I love this office! All of the practitioners are warm and friendly. I have personally seen Dr. Souza and she is kind, patient, insightful, resourceful, diligent, personable, etc, etc, etc! She has been so helpful in mapping all of my medical past in such a way that she is able to address multiple issues at once. She is wonderful at actually listening to my experience and incorporating me into my treatment. I feel I’ve played an active role in my treatment, rather than the passive role I feel when being seen elsewhere. She is great at hydrotherapy sessions. Would highly recommend!!

Katherine Souza is extremely thorough, friendly, and cares about her patients. I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient at her clinic, and will continue to come back. She includes multiple aspects when she treats.. She is a trained ND, acupuncturist and massage therapist so she it seems she is interested in treating the body from all aspects.

I started going to PCNM for a number of reasons: chronic illness, body pain from multiple injuries, and general stress and well being management. Dr. Katherine Souza has provided me with the best care I have ever received within our healthcare system. She is extremely intuitive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and above all else skilled. She has treated me with massage, acupuncture and lab tests to name a few. The combination of eastern and western practices have been really beneficial to receive in tandem. She has empowered me to heal myself and also provided me with profound tools of healing. I feel incredibly lucky to be seeing her as a patient and highly recommend receiving treatment from her!

Dr. Souza is an incredibly human and has put me on the right track for my future health mentally and physically. Dr. True is wonderful. I have been seeing her for a few years now and she is the perfect primary care doctor. She is very compassionate and kind, and does her very best to address your problems in a natural and holistic manner before relying on pharmaceuticals. Dr. Toth and other staff at the clinic are also wonderful. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Pacific Clinic of Natural Medicine. Dr. Fargo has helped me immensely and is the most professional Doctor I have ever gone to in my 30 years of my whole life. He is dedicated to knowing exactly what is going on and making a treatment plan that is effective and I can practice at home. Hydrotherapy has helped bring oxygen to my body and my nails and hair are stronger. He also, helps me with medical paperwork for my job and travel. The whole team is amazing. They work so well together. Dr. Fargo recommended acupuncture too, which is done by Dr. Souza. I met with Dr. True initially for the first appointments and then followed up with Dr. Fargo.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Suza and she was incredible. I feel so seen and heard and trust that she knows exactly what tests to order and all that I need to get my body and my health to it's ultimate state. I don't come downtown often, but it's worth it to get to see Dr. Suza. I'm so grateful for her care.

This clinic is the best clinic in the whoooole world! :D They truly take time to listen to patients, value exploration and collaboration, and have a really rad view from their office. :)

Wonderful clinic full of amazing Naturopaths! I have been seeing Dr. True, Dr. Souza, and Dr. Toth for the last six months. All of three doctors mentioned have been incredibly patient, kind, and helpful in helping me deal with my myriad of stubborn, complex health issues. I have definitely seen improvement in my health in a number of ways. I still have a ways to go, but know the path they have set me on is the right one!

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a space that is nurturing and healing. Earlier this year I was hospitalized for a severe lung infection due to an autoimmune condition and am forever thankful for the care the doctor's delivered in order to save my life. However, I knew I wanted to implement more holistic healing into my life and after some research, found PCNM. Dr. True is wonderful, knowledgeable and customizes care depending on whatever you truly need. She takes her time getting to know you and really listens to you. So far, my digestive issues have subsided, I'm gaining for energy, my hair is growing back after severe hair loss and I'm feeling better every day! Hydrotherapy has helped with a lot too! The clinic is small and intimate and the rest of the doctors and staff are attentive and kind. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much for you care!
