I am very pleased to recommend Veterans Brothers Roofing and Restoration. We used them for a new roof installation, venting repairs and to reinstall our gutters. The leadership team from this veteran owned company are professional, courteous and very responsive - via text, phone or email. They coordinated with our insurance company for a thorough inspection, timely response and explanation of the procedures that would need to be completed. The coordination process was quick and very easy on us. The installation process was focused, quick and done exactly as they said it would go. There was a supervisor on location all during the removal and replacement of the shingles, allowing for quick and effective communication between the crew and us. Protection of our house, pool and landscaping during the 2 day replacement of our roof was excellent. They used a special netting that draped down from the roof and over the shrubs to protect our plantings. Debris from the old shingles by-passed our shrubbery and was cleaned up and removed promptly. Our pool was completely covered during the whole roofing process, which we especially appreciated. And the team was exceptional in ensuring nails were not left behind in the driveway or on the street. Our roof looks great and is professionally replaced. Cameron came out and inspected the roof and determined that due to hail and wind damage the roof was in need of replacement. Cameron and his team then coordinated with me and my insurance company and got the whole thing paid for. Veteran Brothers are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very affordable.
