I was was told I could come in tomorrow if anything about the piece and that is after returning to sell more of my gold and trade in for a specific ring after going home to make this deal. So simply the owner lies. This is not the first problem I’ve had with mislabeling and making a trade in. This is no honest business owner. And continue to defend a rude manager, Bud, that I know first hand has ruined sales even with the people I have recommended to go there, which we all will not be anymore, the only thing going for them is their friendly employees keeping the business going

Note their response here as well - we did not recieve a refund like they stated, only store credit was given which proves exactly my point. They have no problem profiting from crime. As for the employee who put their SIM card in the phone, please update this when you find their phone line locked due to fraud as we experienced. I told your employees we were able to receive texts for a few hours then noticed nothing was coming through and needed to go through our provider's fraud department to clear his line. They'll lie to your face when purchasing then point to policies only laid out on their receipts after purchase as "proof"

I bought an 18k bracelet from them. I paid an additional fee so they could add an 18k lock to it. When I went to pick up the bracelet it was smaller in length and it had a 14k lock instead of a 18k as requested. Awful service!!!
