Extremly highly disappointed in the service I received. PLEASE BE WARNED IN GOING HERE! At the time of my taking my Asus Zenbook Duo laptop here, they had 5 stars. My vent had apparently "collected dust" which is why the fan was extremly loud. I picked it up a few days later and then after checking on the condition of my laptop.. the ENTIRE back panel was broken! When they took it off, the did it forcibly and broke 5/6 plastic pieces holding it together. To make matters worse: I complained the the IT tech who did the job, he said he would get back to me about it. Few days later, nothing.. Called again and he said his "manager was on vacation" Then I had to wait for him to get back, then I had to call after he said he'd call me back.. Finally I talked to the manager that I would like a full refund and the back replaced (since they broke it!) And they manger said he would have to talk to the owner.. Waited for that call. I called the store again and the IT person told me that a refund is already fully and place and they have the backplate.. (which I found out later he lied!) The owner of the store called me after I told them they needed to get the store owner immediately. The owner was aggressive, agitated, and argumentative the entire conversation Here are some key points: He told me he would not be issuing me any refund as they had FIXED my fan issue. I argued with them that they had caused a much bigger issue with breaking my laptop and all the hassle I had to go through, let alone having a broken laptop now for weeks! He said that he would have to order the backplate which would cost him a few hundred dollars, so he did not want to issue a refund becausehe would be losingmore money. I explained that this is not what a business with 5 stars should be like. He then responded with "If you write a bad review I know how to delete them and you won't get your back plate". Wow!..He eventually compromised and issued only half the refund. After talking on the phone for 45 minutes. I had to wait 3+ weeks after talking to the owner for the backplate and got someone else to install it correctly. This is not only 1 employee, but 2 managers, and the owner who have been very rude and extremly bad service. Do not trust them with your electronics. I am a teacher and was sadly just hoping to get my laptop running again to teach my students.

Outstanding customer service. Quick response times. Reasonable pricing. I emailed them on Saturday afternoon. The owner came and picked up 3 PCs, had them diagnosed, repaired, and delivered back to my house by Monday afternoon. Great experience and definitely recommend them for PC repair services.

Although they were helpful in diagnosing my pc’s issue be prepared to pay with the price of a brand new mobo . Seriously though they weren’t rude or anything but I suggest keeping a record of anything you bring in cus although the things they misplaced of mine aren’t of high value it’s caused major inconvenience for me for example the rgb remote for the controller , they said they don’t remember one being there but I specifically put it in the case due to habit , I almost left the place without the cable to my psu or manual to my mobo and the main headache of mine is a plastic piece I’m missing from my motherboard . It’s a cover that goes over the 8pin to the mobo and you have to remove it to unplug the 8pin which they needed to in this case . I definitely had it on the mobo due to the fact I didn’t think it’d be a deep diagnostic like it ended up being . They pretty much lost it and probably don’t care to look for it which I don’t expect them to cus they probably think it wasn’t lost by them cus I’ve already called and asked to look for it which I haven’t gotten a call since along with my remote for my fan’s rgb and because this piece’s missing from the mobo the eBay seller won’t give me full refund due to me not returning it with everything it came with which I somewhat understand cus it’s a discontinued mobo and I’m sure that specific piece isn’t manufactured to buy separately to begin with . That’s $275 down the drain and as of right now no refund for the faulty motherboard cus they didn’t keep up with something they should’ve. They also moved over an ssd bracket in the case ( to free a wire they had to unplug by removing that piece they lost ) over a space by unscrewing the grommet when it’s actually made to just easily be pushed up and off the grommet and moved over . 🤷🏽‍♂️ $275 to the chin but never going to these guys with a custom pc again . As a side note I notice how every pc guy’s a know it all like the guy at the counter I spoke to originally told me it’s a cpu problem with confidence when it ended up being a mobo ram slot issue and everyone at Reddit were quick to say it was my power supply when it wasn’t , why can’t we just say we don’t know and that MAYBE it’s xyz . TLDR; go elsewhere for diagnostics cus they charge an arm & leg for subpar service

What a great experience! I took my laptop to these guys and they were phenomenal! After only a few hours they called me and gave me a diagnosis. They even taught me what a bit locker was. They tried everything in their power to save my data since my laptop was fried. It all worked out! Thanks so much William & Cohen! I'll definitely be bringing all my computer issues & concerns to PC Parameters!!

