Received excellent service with our sprinters for round trip 3 hour rides! Our drivers were awesome! They were willing to accommodate every need for us even with him being sick. My friends and I enjoyed our entire ride! Both drivers arrived on time and was very friendly. Excellent customer service! Would recommend to anyone! I want everyone to know that RDV Limousine is fantastic. Eddie was the person who set this up for me and he was great to work with. I used RDV Limousine to transport out-of-town guests to a service in Arlington National Cemetery from Fort Myer and back including a stop for a reception. It was rather complicated since my guests needed passes and the driver also needed a pass. I made sure that Eddie knew this and set it up. I checked the day before to make sure there would be no glitches and there weren't. It all went smoothly. The driver was Sahid and he was charming. Most people use this service for a fun night out on the town but I also want people to know that there are other situations when this service can really come in handy. My guests had already paid for air fares and hotels and I didn't feel they should also have to rent a car to attend my husband's burial at ANC. They had to get themselves to the visitors' center at Fort Myer (most used Uber there) and then RDV picked them up there and took them to the chapel, the cemetery burial site, the reception and then back to the visitors' center. I was able to greet my guests and not worry about a thing. Thank you Eddie and Sahid!

Absolutely awesome experience with Majid for bachelor party transportation. He picked us up 15 minutes early, got us to Baltimore for an Orioles game from Alexandria. Super nice and accomodating and got us out of the stadium and back to Alexandria in under an hour. So impressed with the service and very reasonable pricing. I used this company on Friday 11/5. I decided last minute I wanted to book a sprinter to take my friends and I to dinner for my birthday and I am SO happy I found and used this company. I had a question after reading the info on the website and the man who answered the phone answered everything for me and was so kind. I reserved it beginning at 8:30pm and the driver called and said he was up the street waiting for us at 8pm but since he was early didn’t mind waiting and just to text him when we were ready for him to pull up. From start to finish (4 hour) the driver was so accommodating and allowed us the ultimate turn up experience during each location we went to which added to everyone’s great night. The sprinter was also extremely clean and the sound system was everything. I will absolutely use again in the future! Also one of the best priced transportation services I found in the area! We got the Mercedes Benz Sprinter Executive for 5 hours for my sister's bachelorette party, and it was perfect! Hicham was always ready to take us to our next destination within a minute of texting him. I highly recommend this company!

Last week, I spoke with Eddie to inquire about a quote provided through the company's website. He stated that the quoted price was inaccurate, gave me a different price over the phone, and asked me to email the original quote it to him. I emailed it 5 days ago, and never got a follow up response. I called today to follow up, after speaking to several other limo companies, who provided quotes in a similar range as what he provided over the phone when we spoke. My hope was to get some clarity about the seating arrangement in the Sprinter and book with his company. Unfortunately, he was beyond rude to me, and spoke to me as if I could not afford to do business with this company. I simply asked him which vehicle the quote generated from his company's website was for, and he said "Unless you're paying $$$$$ I can't help you." I did not need Eddie's help. I needed clarification on the quote I received. Since he couldn't even offer that, we will take our business elsewhere, and I recommend others do the same.
