They are not Certified Sub Zero. They charged me $600.00 per hour for labor, unlike L&J, the top Certified NYC Sub Zero service, who bill at $200. Worst of all, though, is that they did not disclose this until l pressed them for a detailed breakdown of all charges. The original quote just lumped items together and gave a combined parts & labor price. Other over charges revealed only after l had paid them were $600.00 for a $60 can of Freon, $600.00 for replacing the gasket on the freezer. The list goes on. And, oh yes, they have only one serviceman, Ryan, who was never on time, arriving as much as 4 hours after the time window l was promised. ——— Frankly, l don’t believe that many of your reviews are legit. It’s not credible that there’s nary a problem reported. Kind of like those ‘elections’ in countries like Russia and Iran where the winners get 95% + of the vote.

Very timely, available to get to my house within a few days for a broken ice maker. Less than a year later they came back, it was a different issue but there was still no charge. They also showed me how to fix it if this ever happened again. Was very pleased.

My refrigerator and freezer shutdown and stopped working at 10am. I called Long Island & Westchester Refrigeratoon and within two hours Michael Galteri was at my house for a service appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional and helped me understand all of my options with the repair. We needed to order parts for the repair, and within two days my refrigerator and freezer were fixed and working as expected. I appreciate how responsive they are and how quickly they worked to resolve the issues. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had an awesome experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable about our refrigerator and what was wrong with it. He showed up when he said he would. This company is in a class by themselves. They serviced our older, but excellent Sub-Zero refrigerator. Mike was so friendly, took pains to explain everything he was doing and why, could not have been more accommodating, actually called to ask if he could come early to the appointment, and in the end simply did a great job. He needed to order some parts, and even the folks doing that were just as professional and made it as hassle free as could be. Too bad there isn't a sixth star to give!

From start to finish Rob in the office was professional courteous and most importantly an excellent communicator. Mike, my service tech repaired my ice machine in less than 10 minutes. He took the time to explain the problem, how he fixed it, and Mike even cleaned some extra ice out of the bottom of the freezer for me. We bought a house almost 2 years ago and have had a coolant leak since we moved in. Over the past two years we used two other companies and they both told us that they couldn’t isolate the problem to fix it and we had to keep calling them out to replace the coolant ($400) every 3-6 months. Last week, when the company we normally use was busy, I tried LI & Westchester Refrigeration based on their great online reviews. I called them on a Friday at like 1 and they managed to get someone out to us by 5 the same day. They also found out how to permanently fix it and brought the part with them. While I normally don’t write public reviews, we were so blown away by how quickly they came, how seamless they were, how they permanently fixed our Viking fridge/freezer, and how nice they were. So glad I called them - just wishing I called them 2 years ago when we started having problems!