These guys are the best in Charlotte. They did a lot of work to install a remote access point at my house and get some other new hardware set up. They also did work in the electrical closet to get the ethernet jacks in the house working, and to clean up some loose wires that were a fire hazard. They also did custom work to organize and hide the wires and some of the hardware. This was the 2nd time I've worked with them. The first time, several years ago, they helped me get my new printer set up onto my network. Both times I was very happy with the service. The price was reasonable, especially considering the level of service.

So very glad we found PC Paramedic - Anthony was the best! In addition to taking care of 'glitches' in both my husband and my computers he also fixed an I-phone issue in 30 seconds - above and beyond. Efficient and reliable - will never go anywhere else for PC support.

PC Paramedics is an amazing business. The owner of the shop is very friendly, knowledgeable, and cares about people first. William, one of the technicians, makes the trip to get your computer looked at worthwhile. Like the owner, he’s also knowledgeable and has educated me on proper maintenance that you usually take for granted. Highly recommend anyone to swing by to have your tablet, laptop, or desktop serviced.

PC Paramedics saved the day for me! I'm from out of town and my laptop is crucial for work purposes. I opened it to find the keyboard wasn't working. I attempted to fix it myself but could not. I took it to them the next day and they identified a 'bug' even though I have Norton. William quoted me a price and was able to work with me when he saw the stress on my face. I left it and was called a few hours later to say it was done. It works better than it has in the last few years! Of note, they also mount TV's, cameras and have other services. I met a few other employees including the owner, all super nice. Highly recommend!

This is my new 'go to' place for any computer, laptop, or cell phone technical issues. The 2 folks I worked with were William, and Tony the owner. My Chrome book died recently and I purchase a refurbished laptop from PC Paramedics. They installed everything I needed on it- and then some...so I didn't have to do it when I got home. I even returned twice to ask more questions (lol I am not a great techie) and William was SO patient, resourceful, and helpful to me. They offered to stay after 5:00 closing if I needed them. The owner Tony was also wonderful! My only regret is that I did not know about this place until recently. You guys are AWESOME!!!

Mike took good care of me after my hard drive died. He retrieved my information and hooked me up with another laptop; he gave me a great deal. Between Mike and William I had amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

I came in to get my computer fixed after accidentally giving scammers access to my computer. They had installed Supremo on here. I was told this was one of the worst viruses for anyone to get. Fortunately my hard drive was able to be recovered but I had to have my system resetted. It took an hour to have my system wiped clean and my windows reinstalled since the type of virus I had meant that I was essentially locked out of my computer. I should also note that only their Mint Hill office still exists. They also do mobile repairs too.

Anthony Falco provided great customer svc, made sure everything worked before he left. He made a road trip from NC to Charleston SC for 4 hours and then back home. That is above and beyond. He is my #1 business to go to.

I had great service in the past with PC Paramedic, but this encounter in home today updating and replacing my current iPhone and iPad replacing my old versions was GREAT, Owner Tony (Anthony) did above and beyond today as he made these updates and upgrades. He explained what was happening. He was patient with my questions. If you need help with your mobile phone, your computer please call his company. Super good company to contact with an owner who wants the customer to be happy! Really special in these strange days.

Mike has been a great help with small issues over the last 4+ years... and then he came through big. We are photographers needing a powerful unit to edit our photos and my wife's computer was on it's last leg. Mike built a new unit that screams saving my wife lots of time making her very happy and me very happy.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My PC died unexpectedly while I was working on a project. I called PC Paramedic and William said to bring it in and he would look at it right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem (dead power supply) and called me with a quote and said they could fix it right away. William replaced the power supply, cleaned up a failed Windows update and did a thorough cleaning on the machine. He even stayed late, so I could pick it up that day! I can't recommend these guys highly enough....go see William if you need computer help.

