Their site says they are open til midnight but they were closed at 8:30pm. Don't waste your money trying to come here, and since there is no phone number to verify hours come at your own risk.

Visited this Zoom+Care location twice in a few months and my experience has been largely positive. Once I had a dog bite on a Sunday and was able to get a same-day appointment online for a couple for a couple of hours later. The doctor took good care of my situation. Another time I stopped by to grab a flu vaccin appointment for the next day and I was in and out within 5 minutes the next day. I have PPO from out of state – it covers the vaccin without a problem but for the other visit, there were some troubles. Even though I am sure my insurance won't cover the visit, they still got my insurance info as a formality but because of that, I was charged the negotiated insured rate, which is higher than the out-of-pocket uninsured rate I quoted online. I had to wait for my insurance to decline the coverage, then called zoom+care billing to adjust the amount to the lower uninsured rate and paid it out-of-pocket. I wasn't overcharged in the end but the process took close to two months and the back and forth was unfortunately kind of a hassle.

The staff were friendly and quick. They even had my prescription on site which was amazing. The doctor was friendly and caring, asked questions and was patient despite the appointment slot being so short. The online system is very user friendly and my whole visit was affordable. Place was also clean and didn’t smell like an icky doctors office. Will use them for anything in the future.

Avoid using zoom care at all costs if possible. Truly the worst and most incompetently ran company I've ever had the misfortune of using.

This is a great location they’re really patient and helpful. The doctor didn’t judge me for choosing to smoke even though I have problems with my lungs which I really appreciated. Check-in and out were both smooth and the girl at the front desk was friendly and efficient. I was in and out with the inhaler and allergy pills I needed in maybe 20 minutes top.

The care is high-quality and easy to access, but customer. Beware, their systems do not interface with those of Providence, so there’s no way for your primary care doctor to access your ZoomCare records. It’s frustrating to have all of these different medical systems that do not talk to one another, and to only find out after you have the care done.

My experience with this clinic was 100% positive. I came with a hand injury, dr Holter was very professional and empathetic. She gave me a lot of information that really helped. Experience with front desk was excellent as well

I had made an appointment at the wrong Zoom Care and it was at the end of the night, but they went ahead and helped me anyway. Very nice receptionist and nurse practitioner! Plus, they had the medicine right there so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy!

This was the first time I left a doctor appointment feeling completely listened to, and not rushed. I will make the drive next time I need to see a heath care provider. It sounds strange but it was a great experience.

Clean professional clinic in the heart of NW PDX. Complimentary Stash tea while you "wait", but get there early enough to relax. Appointment times are promptly kept. Evening intake staff was friendly. Good attention to detail. Doctor was friendly, focused, communicated clearly, and explained options and recommendations. I felt my exam was thorough and my issues treated appropriately. If you can't get in to see your PCP, I think this is a fine option. I was impressed.

Provider was nice, but didn’t send an imaging referral. They called ahead of my visit to ensure they were equipped to evaluate me versus sending me to one of their Super locations. Provider evaluated me, then told me she would send an imaging referral. I went to the Super location the next morning and was told there was no imaging order, just a referral to start completely over with a Super provider. Such a disappointing experience!

I’ve been to zoom care twice for urgent care and was so pleased. The appointment was easy to make online, there was an opening at the time that I needed, and the wait time in the lobby was less than 5 minutes. The provider was compassionate, thorough and competent. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I love that I was able to pick up my prescription right there with NO wait time after both appointments. I will definitely be going back again if the need arises.

I must give this place major props! I had a stubborn sinus infection and needed antibiotics but as a working single mom i also have zero time! I was in and out in 12 minutes, and only had to leave work for a total of 25 minutes. Healthcare for modern life!

I couldn't ask for a better experience! Every person I've talked to from scheduling all the way to the doctors have been kind, caring, respectful and efficient. They had after hours appointments available to accommodate my busy work schedule and my video visits have been awesome and so convenient. I never felt rushed and was treated with compassion and caring and the utmost attention was paid to making things safe and clean. Great job everyone and thank you!!

I came in with some symptoms that had me feeling embarrassed, but instead of judging me Dr. Rachel Moore was incredibly kind, transparent, and thorough in making sure we knew what was going on and how to fix it. She made something that felt scary feel like something common and manageable. I highly recommend coming to this location for any concerns!

The person at the counter and the person that treated me were very pleasant. That is the only positive from the experience. I ended up going to Good Sam after zoom care (next day) and was thoroughly impressed. I will never go back to Zoom.

I’ve always had a good experience with ZoomCare, but this place in particular is fantastic. I was joking with my partner afterwards that one of the women at the front desk was tripping over herself to help me. It felt like white-glove level service! This was my first time using them for gynecological services, and I would highly recommend Dr. Kaltman! It was a great appt experience. And I was so happy I was able to kill two birds with one stone and get blood work I wanted in the same appt.

It's okay. Even with an appointment I waited 30 mins in the waiting room. The receptionist wasn't super friendly or caring towards other patients as I watched and waited for my appointment. The doctor was friendly and helpful.
