled their flight for the day. Well unfortunately those people picked the wrong company and missed out on a spectacular flight!!! After unloading and preparing the balloon for take off we all hopped aboard for our journey. Our very experienced pilot Brittany did an amazing job guiding us on our adventure. From her "corn trick" of brushing the top of corn stalks to flying by the orphanage in the area, with all the kids outside excitingly watching and greeting us her expertise in flying and controlling the balloon was very evident. We all felt completely safe in her hands for anyone who might have any concerns. Her true love of flying was also very evident, as when asked how she liked her job she responded with, "What job?" In fact all of the crew members displayed a true passion for what they were doing which showed in their positive attitudes. Our flight lasted a little over an hour as you are somewhat at the mercy of the winds but we were all happy to have a little extra time, and I don't think anyone wanted it to end. After a superb landing (that Brittany made look easy), we waited in the air conditioned van as the crew worked tirelessly to pack up the balloon (no easy task). From there it was a quick ride back to headquarters where we were all treated with Mimosa's, coffee, a well stocked snack tray, and visits from the company dogs and chicken (a true blueberry lover). My wife and I have been on many adventures and we both say this was one of the best we have ever done. That feeling of just gently floating over the amazing landscape and beautiful vistas was truly an experience we will never forget. I can't express enough how highly I would recommend a balloon ride here, but if you do be sure to book FLY ALBUQUERQUE... you won't be disappointed. Thank you to Brittany and all of the great crew there, you all made for an unforgettable trip. A big shout out to our driver who I'm embarrassed to say, I have forgotten his name (this happens at my age), but he made our drives very entertaining. Let's just say "The most interesting man in the world" has nothing on him! We hope to visit Albuquerque again in the future and if we do, a second flight with Fly Albuquerque will be first on our list!

Me and my two friends loved our first hot air balloon experience. Brittany is amazing at her “job” and so knowledgeable. I believe Ed was our chauffeur. He was fun to talk to along the way and gave us lots of good information. The champagne and snacks at the end do the ride topped off the whole trip. The story that was told about ballooning was cool to hear after such a fun experience. I will definitely be going on another hot air balloon ride in the future and I loved this experience!

It was spectacular. We had the most amazing flight. The weather was beautiful and our Pilot Brittany was great. She is a true expert in her field. The entire staff went above and beyond to give us an epic experience! We really enjoyed the van ride to and from the launch and landing sites.
