Awful experience. Do NOT go here unless you would like to be misled and overpay. The basic gist is this: As listed on their site I made an appointment for a service, I was referred to someone else for that service and they charged me $400+ for the 10 minute visit and offering me a referral. I had an office visit to remove a corn on my toe, after researching doctor's offices that handle this procedure I chose Spectrum as it states explicitly on their website that this is something they treat. I spent 10 minutes in the office visit only to be referred somewhere else. That referral spent ten minutes with me and put two dabs of acid on the corn and it fell off. I received a bill from Spectrum for $400+ for my visit where they could not even help with the issue, then I received a call from the office manager who handles billing. He stated he is sorry that I was only referred somewhere else but the 10 minute time spent with the doctor IS what I am paying for. He agreed it IS in fact on their website that they do corn removal and most likely would have done the same procedure as the other doctor so the fact I was given just a referral I am still obligated to pay the $400+. He thinks it sounds fair since I am not paying for the service requested but just for spending 10 minutes with the doctor discussing it. I smell some small claims court in our near future. Do not go here, it has shady written all over it. I encourage him to respond to this review and tell me how I'm lying which I'm sure he will.

Skin cancer is common in my family. I have been to several dermatologists over my lifetime. A few years ago a nurse friend recommended Dr. Spritzer and I've never had such excellent care. She's concerned, professional and completely competent. I highly recommend her.

Setting appointment was quick and easy. Front office staff was very courteous and efficient. The reception area had a nice vibe with plenty of spacious seating. My chief complaint was promptly evaluated and diagnosed correctly. My prescription was ready before I got out of the parking lot. This office works like a well oiled machine!

Dr. Shapiro and her entire staff are always warm and welcoming! I can also share that the practice is run very efficiently. You are always seen in a timely manner. Billing, appointment scheduling, everything from top to bottom is flawless!

I would like to start off that dr halle is great however her front desk staff have some huge issues. Not only were they condescending to my minor daughter the started whispering and making fun of her at the front desk. I would make eye contact and they would try to hold in their laughter but couldn’t. So absurdly unprofessional. In addition the staff comes into work sick and coughing on patients.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Spitzler's for a number of years, and feel she is very thorough, patient, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I do not feel rushed during my appointments. In fact, wait time to see Dr. Spitzler is very short---I am in and out of the office in a very short period of time.

I visited this office for the first time today and I really like it! I saw Dr. Murray who took the time and went over all of my concerns and was able to give me a therapy that is tailored with what I was comfortable with. She was super nice! I also saw Tammy and she was able to give me some great advise about my skin! Overall beautiful office, and a very nice staff that makes you feel super comfortable and takes the time to address what you came in for. If you are looking for a dermatologist definitely give them a try!

Wonderful experience! I went in with a painful cyst the size of a ping pong ball and was treated so quickly. They assessed the situation and provided me with kind and expert treatment. While the procedure was not a pleasant one, Dr. Spitzler and Mandy ensured I was as comfortable as possible. They also took time to find me an antibiotic which would be safe while I was breastfeeding, found me a GoodRX code to use and even helped reduce my office visit cost significantly, as I was paying out of pocket. I will be making them my regular dermatologist moving forward and recommend them to anyone in need of a good skin doctor!

I highly recommend Spectrum Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist. Everyone I came in contact with was professional. The facility is spotless, Dr Spitzler and her staff were kind, patient and thorough. I will definitely be going back for annual checks. If you need a great dermatologist, look no further! Everyone in this office is wonderful! So friendly and helpful. Dr. Spitzler is very thorough, and her whole team made me feel like they had all the time in the world for me. Spectrum Dermatology is quite a drive for me, but Dr Emma Murad and the staff members there make it well worth the extra miles! Dr Murad is thorough, considerate and explains each diagnosis or procedure with more clarity than I’ve ever experienced before. I have always had a lot of confidence in her. I recently had occasion to contact the office due to a heightened medical situation on a Sunday. Dr Susan, who I had not met previously, very graciously and competently assisted me, calling back to make sure I was informed and supported. Spectrum definitely has a great, caring team!

From start to finish, my experience with Spectrum Dermatology is easily 5 stars! I loved how I could make an appointment online and fill out the paperwork electronically. I saw Laney and she did my yearly skin check. She also helped me with some face and body acne concerns that I’ve had for a while now. What I loved about Laney is that she took the time to thoroughly explain the different medications and washes that I would be using. She walked me through the steps of both my morning routine and my night routine. I also appreciated that she gave me some samples to start with until I could pick up my prescriptions. She also provided me with coupons to use for some of the other the counter products she recommended. Since my visit, my acne concerns have almost completely cleared up and it has only been a month! She said that I will see the best results 3-6 months in. I feel so much more confident about my skin now.

We had a seamless and very pleasant experience with the staff and doctor. Very well maintained facility with amble parking and easy access.

I needed to change Dermatologist due to mine moving to downtown Atlanta. This group came highly recommended . I have a significant history of skin cancer. Years ago I spent many hours in a tanning bed. Paying that price now. The staff that scheduled my appointment were very accommodating . I told them I had an area of concern and she got me in two days later! Front office is great! Nurse was so sweet. Drs. visit WAS VERY thorough! I have zero complaints.

It is always a positive experience when I visit Spectrum Dermatology. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. It is seldom I ever have to wait as you often do at some medical appointments. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Spizler is a professional that truly cares about your care and treatment. My wife and I could easily go somewhere much closer to where we live, but it’s more important to us to have knowledgeable professionals who are friendly, understanding and care about you. I have been seeing Dr. Spitzler for a year now and she seriously changed the way I look at myself by helping me heal my skin. She actually listens to your concerns and validates the way you’re feeling about a certain treatment or medication. The nurses and staff are absolutely amazing as well and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Murad has been my dermatologist for several years now and I followed her to her new practice. Dr. Murad is one of my favorite doctors, she is pleasant and easy to talk to and takes her time and never makes you feel rushed. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful.

New to the area, and had a concerning issue arise. Was able to get an appointment the very next day, and Laney addressed my issue. Really liked all the staff, check in was efficient, I was seen on time as well. Got my husband in the next day, for his annual body scan. Again, great service from Laney and Cynthia. Definitely recommend this group.

This was my first appointment with Dr Spitzler. She was thorough, knowledgeable and easy to speak with regarding my skin issues. Prior to me leaving she made sure I understood the plan of care she set up and answered my questions. Staff was courteous and efficient.
