Worst place to buy furniture, I ordered a couch and took 10 days to be delivered and it was broken took 2 days to tell they couldn't replace it with the same type because they were out of stock, so the had me pick a new couch took a week for the delivery and on the day set to be delivered they never showed up I called the next day to find out that they were out of stock that's why they were never delivered. Worst customer service ever received no one bothered to contact me thru the hole time I had to call them and all they did was give me the run around. Save your money go somewhere else

Again giving 1... out of necessity. One of the worst shopping experiences hands down. Waited for service with my daughter for 20 minutes. Finally got the product. Stood in line BEHIND 1 PERSON for 20 minutes. There were literally 40 people working there and apparently only 1 certified to work the register. No way these reviews are real. All I'm saying is, don't rely on these reviews. Check these places out. This place is a dump

Leslie Martinez was very helpful and patient. Although she isn’t part of the tech department she was willing to help me find the best computer fit to my needs. It was my first time coming to the store and she made my experience pleasant. She deserves some praise. Thank you so much!

the worst service, customer service sucks, I’ll be closing my account as soon as we pay it off the worst place to buy I do not recommend them they tell you one thing for you to buy and then they come up with something else. I don't understand how it has several good reviews, but what I did see with my own eyes by checking out the reviews is that there are a lot of 5star reviews supposedly from other people but in many of them the customer and the supposed seller, have the same last name... very strange, isn't it? anyway I will report it on google just in case.

Looking for a mattress I found this place online never heard of it. My wife and I went to check it out. This place has everything we loved it it was a great time and bought some stuff we would definitely be back if you've never been to the store check it out it is amazing.

I love this store because of the great products, but every time I come and shop, Leslie Martinez usually helps me and I truly enjoy her customer service. She is great at what she does and knows her products. I appreciate her and I hope she earns good because I'm sure she makes people come back and enjoy their experience at Curacao.

Curacao is one of the biggest scams stores ever. The customer service is horrible. From the management to every employee that don't ask if you need help. Don't buy anything from this place. All they do is false advertising. They say they have items in stock but nothing but lies. Take your money somewhere else. If I could give them a negative star I would. Rude employees.

Every plug in appliance my family purchased from there has failed or malfunctioned, when I complained in store I was not helped at all and told to contact the manufacturer, which has taken weeks to get a response. Going in store is completely pointless, the service and knowledge of products is lacking greatly. Asking for a refund was a big deal, they dodged that fiercely, My family feels we were sold poor quality products for a high retail price, none of the appliances work safely as they should, guess there is no refund policy, read the tiny micro print. Never again will we shop there.

Curacao is a great place to shop. They have just about everything you need for your home. A one stop shop for electronics and home furnishings. We were there to purchase a bunk bed for the grandkids. Great place to shop !!

I just purchased a new Dining set at the Meadows mall. I requested a box so I can place on my truck while loading and I was in contact with Bryan letting him know I was on my way... he went above and beyond and wrapped every piece of furniture so it won't get scratched or dirty. Came into the store looking for a new printer but didn’t know the name of the printer or how to explain exactly what I was looking for but Hector directed me towards the exact product I was looking for very quickly. Great store but the employees make you not want to go there. They stand around doing nothing in the jewlery area and dont even make no effort to help you, even when you ask for help and its dead inside! Horrible customer service they need training

I bought jewelry from this place 2 1/2 years ago come to find out it was not real. Called customer service told me to go into the store because I had a 3 year warranty, went into the store so they could check my earrings and they told me they were not able to help me because I bought it a long time ago what ever that meant even though my warranty is still active. Long story short don’t buy from that store it’s a scam!

Xocith was friendly but did not provide clear information about my purchase. She scheduled my delivery a month out without telling me so I had to change the date. She also did not explain that I would need to call and set installation up separately for all of my appliances once they were delivered. After the delivery mess she called to tell me I would need to pay an additional $120 for installation even though I had already paid an installation fee during my initial purchase. I was told the installation would happen two days later and they never showed or called. The prices are great but the customer service is absolutely horrible! I do not recommend buying from them if you need installation.

I do not recommend using their website. I made a purchase and right after tried to cancel. I sent them and email asking them to cancel the product not too long after but they told me I had to call to verify who I am even though I had the order number and my email but they want you to wait on the phone to talk to them even though you have the option to email customer service. I emailed them three times to cancel my order just for them to ship it to me. Now Ive been trying to return their items but not only is their site not allowing you to return it but customer service does not respond. DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE IT'S A TRAP!
