I’m giving a two star review because I really like the truck. I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them 3 weeks ago, and the truck has been awesome except it’s had a issue with the transmission not wanting to shifting right on the interstate and the tires have a bad vibration. I took the truck in last week for them to look at the issues I’ve been having, and after having my truck for 3 days I get my truck back and neither problem is fixed. On my way home the truck still is not shifting right on the interstate and the tires are still shaking. When I get home I noticed that one wheel alone has 11 oz of wheel weights. I have tried contacting them about the issue and now they want to act like they don’t even recall working on the truck. It’s really sad because the sales department was absolutely wonderful to deal with, but the service department has really let me down. Great job to the service advisor named John, if it wasn’t for him the Toyota dealership in Conway would have never had the opportunity to win my business.

When I relocated back to Arkansas, my home state, due to my 2nd cancer diagnosis, I did not have transportation to even get to my chemo treatments. I have never lived in Little Rock and don't know anyone here. Mark Fisher was very helpful assisting me with my purchase of the perfect vehicle! Superb experience throughout the building from sales to parts then services. I was initially defeated after begun my out-of-state search in Virginia over 4 months ago during the car/truck shortage. As I was working with K.P. and Caleb in sales, I was able to find the perfect truck which met my needs and expectations! What’s more impressive about this purchase was the fact that I didn’t have to wait long to pick it up at all! Frankly, one of the sales manager made a minor error on the calculation, but he was able to correct himself. I had to stop by parts then service before I drove my truck off the lot, Chris from service then provided excellent support. Overall, outstanding team and great customer service.

Very pleased with my transaction, but it was a cash transaction. I didn’t try to haggle as the vehicle is in very high demand. I actually had to wait a couple of weeks to get it. Christopher Pitcher was my salesman, and he was very attentive throughout the whole process. I didn’t really need it washed, but he insisted. That shows he has pride in his sales.

Lee was amazing! Definitely not your typical "pushy" sales guy! We'll be coming back after this truck is paid off to get a 4runner and we'll be calling Lee! He listened to everything we said we wanted in a truck and made it happen. Update: They saw the review, and the service manager called me before I had a chance to call him. He and another fellow were at my house within the hour. They put some oil in it, took it to the dealership, and brought it back with a printout saying it was okay. Got oil changed few days ago, check engine light came on, after probably less than 100 miles. Opened the hood to look for problems. Didn’t take long. They neglected to replace oil filler cap. Three hours or so for an oil change, and they still didn’t replace the filler cap. It’s July 4th, and the car is unusable, because it has practically no oil left in it. Everyone makes mistakes-the test comes tomorrow, when I call to see what they will do about it.
