Tropical fish store

👍👍 The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they offer freshwater supplies and fish now. I’ve picked up substrate, rock, and wood from here. I recently battled a water quality issue that went on for months and they set me up with a great canister recommendation and surface skimmer... The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they offer freshwater supplies and fish now. I’ve picked up substrate, rock, and wood from here. I recently battled a water quality issue that went on for months and they set me up with a great canister recommendation and surface skimmer; my water is perfect. These are my go-to people.

Best marine fish store and staff I’ve encountered. They’ve helped me relocate two aquariums, one full of fish and corals… the other 250 gallon setup and get it ready for my dream tank. The staff is all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and every fish I’ve gotten from them does incredibly well. They even managed to special order a horn shark for me who is the star of my house now. They kept him well fed and comfy while my tank was getting established to ensure a safe home for him even! l can’t say enough good things about this business.

I hired Reef-licious after I bought an expensive, centerpiece 100 gallon acrylic tank that I did not want to screw up...After this tank I ordered online (finally) came in, I was unsure whether I wanted to go saltwater or fresh. Reef-licious quickly gave quotes for both- complete set-up options using my tank with everything else provided by them, even the livestock. I decided on a custom and high-tech freshwater setup that is Densely planted. Jin and his team did everything in just a few visits, they even fortified the existing stand I wanted to use for safety. A couple months later, tank is still thriving, actually may need a trim soon, check it out! These guys are pros:

I have to agree with the others: Best reef store in town. My first visit was yesterday and wow was I impressed. Place is spotless. Tanks are spotless. LIvestock is beautiful, healthy and obviously well cared for. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and super nice and welcoming. Great store and my new go to spot! Yesterday I had a great comparision opportunity which they won hands down. Bought snails from two different stores on the same day- Reeflicious: Only tag alongs were some very clean sand. LIvestock were healthy and active and went to work immediately upon entering my tank. The other guys: Five snails == tag alongs of- Six worms, two stars, an anemone, bunch of unknown detritus, and all livestock was lethargic and little activity for the first 24 hours (but seem to be doing better now) Thanks you guys!

My husband and I have just recently started our adventure with freshwater aquariums and we drove in from Sapello, after hitting up the surrounding big box stores to gather more supplies. I was very happily surprised by the inventory and prices at Reef-Licious! Honestly, most items, especially the big brand names, were much more affordable here than at the big pet stores, and in addition, they had everything those stores had combined. Really there’s no reason to go to the big box stores when you have a one local store that carries everything you need and at a better price point. I was able to find the exact medication I needed for the fish I recently adopted elsewhere that ended up with bacteria infection, and I could not find that medication ANYWHERE. I didn’t want to wait two weeks for Amazon to deliver it, so after Facebook messaging the owner(who responded very promptly) I was able to come by and get what I needed. I doubly impressed by the amount of supplies they are able to fit in their store, and still maintain an organized and clean space. They have everything! In addition, the owners were much more knowledgeable and helpful than the employees at the other places and their store is IMMACULATE. They have a surprising amount of saltwater and cold water fish and invertebrates and they are cared for like they are their own aquariums. No sad sick fish here! I could have spent hours in a lounge chair gazing at their saltwater setups and they have some beautiful aquascaped aquariums that had lots of love and time spent on them. I’m pleased to find a local store to support that also brings to the table a multitude of factors you just can’t get anywhere else, and I’m willing to make the two hour drive to buy from them, that’s how impressive they are. We will be returning soon!

These guys are freaking amazing.. needed bulkheads in a emergency due to our 300 gallon acrylic leaking after they were closed on a Saturday. The crew waited on me to drive there and we were able to get our parts. These guys are the real deal. A+++

My son wanted a pet and we settled on a salt water tank. I have zero experience in salt water tanks. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and asked if we needed help. We explained our starting point and they helped get us started for less than 400$. Best part, I didn’t feel like I was being the most expensive items or being sold on items I didn’t need. About a week later we added in clownfish. It’s been about 5 months and we have a thriving nano tank full of coral and a few fish. Each time we go into the store we are always welcomed with smiles and given the best service. We see lots of people who have obviously way more experience than we do and also have more diversity in their tanks. Reeflicious always has a robust selection and frequently get new shipments. We recently were having some issues with a fish and the owner took the time, on his day off, to call and give some advice on what to do. The service and dedication these guys give is second to none.

This is one of the most stunning fish stores I've ever been to. There is not a speck of algae within their tanks, nor anything resembling disease or injury. This is the highest quality fish store on earth. It's worth the drive from the other side of the country simply to purchase something small. Going wrong with this store is nigh impossible.

I visited here from out of town and I am so impressed! Both the freshwater and saltwater tanks are amazing and there is a large variety of fish that all look happy and healthy. And the amount of products available is great! Great experience! If I lived here I'd make this my number one place to shop for fish and supplies.

They have a great freshwater plant selection! I haven’t been able to really find good fresh water plants in Albuquerque but here I have no issue! If I can I’ll put an update on how the plants do and if any snails appear.

My partner and I have kept freshwater and some brackish for a while now, and we started going to Reef-Licious about a year ago now. While it may appear that they focus on saltwater, they actually have a really well curated selection of freshwater fish and plants as well. The fish and plants we've gotten from them have always been in good health, and they have an excellent selection of fish supplies, lighting, equipment, etc. I would also like to speak to the management here. It is a warm and welcoming family run business, and employees do not crowd you while shopping around. I have always received good advice when speaking to staff. I have watched them help inexperienced and experienced hobbyists alike, always with kindness and patience. It is also worth noting that I have never been sold anything I didn't need. In fact, I have been dissuaded from unnecessary purchases by management even when they ostensibly stood to gain financially from the sale. It is clear that the customer experience is very important to them. I truly cannot recommend this place enough as a first stop for ABQ fishkeeping.

If your looking for driftwood and beautiful rocks for your tanks, this is the place. Small, but a very friendly staff and immaculate tanks set up. Knowledgeable workers. Definitely would recommend stopping by.

These guys are the best! Every time I go in they are always super nice and give the absolute best customer service! Everything is kept very clean not only that but last night I had an emergency with one of my bulkheads leaking I went to 4 different hardware stores and couldn’t find one I called them 2 hrs after they were closed and they were able to get me one in 15min!! I will not do business anywhere else!

Nice selection of fish and LPS corals. SPS selection was limited, as were zoanthids. Noticed some dinos in the coral tanks (happens to the best of us) so chose not to buy anything today. Otherwise everything was well cared-for.

This place is just jaw dropping amazing. Everything looks so healthy. The prices are reasonable. The staff is incredible. I was just blown away after my first visit. This will now be a regular stop of mine when I'm in the area. Hands down one of the nicest reef shops I've ever visited.

👍👍 Best saltwater fish/fish supply store in town. Everyone is really helpful. They have a great supply of saltwater fish, crustaceans, aquariums, sumps, sand, and salt. Whatever you need, they have it or can get it. Sometimes, I just stop by to walk around and look at all of the fish. It is very relax...
