Awful
experience.
Do
NOT
go
here
unless
you
would
like
to
be
misled
and
overpay.
The
basic
gist
is
this:
As
listed
on
their
site
I
made
an
appointment
for
a
service,
I
was
referred
to
someone
else
for
that
service
and
they
charged
me
$400+
for
the
10
minute
visit
and
offering
me
a
referral.
I
had
an
office
visit
to
remove
a
corn
on
my
toe,
after
researching
doctor's
offices
that
handle
this
procedure
I
chose
Spectrum
as
it
states
explicitly
on
their
website
that
this
is
something
they
treat.
I
spent
10
minutes
in
the
office
visit
only
to
be
referred
somewhere
else.
That
referral
spent
ten
minutes
with
me
and
put
two
dabs
of
acid
on
the
corn
and
it
fell
off.
I
received
a
bill
from
Spectrum
for
$400+
for
my
visit
where
they
could
not
even
help
with
the
issue,
then
I
received
a
call
from
the
office
manager
who
handles
billing.
He
stated
he
is
sorry
that
I
was
only
referred
somewhere
else
but
the
10
minute
time
spent
with
the
doctor
IS
what
I
am
paying
for.
He
agreed
it
IS
in
fact
on
their
website
that
they
do
corn
removal
and
most
likely
would
have
done
the
same
procedure
as
the
other
doctor
so
the
fact
I
was
given
just
a
referral
I
am
still
obligated
to
pay
the
$400+.
He
thinks
it
sounds
fair
since
I
am
not
paying
for
the
service
requested
but
just
for
spending
10
minutes
with
the
doctor
discussing
it.
I
smell
some
small
claims
court
in
our
near
future.
Do
not
go
here,
it
has
shady
written
all
over
it.
I
encourage
him
to
respond
to
this
review
and
tell
me
how
I'm
lying
which
I'm
sure
he
will.
