    Have used for about 3 years. Good reliable service. Special recognition to Tim our refuge tech. He goes above and beyond when I need help with getting my trash to the truck.

    Would like the ability of talking to a live person on the phone, evidently talking person to person is unacceptable these days , not all questions can be answered by computer algorithms.....

    WM decided to change our recycling service to every other week without notice and without any reduction to our bill. Multiple attempts to resolve this have been met with promises of call backs and resolutions, but no one ever calls back and the problem isn't resolved. They do not value their customers.

    Haven't even started using them yet and already I am impressed. Shortly after setting up service for my home due to the current company pulling out of my township, I received a call asking it if would be alright to change the collection date to later in the week. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and professional. It felt like my opinion mattered. I had set up to receive my can between the 26th of January and the 3rd of November. I woke up this morning (January 25th) to my can out in the driveway. Our first puck up isn't till February 3rd, but so far I am happy with my choice in garbage collection compines. 😊

    I INITIALLY HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS TO PROCESS DUE TO PROBLEMS IN THE SYSTEM, BUT THOSE APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN RESOLVED IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS

    on time, quality service and good communication, a bit higher priced than others, but provide quality wheeled container and you get what you pay for if timely,quality service is what you want

    We contracted Waste Management for a 40 yd roll off dumpster during a clean out and everything went off without a hitch. So, a month later, when I decided I wanted a 2 yd dumpster placed for permanent weekly pickup they seemed like the logical choice. I set up service, paid, and then waited for my drop off. The day of drop off came and they didn’t show. When I called they said that it would be done the following Monday. That day, the driver shows and ends up just sitting at the end of our driveway in his truck. When my husband went out and spoke with him he said that our driveway was too “unsafe” for him to get in and out. So again I called customer service. They told me after speaking with someone else within the company that someone would be dropping it off the next day and there would be no further issues. Ultimately I had a rep call me and say that they would not be bringing the dumpster because again, our “driveway was too unsafe.” They did end up refunding my payment which took about a week. We have since gone with a different company for a significantly lower monthly price and have had absolutely zero issues with getting their trucks in and out of our driveway. Waste Management is a complete joke. There are much better companies, with better customer service and price, out there.

    Extremely easy to do every thing online EXCEPT cancel service. Call or chat. Four times I got into the chat, had to wait a long time, and when I was finally connected the chat ended two minutes later because I didn't respond right away. The only thing that caught my eye was it being ended. I guess I have to stare continuously at the chat for 15 minutes straight since they disconnect it so fast. Unreal. Found out I can transfer service to my new address, but after the poor experience I'm just canceling. Awful support.

    We absolutely love our driver. He is a fantastic gentleman and goes above and beyond. Every other part of your system is trash. Auto-pay is broken and doesn’t work. Good standing bank account and the autopay reports good account to establish. Every other 2 months we get a Notification that we are behind and that our services will be discontinued. They’re program is broken and they threaten the consumer because their program is broken and won’t accept payment

    During the pandemic, we had the opportunity to clear out a lot from our attic and basement. Your route workers were super at taking it all away!

    Good service and good value would recommend….. taking a star away I had a kids plastic smaller car thing for babies next to my trash can and they didn’t pick it up. Disappointed, there was no room in my trash can

    We have a choice of 3 different garbage pickup services and have tried all three. This is by far the most reliable. In addition, our driver is very courteous and always leave the area clean.
