I had called another place and they took a week to return my call i googled and this place popped out and i contact them and Victor answer and he was so professional very great customer service he was able to book me the same day and sent one of his guys Ozie he was very respectful and answered all my questions and doubts he did such an amazing job and took the time to explain the whole processed and I couldn’t be more happy to have contact them and i will have them service my aquarium and provide me anything i need for my fish tank to look as amazing as Ozie left it, I recommend this place 100% percent and their prices are great!!! I needed my tank serviced was not happy with my fish guy that I’ve had for four months called Victor up. He was quick to answer the phone. Victor from The Aquarium Service has outstanding customer service and he truly cares about his clients. His team installed a 240 gallon aquarium on the third floor and facilitated the entire pickup. Victor was also super knowledgeable and responsive through the entire experience. They are a one stop shop from maintenance, installations, custom work, and livestock. I highly recommend them!!!

Victor and team are fantastic. They moved my 80 gallon aquarium from LA down to Oceanside, all fish survived and none of the fragile rocks were broken. Victor is very reliable and takes pride in his work. He currently services my salt water tank weekly, but he has also come out several times for aquarium emergencies such as a power outage recently. He takes aquarium emergencies seriously, and you can count on him to help you with your problem. He trouble-shot my last problem and realized that my old power head cords were the problem causing repeated power outages. Once those were swapped out for replacement power head/cords, the power outages stopped. He doesn’t mind answering any questions you have, and you get the sense that he genuinely enjoys discussing fish and aquariums and answering questions. He’s very knowledgeable. I recommend Victor and his service to anyone looking for a great aquarium technician

Victor is very attentive and detailed oriented. He always makes sure to run a water tests on every cleaning service to make sure the tank is in healthy living conditions for the fish and corals.
