    Shout out to RBM of Alpharetta!! Everyone that was involved in the purchasing of my new car was so nice and friendly. From Linda Lou my sales representative was extraordinary, her manager was wonderful Mr. Donnie, and my financial advisor Rachel Collins. They all really made me feel like we was family! I left with a BIG smile on my face!! Thank you RBM! 🥰

    Ask for Jeff. First class experience with my purchase. Jeff made the experience flawless. Flew in from out of town spent less then 2 hours at the dealership and was on my way in a new G550. I will be doing business there again. Ask for Jeff.

    I had a great experience buying my first Mercedes! David was very friendly, honest, helpful and professional. He really helped me in an efficient and comfortable manner. I had gone to two other dealerships, both of which could've easily deterred me from the entire process. Good thing I found this location! I was able to find the car I was really wanting here anyway. From the time I saw it, to the time I bought it short and seamless. David didn't push me or pressure me into anything. Trust was definitely a factor in this experience. Thank you so much David for making my experience a great one I'll not forget! Also, everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating as well.

    This was my first new Mercedes purchased. From the reception I received at the front reception area to my Sales Representative Kyle Edson to the credit manager Lisa Brennan to my Orientation Rep Martin Hina everyone was very professional, courteous and helpful. General Manager David Ellis greeted me and made a point to make sure his team took care of all of my needs. Well done! I would highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta for your next vehicle purchase.

    Hands down, David Wang was the best salesperson I’ve ever met. Bought GLE450 for a family car since our first baby is on the way. David made the whole process so easy that we only spent two hours at the dealership. Ramona explained warranty options when we were doing financing, she made recommendations but there was no pressure of purchasing. Reagan went through about car functions throughly before we left the dealer. The whole experience at RBM of Alpharetta was so great, I highly recommend this place & will be happy to return in the future for our next cars.

    This was my very first car buying experience, let alone my very first Mercedes. It can be very nerve wracking buying a new car for the first time. From the get go, Bill with RBM of Alpharetta made the whole process very comfortable for me. The first thing I noticed was that he was not your typical salesman. He took his time with me and REALLY knew his stuff. He didn’t rush me to make a decision; and most importantly, he didn’t just throw me into a car and send me on my way. He listened to my every need and even covered topics I would’ve never considered asking. He genuinely cares about what he is selling, and if it is the right fit for you. Everyone was so kind and patient with me and that meant more to me than walking away with a new car. I am a customer for life thanks to Bill!!!     I had my car towed here because it wouldn’t turn over when starting. I sent pictures of the codes that came up already. The codes referenced the computer needed go be reprogrammed which was confirmed by another Mercedes dealer. I towed it here because it was closer. The codes were ignored and the car wasn’t programmed which only Mercedes can do. The computer affects other imperative starting components.i was quoted for a new engine so I had it towed back to me. No reset for another mechanic to do diagnostics and parts were left loose with no screws! I had the car taken to a dealer expecting a higher level of service and professionalism. I’m appalled to say the least!

    Jeff Twigs is amazing! . He is exactly what I needed when I reached out to the dealership. We had been wronged in a deal in another dealership and I was feeling very dejected. Jeff told me my experience with him and his dealership would be completely different, and they would make things right, even though they had nothing to do with the deal gone wrong. Jeff was very considerate, compassionate and understanding through the entire process. He understood what we needed, and he followed through with everything he promised. And while buying car is always a long arduous process. Jeff definitely made it more palatable. He was a pleasure to work with, and if we ever are in need for a new car, he will be the only one we deal with.

    This was my first Mercedes purchase, and now I understand the loyalty to the brand, and specifically to RBM. My salesman, Kyle, was so laid back and personable (we actually talked more about music and my band than him selling me a car), and he answered every elementary question I had. He wasn’t pushy in any way and explained things thoroughly throughout the entire process. The concierge service provided was also impeccable. Not only do I love my new Mercedes, but, due to the wonderful customer service I received, I will be a repeat customer for life!

