In life, I’m often reminded of the saying, “You pay for what you get.” This could not be further from the truth with Michael and Keeping It Klean Auto Detailing. First, his quality of work and professionalism are second to none. His before and after photos, although great, simply can’t do his work justice. My black sedan looks like a mirror once he is done. I mean – not one smudge (and trust me… I’ve inspected). Also, he is a man of his word. When he states a time, you can bet on his punctuality or a call/ text to let you know he is finishing up a job and when to expect him. Michael’s pricing is far less than what’s being quoted by other companies. In fact, I have spoken to Michael about this and his response is, “but what about the person who really needs their vehicle cleaned or detailed, but can’t afford it?” That’s the kind of person/company I seek to do business with. Michael and Keeping It Klean Auto Detailing has a regular customer for life!

This is the best auto detailing company in the Charlotte Metro area. Dr. Tinsley detailed 4 of my cars. Out of the 4 he waxed one and graphene coated my new 2023 Buick Enclave Avenir. Personally I am horrible at remembering to write reviews for people, but the service Michael provided deserves a review! We had Michael out to detail my jeep. He was patient, detailed, and took the time to explain what he saw and how/what to do to keep up with the detail. His customer service was exceptional, and he was super easy to work with. When he was done, my jeep looked better than when I first drove it off the lot! We will definitely be using him in the future, and highly recommend him for anyone looking to get their car detailed- you will not be sorry!!!

Literally the best car detailing I’ve ever had

Mike arrived a Little later than we had previously scheduled however he communicated with me to let me know, I really appreciated that. He was very pleasant and as the other reviews mentioned definitely a hard worker. He spent several hours on my car and it actually did look brand new when he was done! My husband wants to get his car done now! Lol He is definitely our new auto detailing guy!!
