Complete replacement of all water lines throughout the entire house. Tom, Justin and Jacob did an amazing job not to mention they were thousands less than the other bids! I will highly recommend them to everyone I talk to if they need a good plumber!

These guys are dynamite! Darla and Jen are as sweet as can be on the phone when scheduling your service, and Tom and Micah, the service guys, have always been prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. They were doing three things for me today which included finding and fixing a busted pipe, installing a dishwasher where one had never been installed before, and removing a sink. They got it all done with expert precision, very reasonable prices, and they did quicker than they had initially told me it would take. RC Plumbing is worth your call and your business.

I was dealing with a slab hot water leak that multiple plumbers were either unable to help, didn't return my calls or said the would and didn't. A River City was WONDERFUL. Everyone from management to office staff to the teams in the field were professional at all times. They made me feel like I was not alone in this not so wonderful experience. They stuck with me and never once made me feel silly with my questions. I love them and would use again and again.

They guys are great!!! I called because the water valve behind my fridge was broken and wouldn't turn off. They worked me into their schedule and within 24 hours had someone here to fix it. The men were very nice and knowledgeable.

Michael and Aaron came to my house (father & son team) because my pipes froze. They arrived within an hour after I called! They were both so nice and Aaron knew what and where the issue was within minutes after arriving. They were finished within an hour and not only unfroze my pipe, but wrapped it with insulation so it won't freeze again. And even though they found the pipe was in the garage (it was a pipe that goes into the water heater ), Michael took the time to check the pipes in my crawl space to ensure there was no issues (frozen pipes) down there. I HIGHLY recommend this plumbing company and I have to say Michael & Aaron are terrific!!

Rick and his 2 man crew showed up on time and installed a new gas line better than I had expected. The entire crew was friendly, courteous, and a pure joy to work with. I had sold my home. Movers were coming the next day, and when I disconnected my washing machine, the cold water faucet had a pretty good leak. A River City Plumbing was booked up, BUT they sent Rick and Sean out first thing in the morning. They quickly and professionally took care of the issue and were done before the movers came! I called and there technician was at the door in less than forty minutes. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. His name was Mikia. He was extremely polite, professional, and efficient at getting his work organized and started. He knew within minutes what was wrong and laid out a plan of action for us to review and approve. He did an excellent job he was conscientious about his work, cleaned up his area when he was done, and took the old hot water heater away. He was very professional, friendly, and had positive interactions with my wife and I. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a river city plumbing to anyone that needed plumbing or hot water heater work done. All in all a very positive experience.

Just had Aaron and Sean from A River City Plumbing out to replace the faucets under the bathroom sink that were 28 years old and leaking. They also went under the house to replace the hose bibb to our front garden which was leaking. They were both prompt, friendly, and did good work. They explained everything and stuck to their estimate, which was very reasonable. This is a huge relief, because we used Glenrose Plumbing last year for similar work and we paid almost double! Do yourself a favor and call around. You'll probably end up calling A River City. Great local company. And talk to Darla when you call -- she was very sweet and patient as I asked a ton of questions :)

On October 19, 2022, Rick and Shaun came out to my house to find a water leak in the bathroom and fix the toilet. They did a wonderful and were very efficient! First off Jesse and Josh were very punctual. Called me and said they were on their way and were even a little early. Second of all, they didn't just do the work quietly and secretive, they involved me in the whole process. They explained to me, why they were doing what they were doing and continually asked if I was happy with the status of their work.They gave me an overview of the products they used and taught me to do the work myself next time, should the problem arise in another bathroom. But I won't. I'm calling these guys back. On their way out the door, they did a free inspection on all my other sinks and showers and toilets and pointed things out to look for in the future. Can't recommend Jesse and Josh enough.

Aaron and crew did a fabulous job with the bathroom remodel and hose bib repair. We could not be happier. Had some drain issues at new house Josh and Jesse did a sewer scope and were able to confirm all was well. Another 5⭐️ review. If Google would let me. 😊

Dan was very professional and polite both times he came out (and so was his assistant Mike during the job). And the office contact was also very pleasant and helpful. They were on time and worked with my crazy schedule. They got the challenging job of repairing a water leak under laundry room slab completed in less than a day and left me with very little to clean up. And the estimate was accurate. I recommend and would use this company again, although I hope not to need to.

When I had a new Range delivered and the old one pulled out we discovered there was a supply line just hanging out behind the old range. They suggested that I have a plumber come and take the supply line out and cap it off at the main line for safety reasons. Tom and Justin came and took care of it very quickly and we're very nice and polite and professional. When I told them about another problem I was having with the new refrigerator and I couldn't get the ice maker to work they took just a couple minutes and brought up the menu on the new refrigerator and figured it out for me. I so appreciate both of them. I am not of the computer age and these new computerized things drive me insane. I have used your service before and I will use it again when needed. Thank you so much for a good job.

River city installed my new heater and was prompt and professional in their approach. Everything seemed great. Fast forward a year and the unit required repair for conditions outside their control. Quick, easy contact, fast action, and same day back in business. Couldn't ask for a better response.

Micah and Steven came out to our house to re-plumb a shower for us. All new copper in the wall and all new drain pipes underneath in the crawlspace.
