I had my wedding dress altered here, and Ai did such a wonderful job! Her space is beautifully decorated, and she is extremely personable and helpful. My dress is detailed lace with many beads and sequins, and it has long sleeves that are also ornate. Ai's alterations are absolutely perfect, and her price is more than fair for the quality of service she is providing. I definitely recommend!

Sammie and Ai are the absolute best! I got referred to Hollow to Hem by 2 trusted friends and I am so glad I went. They took in and hemmed my wedding dress, transformed my mom's vintage veil into something I could wear today, Moved my straps so I could have a "cap sleeved" dress, and added embellishments to my gown.........not enough good things to say! The fit of my dress was amazing and I got sooooo many compliments on it. I was honestly sad when I was done with all my fittings because they were such a sweet couple to see! You will not be disappointed!

My wedding dress was ordered way too big!! The top is tulle allusion with detailed appliqués. I took it to several alterations places where they all said they couldn't take the dress in or wanted to charge an outrageous amount! Hollow to Hem saved the day!