    All I can say is wow! I worked with a sales pro named Bill Favini with RBM Alpharetta. I reside in Cincinnati OH so had to travel 8 hours to purchase and pick up the vehicle. Bill worked with me every step of the way to make sure this was the vehicle that I anticipated it to be prior to arriving. We arrived at the dealership I was totally impressed with the facility itself and the professionalism of everyone we encountered. Top notch! Thank you for everything!

    I recently took delivery of my new GLC and what a fantastic car buying experience with RBM of Alpharetta. I highly recommend reaching out to Kyle Edson if you are interested in purchasing/leasing a Mercedes. Kyle was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. He walked me through the entire process and was excellent at communicating any updates with my order. It was a very smooth and efficient experience.     Jeff Twiggs and Everyone at RBM - Alpharetta have been exceptional for this purchase. This is my second purchase of a vehicle from RBM and Jeff has been nothing but stellar throughout the entire buying process. He and I been going back and forth looking for an S-Class for me for nearly 4 years. I finally “ Pulled The Trigger “ in late November/early December 2023 and made the purchase. I am a Sales Manager in a different industry and Jeff is the type of consultant I would hire in a “ New York Minute “ I have driven and owned many cars in my 61 years and This S-580 is The Absolute Finest Automobile I have even driven.     This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. David Wong was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see him. David truly is the best!     This is the seventh Mercedes I have purchased from David Wang at RBM of Alpharetta. He must be doing something right. Every time I do business with him, it is an interesting and pleasant experience. He is by far the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with. He has always gotten me the best deal with no pressure, and I have been pleased with each one. I recommend him and RBM of Alpharetta highly. I expect that my next Mercedes purchase will be just as pleasant an experience. I also dealt with the New Car Sales Manager, Donnie Moore. Again, it was great to deal with a true professional gentleman.

    By far the best experience I have had at a dealership. Kyle was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure the Camry I bought was in fantastic shape, full of gas and as clean as could be. They took out two dings on the door at no cost, one I didn't even see when I looked at it. Love that they did not use pressure tactics to sell the car. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a try, you won't regret it.

He is a great listener, and always wants what we want and never pushes a sale. His knowledge of Mercedes cars is vast, and his support continues even after the sale.     David Wang is the BEST car salesman I've every encountered and I have bought several cars over the years. He was so helpful and straightforward. He's very knowledgeable and made my car buying experience Great! I live in a different state, but he went over and beyond to assure me that the car was worth the drive across states to make the purchase. The car was a everything and more once I arrived. I will definitely refer David to anyone I know interested in purchasing a Mercedes.

    This is the second car I’ve leased at RBM of Alpharetta, with Bill Favini’s help. Due to the pandemic, this one took a bit longer to get, but it was well worth the wait! Once my new car arrived (GLC 300 Coupe), Bill went above and beyond to make the experience as seamless as possible. Very professional and well done end-to-end.     I want to personally thank Stephen Byrd for being such a polite person and explaining work done very nicely. The service department did a great job servicing my car, diagnosing the issue and doing complicated repair work. I appreciated the new A-class loaner car. Also doesn’t hurt that the coffee machine they have is very impressive.

    I went to RBM of Alpharetta for the first time to get my GLE350's 60k mile service done. It turned out that I also needed four new tires. Andrei was outstanding. He even worked with me to price match some tires. He provided me with a loaner and they got my vehicle back to me and two business days. I'm extremely pleased with the service and will definitely be back.

    My experience with this Dealership was extraordinary. All paper work was done and ready for me to sign as soon as I came in. David Wang was phenomenal, his assistance and customer service was key to helping me make a decision on the car I got. Roberto Manzur was also great, his charisma and friendly service were very helpful, and Elizabeth Sexton, the product concierge, who gave us a clear and concise explanation of how the car works, was amazing too. Overall, this was a different level of experience when it comes to dealing with Dealerships.

There was no pressure, he listened and made recommendations, gave me honest feedback and insights on features, models, and inventory status, and did ALL of the heavy lifting when I decided on a vehicle to make the buying process really simple, friendly, and satisfying. I wish all of my vehicle buying experiences were like this, and I'll likely be back for my fourth purchase from David in the years to come.
