Awesome experience! Took a ride this week and had an overall excellent time. The staff is so friendly and professional, the helicopter was in great shape with an amazing view of the city from big windows. I've taken a private plane tour before in New Orleans, but this was a better experience being quieter and better view. I can't wait to go again. Thank you, Helico!

This tour is definitely a MUST!! Staff was super friendly, pilot Cameron was cool and very informative. If your thinking about doing this DO IT!! And upgrade and do the experience with the DOORS OFF!! I will from here on out ask any helicopter experience for the doors to be off! The views were everything!! I definitely recommend it’s worth every penny… This was my man’s first time ever on a helicopter and I surprisingly booked it to enjoy the doors off. DON’T HESITATE BOOK NOW

Had a blast, gorgeous ride, and super informative. Pricing is fair for what you’re getting, and the customer service is top notch. I like being able to hear the controller, it was a unique experience I’d never gotten in a helicopter before. However, after a few minutes I’d wish we couldn’t hear it. Our pilot would try to give the tour speech, only to get cut off, and made impossible to hear. I’m sure nothing can be done about that, but my one and only complaint. Otherwise, perfect!

We went on the 30 minute New Orleans tour and it was fabulous! The office staff is very friendly upon entering and checking in for the tour - made us instantly feel at ease (as one person in our duo was a little anxious about flying for the first time). The pilot was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and points of interest in New Orleans, answering any questions we had. The experience overall was amazing - EVERYONE should go check out New Orleans from the air, as it provides a perspective that you wouldn't be able to see/experience when in a conference room for work or a hotel room for vacation. 10 out of 10 would recommend! And if you are a little anxious about flying like the person I went with, when asked if they would go again after the flight, they said, "Yes, I felt very safe and it was very, very enjoyable! I am so glad we did that!" The Heli Co New Orleans team did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone!

1st time flyer. Friendly staff from the first call until we left the airway. They made sure my baby girl felt safe. Very informative all the way around and even when they ask about add-ons they are not pushy. Definitely something I will do again.

Check it off my bucklist. Staff and pilot were so great. The pilot told us amazing information on the areas we flew over and answered all of questions. He kept us informed about landing and why he circled around before landing.. we had to wait for plane taking off... it was so beautiful seeing NOLA from above...

This place is beyond amazing!! I highly recommend for any special event or just to try it out. It was my time flying on a helicopter. The staff was beyond amazing, friendly, informative and just willing to help to make our day special. They are quick to respond back and make any of our wishes to come true. Even our pilot was fun informative and polite. I could tell he really love his job as well. I can’t wait to try this experience with again.

It was our daughter's first time on a Helicopter, she got to sit upfront with the pilot. We enjoyed it very much, but if you UBER here, be prepared that you may not get back downtown and have to call a taxi service.

Cameron, our pilot was absolutely wonderful. Very detailed. Made our trip feel very special. I’m so thankful my boyfriend surprised me with this idea. The entire staff were so pleasant and made us feel VIP from the beginning. Highly recommended 🩵

I surprised my wife with a tour for our one year anniversary and also her birthday when I say the sky is the limit for my wife this is exactly what I meant I highly recommend doing business with Heli Co the staff from booking the flight to the end they do a outstanding job when we are in town we will be back !!!!! This was awesome. Purchased a Groupon and well worth it. We did the city mile tour and it was gorgeous. Mark, our pilot, was great and knowledgeable. Dennis greeted us at the door and was very polite, informative and helpful. I definitely recommend.

This was our first visit to the city of New Orleans, and we wanted to enjoy and see most parts of the city. We did take swamp tour and other small tours in town, but nothing could give us the entire view of the city. So we took a view of the city with Heli Co, and it turned out to be one of the best things we did while here in the city. The pilot was smooth in his ride, avoiding every turbulence, which I thought was typical of swampy and big waters. Not to mention, he was very knowledgeable about the local city. Excellent tour guide, besides being a pilot. He showed us everything we wanted to see and more! I see myself coming back and taking a longer flight, something longer than an hour. Overall, I was very impressed with the experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get the best visual tour of the city.

We got engaged here!! Took a flight to see some Christmas lights and they rolled out the red carpet and had some very high quality photos when we came back. Highly recommend, great way to impress a date/ propose

Went here for my partners birthday - the ride was incredibly smooth and informative. We've never experienced a helicopter ride and for a first time, it was an amazing experience. We will definitely be back for a night ride. Oh, and get the doors off, it was definitely worth it.

If you have any issues with heights and flying I strongly urge you to get Pilot Dakota and team the opportunity to make your experience memorable.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcome. Everything was explained very clearly to us. We did the 35 mile Haunted Tour, while visiting New Orleans from Canada. It was my first time in a helicopter. What a fabulous experience. The tour guide (John I believe) was awesome. Cameron our pilot is a great pilot and tour guide. I highly recommend Heli Co as a way to see the city!

I took a helicopter ride with Heli Co September of 2022 while in New Orleans for a work trip. It was my first time in a helicopter and I had such a great time. I’m always nervous about flying and was a little anxious for the helicopter ride but was put at ease by the friendly office staff and comfortable helicopter ride. The ride was around the city and included historical information about NOLA. Again, the staff was delightful and helpful in arriving to the location and flying in the helicopter. The location was easy to access by Uber or Lyft. This definitely was a trip to do while in New Orleans as it gives a Birds Eye view of the city you wouldn’t otherwise see all of in a weeks vacation.