I bought a nice Dell Inspiron 5000 back in 2019 and after a few months began to have trouble with the space bar and keys not working correctly. I was still under Dell warranty and had them dispatch a repairman to fix it. What I learned later is that there was a labor intensive repair that was necessary to resolve my issue. Dell didn't equip their tech with the right part and they tried a software fix that didn't work. After a couple more tries with other technicians I called PC Paramedic. I described the issue to Anthony and he offered to come pick up my laptop and diagnose it. I was amazed that Mike called me back later that afternoon and clearly explained the issue, and a breakdown of parts and labor cost. Getting the parts took longer than expected but as soon as the part arrived Mike completed the repair and tested it. Anthony delivered my laptop to my door. My laptop is now as good as new. The Red Carpet service alone was an amazing timesaver and super value. I truly appreciate the professionalism and great service that Anthony and his team provided. I am really glad that I was able to connect with you.

My work/personal laptop fritzed out 2 days ago and I was devastated and worried I was about to lose everything. I googled "computer repair near me" and came upon PC Paramedic. As soon as I stepped in the door there was such a confidence coming from the guys I felt immediately better. They made it seem like no big deal at all. They had it back to me fully restored with a new hard drive and all my files recovered in like 1 and a half days. And the price was not bad at all, I was scared it was going to be more. Anthony is great at what he does and he said he's been doing this for 17 years I think and he has other locations around the region. I'm so thankful I bypassed Geek Squad and found PC Paramedic. Dealing with tech issues like viruses is so mystifying and I'm thankful I now have a go to company that I can trust and lean on to get me out of situations like that when and if they arise. Thanks SO MUCH guys!!

Just a quick note to recognize PC Paramedic for outstanding service at a fair price. It is a pleasure working with Tony and his team. If you need help with your computer this is the place to go.

2nd visit to PC Paramedics. William is a great guy and most of the others are as well, will eork with you >IF< YOU are reasonable and KNOW what you're talking about in regards to computer knowledge. No, I don't mean they will take advantage of those that are computer ignorant, I mean some computer ignorant do not understand how time consuming some repairs can be nor the insane prices right now for some computer components as well as a lack of availability of said components. They back up their repairs, builds etc. Will be a repeat customer.

I had been working on a slideshow for my moms 60th birthday when my computer crashed. I took my computer to the mint hill location fairly early in the morning and William was able to diagnose and pull the file off my computer for the party. Day saved! Highly recommend! I have a 5/6 year old Mac Air.

After being told by Best Buy that my 2015 MacBook was not worth fixing and to buy a new one (from them of course). I turned to PC paramedic. Within minutes they diagnosed my problem, explained it in laymen terms to me and quoted me a great price. All with amazing customer service. I’m really grateful to these guys for saving me the headache of getting a new laptop and doing amazing work.

I brought in my laptop which had motherboard damage due to a coffee spill. I was distraught as I had only had the computer for about 5 months, and spills were not covered in the warranty. This was my last ditch effort since motherboard repairs are not the simplest of tasks. PC Paramedic was able to take my computer, fix the motherboard, and return it within a month and for less than $500. I will definitely be using these guys again if anything else ever happens! Moral of the story: PC Paramedic is awesome and computers don't drink coffee.

I recently moved and in the move, my desktop quit working. Anthony came and picked it up and repaired it for me, all on the same day. He got it all reconnected and running well at my home and even added in my printer to the network so that I am able to print again from both my desktop and laptop. I am not tech averse and am usually able to go to enough forums to determine how to do something but that one stumped me. He was pleasant, efficient and it seemed to me, reasonably priced. He did more than I expected. I will be calling him for my next computer problem.
